There was definitely a strong Latino presence at last night's 18th Annual SAG Awards. Stars like Demián Bichir, Bérénice Bejo, and Sofía Vergara were all nominated in pivotal categories, though sadly none of them won. But at least Sofia didn't walk away empty handed, as she and co-star Rico Rodriguez took home Best Ensemble statues for their performances on Modern Family.

As usual, Vergara wowed the press with her red carpet strut. Proudly showing her famous Colombian curves, the 39-year-old turned heads in a very revealing Marchesa dress. Naya Rivera (who also received a Best Ensemble nomination for her work on Glee) dazzled the crowd too, in a sexy gown designed by Naeem Khan.

Another big style winner was Zoe Saldana, who strutted into the event wearing a sparkling Riccardo Tisci gown accentuated with Tiffany jewels. Angelina Jolie, who supported her nominated steady Brad Pitt, showed off some impressive pieces of bling too, which included a House of Lavande bracelet and a Platt Boutique ring.

"I wanted to be comfortable," she told reporters. "I always liked vintage jewelry and I don't wear it often."

But of course, the show wasn't just about the glimmering gowns and fancy earrings. It was the speeches and the winning performances that stole the evening. The Artist’s Jean Dujardin took home Best Film Actor (beating one of our faves, Demián Bichir) and Viola Davis won Best Actress for her role in The Help.

Christopher Plummer and Octavia Spencer won in the Best Supporting film categories for their respective roles in Beginners and The Help. Steve Buscemi's Boardwalk Empire performance got him the Best Dramatic TV Actor award, while Jessica Lange took down Best Dramatic TV Actress for her work in American Horror Story.

Perhaps the biggest ovation of the night went to Betty White, who won in the Best Supporting TV Actress category for Hot In Cleveland. Though we were a little miffed that she beat out Sofia, we do have to give the 90-year-old legend some credit for staying in the game so long.

"I think they made a terrible mistake," White jokingly told the crowd as she accepted her award.

And don't think the SAGs were just about Shakespearean thespians getting all weepy for the camera. HBO's Game of Thrones cast got honored for their heavy onscreen brutality, taking home the night's Best Stunt Ensemble award.

Look up at the sky! It's a bird, it's a plane, it's super Zoe Saldana! The beautiful actress has been taking cues from her action-packed Hollywood films, performing an inspiring and heroic act of kindness yesterday in Culver City, CA.

According to sources, the Colombiana star quickly jumped into action after witnessing a horrific car crash that left an elderly woman seriously injured. With the help of another witness, Saldana assisted the distressed woman from her vehicle to the curb and helped her take a seat while calling an ambulance.

The actress then waited with the woman until the paramedics and police officers arrived on the scene. As they arrived, Saldana rushed back to the victim's car to collect her sweater and purse. All who witnessed the accident reported that the actress stayed behind to speak with the officers and paramedics who responded to her call. She did not leave the victim's side until she had received the proper medical attention she so desperately needed.

Beautiful inside and out, it's no wonder this Dominican beauty has become the star that she is now. I'm sure directors like Michael Bay are going to keep their eyes on Saldana after this incident, even if you're not a fan you have to admit she would be a kick-ass super hero (Transformers 4 anyone?).

Let's all hope the elderly woman is now on her way to a quick and healthy recovery!

What a wild year it's been in the chisme world. There were enough baby bumps, nasty divorces, and estrella scandals to fill five seasons of Popland! And before that ball drops on 2011, we thought it would be fun to look back on some of our favorite Blogamole stories throughout the past 12 months.

2011 certainly kicked off with its share of chisme. There was that January announcement about Shakira splitting up with her longtime boyfriend Antonio de la Rua. Now we all know that she was spotted with her current flame, Gerard Piqué, just a short time later. Could there have been an overlapping relationship? We'll probably never know for sure, but thankfully Antonio has landed on his feet in the love department.

And speaking of love, quite a few new celebrity couples emerged in the past year. Perhaps the biggest of them all was Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber. These two started getting spotted together in late 2010, but didn't announce their official "relationship" until the Oscars after-party in March.

Casper Smart and Jennifer Lopez made surprising couple news when they became an item this past November. Of course, that attaches itself to a much bigger chisme story; the JLo/Marc Anthony divorce! Nobody in the media saw that breakup coming and, from what we've heard so far, the split was not acrimonious.

Several other famous faces parted ways with their steadies this year. Zoe Saldana, who had been with her boyfriend for 11 years, broke off her engagement in November. And Ana de la Reguera endured a pretty public split too. Her man, Univision anchor Jorge Ramos, publicly cheated back in January.

But the year wasn’t just filled with scandals. Plenty of happy new arrivals kept gossip blogs buzzing too. Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem welcomed their first child in January, Jessica Alba gave Honor Marie a younger sister back in August, and Benicio del Toro became a first-time daddy after a tryst with Kimberly Stewart.

2011 also proved to be stellar year for some Latino up-and-comers. Romeo Santos proved he could handle solo stardom just fine after the release of his album, Formula Vol. 1. Victoria Justice also created quite a bit of buzz this year, and not just for her singing abilities. She was able to hold down a hit TV show, movie roles, and major merchandising deals! One of our personal faves, Sie7e, made a big mark too, winning Best New Artist at the Latin Grammys.

But if we had to award one Chisme King of the Year, it would have to be Charlie Sheen. The self-described "Warlock" made more Blogamole headlines than just about any other star. Whether it was his "Tiger's Blood" rants, his Two and a Half Men drama, or his wacky intern program, Mr. Sheen definitely made for an eventful 2011.

That being said, there are still a few more days until the December 31st clock strikes midnight, so you never know who else may make the annual chisme list!

It looks like the tabloids got this rumor right! Both Bradley Cooper and Zoe Saldana have now officially confirmed their "couple status."

Rumors about a Cooper/Saldana romance have been floating around for months. In June, they were seen getting "extra cozy" on the set of their upcoming film The Words. But back then, Zoe was an engaged woman and Bradley had been in an on-again/off-again relationship with Renee Zellweger.

Flash forward six months later and it seems these two are now "totally dating." At least, that's how E! is putting it. The entertainment site even said that Cooper and Saldana were heading on a romantic vacation to Colorado this weekend.

We have to admit, they definitely make a very cute (and very powerful) couple. Let's just hope that Zoe doesn’t rush into things too quickly. She's still getting over an 11-year relationship.

Cut-outs aren't the only way to show some skin, adding lace and see through fabrics to a black dress are great ways to liven things up. One of my favorite trends is to pair embellished skirts with see through tops like this one. If you're headed to an office party, simple lace dresses like this one from Nordstroms ($42) are perfect.

Refinery 29 provides complete outfit ideas from bags to shoes and this outfit combination is perfect for a sophisticated night out. For those of you who like DIY fashions, check out this dress that was transformed with nothing but some lace, a collar and ribbon inspired by Alexa Chung.

If you want to stand out from the crowd then add some color to your outfit. A pop of color is easily the best way to get noticed, you just have to choose the color that best suits the occasion. Zoe Saldana wows in this fitted yellow dress from Michael Kors but you can recreate the look for much less with a fitted dress or a full skirt like this beautiful orange-red dress from H&M.

Of course you can't forget to accessorize your holiday outfit! Your accessories should be able to stand out and add that wow factor to your outfit (be careful to not over accessorize).

Now that JLo's found Casper Smart, it seems her one time suitor has decided to moved on too. According to reports, Bradley Cooper recently got extra cozy with Zoe Saldana at a Hollywood nightclub.

Interestingly, this isn’t the first time we've heard rumors about a Cooper/Saldana hookup. The two recently wrapped their movie The Words , which supposedly includes some very steamy love scenes.

Now their romance has now apparently transitioned into real life. Zoe recently split from her boyfriend of 11 years for "unspecified reasons." Could Bradley be behind the breakup? Probably not, but he definitely makes a good rebound guy.

Radar Online claims that Saldana and Cooper were "acting like two high school kids" on their night out. Reports had them rubbing each others' shoulders, grabbing each others' waists, and even exiting the night spot together. Something tells us this story will get a lot more juicy in the days to come!

Sure we like to poke fun at all of the chisme stories celebrities get entangled in, but when it comes down to it, most of Hollywood has a very big heart. And this weekend brought out a ton of stars helping needy families at Thanksgiving soup kitchens.

Kim Kardashian made a very public appearance at the Los Angeles Mission on Thursday, dishing out turkey and biscuits to hungry So Cal residents. Jennifer Love Hewitt and Zoe Saldana also lent a helping hand, much to delight of their hungry fans.

Elsewhere in the country, famous names like Chris Bosh, Mike Epps, and Lil Wayne made charitable appearances and even handed out whole turkeys. Judging from the pictures that were posted online, it's clear their good tidings were a huge success and helped set a good example to everyone watching giant floats on their TVs.

Positive vibes made their way to the Twitterverse too, with tons of celebrity well-wishers sending out grateful posts for their holiday dinners. Harold & Kumar’s Neil Patrick Harris told his followers what he was most thankful for.

"Happy Thanksgiving everyone. There are so many things to be thankful for this year, I’m very blessed. Hope you had a stress free day," he posted.

Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi threw in a heart symbol for her holiday tweet.

"Happy Thanksgiving tweedos!!! Enjoy your time with your fam ♥," she wrote.

And several Tr3s faves made sure their fans shared in the turkey day love too.

"Happy Thanksgiving!.. Let's be thankful for what we DO have.. For just breathing fresh air is a blessing. My love to you all!" came from Wilmer Valderrama's account.

Eva Longoria wrote,

"Happy Thanksgiving Everyone! Have a beautiful day with your families and give Thanks to God and anyone who contributes to your life!"

And what holiday is complete without a Sofia Vergara tweet? She even added a little Spanglish into her festive post.

"Feliz thanksgiving everybody!" she tweeted.

Of course, not all celebs made their messages about turkeys. This year, several famous bloggers encouraged their fans to skip Thanksgiving's traditional birds and stick with a vegetarian-based dinner.

"Did you know that every year between 250 and 300 million turkeys are bred for slaughter in The United States?" Ellen DeGeneres wrote. "More than 46 million for Thanksgiving alone. So, this Thanksgiving, instead of eating a turkey, please join me in adopting one from Farm Sanctuary’s Adopt A Turkey Project and you can give a turkey something to be thankful for."

Actress Alicia Silverstone backed up her famous friend, writing,

"It's so simple to create a delicious holiday meal without animal cruelty. I promise no one will miss the turkey! Enjoy!"

Don't worry, we're not judging any turkey eaters. But we definitely respect everyone's opinion and all of the stars who were willing to add a little charity into their four-day weekend.

Time to sound off the chisme alerts! Less than a week after separating from her fiancée, Zoe Saldana was spotted in Los Angeles holding hands with a new man. Dodging paparazzi cams, the Colombiana star was seen exiting a posh restaurant with a tall, handsome fellow.

Ever since her split with Keith Britton (who Saldana had been dating for 11 years!), rumors have run rampant about infidelities. Could she have hooked up with a costar? Was he fooling around on her? Neither camp was revealing anything.

Then, Too Fab published pix of Zoe and her "mystery date," which fired up the gossip bloggers even more. But here's the catch, the man Saldana was holding hands with is someone she knows very well.

According to reports, he's actually her West Coast publicist. And her reps have already assured the media that their relationship is strictly platonic. So, for now at least, Zoe is still living single.

We have to admit, we were a little shocked when we heard the news that Zoe Saldana had broken up with her longtime steady Keith Britton. Engaged since 2010, the couple had been together for over 11 years and were even business partners in Zoe's successful MyFDB.com venture.

No official reason was given for the split, but the couple did issue a joint statement to Access Hollywood, saying they separated "amicably." Interestingly, Saldana appeared to be all smiles at last week's Latin Grammys, showing no signs of personal turmoil.

The only telling quote seemed to come from Zoe’s Twitter account, which read,

"You, yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection."

Could that be an indicator that Keith hadn’t been showing his fiancée enough love? They had been engaged for nearly a year-and-a-half with no wedding date in sight, so you never know.

But we get the feeling, the newly-single Saldana will have no trouble scoring dates once she's ready to play the field again.

It's hard to believe that Clint Eastwood is now 81 years old. Still a powerhouse director (his latest movie comes out this month), the legendary icon is showing no signs of slowing down. But Hollywood still made sure he received his due, by honoring his film legacy at a Los Angeles gala.

Stars like Zoe Saldana and Camille Belle dressed to the nines for the posh event, which included heartfelt speeches, movie clips, and lively musical performances. Leonardo DiCaprio took on the MC duties, having most recently worked with Clint in J. Edgar.

And you can bet the paparazzi was in full effect too. Throughout the night, tabloid photographers got shots of Reese Witherspoon, Drew Barrymore, Olivia Wild, and Emily Blunt (just to name a few). And judging by the pix Radar Online posted, it looked like they were all having a VERY good time.

Other than Eastwood, Stevie Wonder probably got the most applause for his spirited closing performance. And perhaps the best part of all, was that the event raised a ton of funds to help support the arts. Way to go Clint!
