Unless you missed the memo, Premio Lo Nuestro was running Latin Hollywood last night in Miami...

La noche quickly went from ordinary to extraordinary after a pre-recorded mensaje of President Obama popped on the screen. El Presidente saluted audiences with a fluent 'Buenas Noches' and continued his speech by declaring:
Le doy las gracias a las millones de personas que han votado por los ganadores, y también les doy gracias a todos los que votaron en la elecciones de noviembre, aunque no fuera por mí.
After igniting the event with a 'Si Se Puede' attitude, it was time for Ninel Conde and her cleavage Eugenio Derbez to host and introduce all of la noche's winners.
Without a doubt, the night's mega-winners were Aventura. The bachateros took home four premios including, "Best Song of the Year" for "El perdedor." Juanes may not have earned the heavyweight title in this round, but the roquero walked away with three awards, while we all eyed his wife Karen's mini-belly! Of course los reggaetoneros had a strong presence at the event. Wisin y Yandel won for "Artist of the Year" and "Album of the Year."
Premio Lo Nuestro's other ganadores included La Trevi, Flex, Luis Fonsi, and Los Alacranes.

Telenovelas have just become more tempting than ever before...

The "Me Estas Tentando" reggaetoneros recently made their telenovela acting debut in the new steamy series taking over Mexico and starring La Rebelde Dulce Maria, "Verano de Amor." Don't worry Wisin y Yandel lovers, the redheaded protagonist won't be hooking-up with the fellas. The production team invited the hit makers to guest star as themselves. In the script, Dulce Maria's character Miranda attends a W&Y concert and is 'spontaneously' invited on-stage.
Perhaps this is the beginning of an acting career for Wisin y Yandel. What script would you throw at the estrellas? [People en Español]

The dynamic duo are starting to act more and more like superheros...

Wisin y Yandel definitely know how to be at a million places at once. The "Me Estas Tentando" reggaetoneros traveled to the Dominican Republic after wrapping-up their video "Mujeres en el Club" featuring 50 Cent last week. The hitmakers offered a two-day concert at the Arena del Cibao in Santiago. Word is that W&Y filled the stadium to capacity and received an emotional greeting from fans.

Spoiler Alert! We have exclusive behind-the-scenes snapshots of the Wisin y Yandel and 50 Cent video shoot for "Mujeres en el Club."

The fellas joined forces for a visual post-apocalyptic saga directed by Dominican mastermind, Jessy Torrero. Originally the filming was suppose to take place yesterday and today in a Brooklyn warehouse, but the production was squeezed into a 24-hour shoot due to technical difficulties and weather issues. The concept of the video teases the theme of the dynamic duo's upcoming album, "La Revolución," and creates a battle of the sexes with MTV VJ, Julissa Bermudez, leading the feminine pack.
Trust us, you don't want to mess with this video vixen. Check out more behind-the-scenes fotos y más right below the hood!

Let's get the facts straight before getting in a frenzy...

Wisin y Yandel were recently called to testify in a drug trafficking case being held at the Federal Court in Hato Rey, Puerto Rico. Law enforcement is currently investigating whether a concert sponsor used illegal funds for one of the duo's free concerts in the Island. According to reports, Don Omar also joined los reggaetoneros on the witness stand.
El Dúo Dinámico spoke about the controversy:
Es algo que siempre hemos hecho con mucho amor por el público que tanto nos ha brindado a través de los años. Nos apena mucho que algo que se ha hecho de corazón se pueda convertir en un asunto negativo.
Wisin y Yandel insist that they are cooperating with the legal procedure. What are your thoughts on the case? [People en Español]

The "Me Estas Tentando" reggaetoneros are joining fellow Boricua musicians, Juan Luis Morera and Llandel Veguilla, on March 20th at the Plaza de Toros and March 27th at the Auditorio Nacional. The Grammy-winners may be making their mark with "La Mente Maestra," but we are already hyped for their upcoming album slated to drop in May, “La Revolución"!
