MTV is premiering Katy Perry's highly anticipated "E.T." video today and the celebration started last night with a duel "alien invasion" in New York City and Los Angeles. Tr3s was front-and-center for the action in NYC!

As if the plethora of flashing lights in Times Square weren't enough to make you feel as if you were on another plant, Perry invaded one of the the busiest intersections in the world, complete with aliens.

The public event started at 8 P.M. on 7th avenue between 44th & 45th street in front of MTV's Jumbo-tron. We stood, we waited, then they came. As soon as the Jumbo-tron read: "Katy Perry's E.T. Video Ft. Kanye West; Landing March 31st", actors wearing alien masks – identical to the one Perry is wearing in her E.T. video – began roaming aimlessly through the crowd. Their behavior was what you would expect from an extraterrestrial. They greeted fans by invading their personal space to deliver a head-nod or two and as eerie as it sounds, the crowd loved it!

Then, the excitement began! People were snapping pictures, scrambling to nab limited edition posters and masks being handed out and trying to scan the 2D bar codes on the aliens' backs which routed you directly to Katy Perry's official website.

The atmosphere was absolutely electrifying! Glance to the left and you'd see aliens climbing on top of phone booths. Dare to look to the right and you might see a few doing an out-of-this-world dance.

Last night's preemptive strike was a huge success as the Katy Perry buzz took on a life of its own! Jared from Brooklyn summed it up best as he described the experience as "surreal" and "something out of a dream."

As word spread, the gathering quickly multiplied with the only concern being: How can Perry's "E.T." premiere top this?

Unfortunately, the NYPD made Katy's aliens go back to their home planet at about 9:15pm. The reason? They didn't have a permit!

Lady Gaga has been teasing us for weeks with the promise of the video, ever since it topped MTV News' Summer Jam of 2010 list.

Cuteness overload! In a genius marketing move, Justin Bieber released the video for his new song, “Never Say Never,” featuring Jaden Smith. The song is featured on the soundtrack to the upcoming remake of "Karate Kid," hitting theaters June 11!

Bieber, took to twitter to share his excitement:

In “Never Say Never," the teen heartbreaker uncharacteristically sings about overcoming adversity and never giving up. "I will never say never/ I will fight till forever/ Whenever you knock me down/ I will not stay on the ground/ Pick it up."

At first, it seems as if Jaden is merely making a cameo but about halfway through the video, the young Smith spits a verse and the two deliver the ultimate formula for success: Cute + Cute + Martial Arts = WIN.

Mr. A y Señor F (aka Alexis y Fido, Los Reyes del Perreo) are back with una nueva canción llamada "Bartender."  The video will premiere EXCLUSIVELY on MTV Tr3s este lunes, October 26.

What can we expect from the video?  El director, Luieville, called the video "bien futuristico, algo nuevo y innovativo." The premise of the video is that Alexis y Fido hit up the bar and start chatting it up with the hot bartender, who transports them to un mundo virtual y fantástico.  Want to know more?  You'll have to wait to watch the video premiere on Monday!

Draco, the former Menudo member formerly known as Robi Rosa, who is also known for producing countless hits for Ricky Martin and constantly reinventing himself with his own music, is about to release his new album titled Draco.  El album se grabó en solo 6 semanas, and the first single, "Paraíso Prometido," can already be heard on the artist's MySpace page.  Even more importantly, the new music video para "Paraíso Prometido" will be premiering exclusively on MTV Tr3s este lunes, October 12!

El interprete de "Mas y Mas" claims that this new album is completely different from anything he has done before and that the tracks were influenced by his new life at his Hacienda Horizonte in the remote town of Utuado, Puerto Rico.  That's right, the eccentric singer ahora se ha convertido en todo un campesino, spending his days working on his land and cultivating coffee at his Hacienda.  Should we expect some sexy tracks like the ones found in "Mad Love", or some dark ballads like those from "El Teatro del Absurdo"?  We'll have to wait until the album's release date on November 10th to find out but make sure to check out the MTV Tr3s premiere of Draco's video on Monday, October 12th. Por fin! Alejandro Sanz is back on our playlist with none other than la mismisima Alicia Keys. It’s a Grammy-winning powerhouse dream come true!

Los cantantes teamed up for a Spanglish ballad called "Looking for Paradise," for Sanz’s upcoming album Paraíso Express, due to be released this November. The single is already creating a lot of media buzz in Spain, Mexico, y todos lados where Latino ears are tuned in.  Sanz has created a fan page to promote the song where celebs like Juanes, Paulina Rubio, Eva Longoria, and Shakira are uploading video messages describing their idea of paradise. You can even check out Miss Alicia Keys herself dishing on how much she loves Alejandro, and all about their video shoot in Brooklyn, NY.

Respira muy profundo, this is a HOT one!  Shakira has unveiled her latest masterpiece (y mucho de su cuerpo también) with su nuevo video, "She Wolf."  Hear that panting?  We can't tell if it's coming from Shaki la loba o nosotros!!

There's really not much we can say about this video, menos que la cantante Colombiana really lives up to the hype!  It's smokingly sexy, and we are completely mesmerized by Shaki's undulating cage dancing and primitivistic moves.  Mesmerized!  Lycanthropy has never looked this good!

Nelly Furtado is waving a white flag of surrender en su nuevo video en español, "Manos Al Aire."

El nuevo video, which was filmed in Toronto, Canada, last month, features a militaristic Nelly who starts out in a packed army jeep, but gradually lets down her guard and defenses (losing articles of clothing as she goes) and ultimately surrenders to el amor verdadero.   La bella cantante se quita casi toda la ropa, throws her arms up in peace, and ends up entirely vulnerable en los brasos de su enamorado.

"Manos Al Aire" es el primer video from Nelly's upcoming all-spanish album, Mi Plan, but it does features English subtitles to keep her anglo fanbase contentos.  Smart move, Nelly! And how will Nelly try to reach a wider Latin audience?  How about by releasing a reggaeton remix featuring Wisin y Yandel protege, Franco El Gorila!  Escucha el remix aquí! [Real Talk Reggaeton]

Missed the spook-tacular premiere of Toby Love's nuevo video de "Tu y Yo" on Entertainment As A Second Language last night?

No te preocupes, we've got the bone-chillingly sexy video right here for your viewing pleasure! The video, which was directed by Edgar Marrera, features an A-list roster of haunting cameos by Aventura's Lenny, Henry y Max (aka Max Agenda), as well as Alexis y Fido, Magic Juan, and our very own E.S.L. host, Carlos Santos!  Sharing vocal duties with el Bronx-born bachatero are brand-new bachata girl group (believe it!), Girlz Talk and fellow newcomers, Del Blocke.  The video takes place in a seedy nightclub straight out of True Blood, complete with blood-sucking, scantily-clad dancers and lots of leather, spikes and sunglasses at night.  También hay un baile en la mitad del video that reminds us of a sexed-up vampire bachata version of Michael Jackson's Thriller.
