Robert Pattinson knows how to transfix Kristen Stewart with his sharp vampiro ways...

Pero ahora Twilight's leading man is satisfying his big-time Hollywood craving by starring opposite Rosario Dawson in the new film "Parts Per Billion." According to MTV News, Robert and Rosario are crossing paths in the film directed by newbie, Brian Horiuchi. Despite our suspicions, Pattinson and our bella brunette will never hook-up in the film (yep, there is no reason to freak Edward lovers!).

Rosario recently gave us the lowdown:

I don’t have a relationship to him in the film. So we never meet. But we’re all within the same group of people, and the same city of people, that are responding to a life-threatening situation.

We are glad she straighten that up really quick! Robert will shoot the new película before he jumps into the "New Moon" script. The film is slated to be released in late 2009/early 2010. Will this jumpoff have you racing to the theaters? [MTV News]

Don't freak out Twilighters! The vampire sequel "New Moon" is definitely coming to the big screen...

But newly famed director Catherine Hardwicke won't be calling the shots. New Moon is living by it's name by bringing in new blood. "Deadline Hollywood" confirmed that Hardwicke will not be directing the latest installment of the Twilight saga. (Gasp!)

While she claims it is because of schelduling conflicts, we find that hard to believe. Odd, since she already reported to MTV how she would make werewolves come to life for this movie. We can't help but think it might have something to do with all the negative press the film received despite opening with staggering numbers. Que tu piensas?? [MTV News]

Kristen Stewart has been receiving extra leading-lady credit since the Twilight blockbuster madness hit theaters...

The overwhelming response to her enchanting role as Bella Swan has movie offers pounding at la puerta with full-force. The bella brunette will star in the movie, The Runaways which will chronicle the rise and fall of the first successful all-girl band. Kristen's latest role will have her digging into her roquera spirit as the hardcore pioneer Joan Jett.

The band was initially seen as a novelty act, something that could be easily marketed as "jailbait on the run" dressed in leather and lingerie. However, the girls were all serious and skilled musicians who made their mark on the punk-rock scene and became hugely influential. The film is expected to begin shooting in early 2009 and will work around Stewart's commitment to New Moon, the Twilight sequel that also plans to shoot early next year.

So much for the Camilla Belle rumor! We just want to scream it from a mountain top...

Or perhaps even treetops. Twilight is finally out in theaters nationwide! Woo hoo!

To celebrate the year-long anticipation of the romantic-fantasy thriller, we got more chisme regarding leading man Robert Pattinson and his love life. Or as he would have us believe, the lack thereof. Guess that's the huge distinction between Edward and Rob. If you are Edward you kiss the new girl in school, have great hair despite the rainy weather and sport a super chic pea-coat. As for real-life Rob, umm not so much.

When asked if he makes off-screen damsels gasp for air when making out he gave a troubled look and said:

I can't really remember, I haven't kissed anybody in ages. It's funny you would have thought that doing this movie where you are supposed to be an 'attractive' guy would open up the floodgates...but it has the converse affect. Everyone says "oh everyone must be throwing themselves at you." No, no, throw yourselves at me!

Hold up! Wasn't Camilla Belle rumored to have the "Lovebug" for Joe Jonas? Prepare yourselves because this love triangle is going to be interesting...

According to our spies at MTV News, Camilla was caught running the red carpet dateless and flirting with on-screen vampire Robert Pattinson at the L.A. premiere of Twilight. Just days before the actress escaped on a Mexican mini-vacation with Joe, the Brazilian brunette was photographed with a blushing Robert. Eye spies also reveal that the two 'friends' were spotted hanging out at the flick's afterparty throughout la noche.

When you are sitting in the theaters this weekend, getting your Twilight fix....

Don't forget to take a moment to notice the little people (i.e. the supporting cast). We know Edward is dishing-out most of the eyecandy, but there are some other interesting characters too! Take for instance Taylor Lautner (Jacob), Rachelle Lefevre (Victoria) and Edi Gathegi (Laurent). As die-hard Twilighters know, the seeds they plant in the first film will pay off mightily in future installments. So, why not get familiar with them now?

With only two days left until Twilight's sultry unveiling...

We decided to take a closer look at the ever mysterious royal family, best known as the Cullens. MTV News used their supernatural investigative powers to find out what it really takes to be a part of the ritzy familia. When asked what the hardest part of playing one of the clan was, actors Nikki Reed, Jackson Rathbone, Ashley Greene, Elizabeth Reaser and Peter Facinelli all seemed to have the same answer: the transformation process.

Say it isn't so! Today is our last Twilight Tuesday (sniff). To commemorate the monumental date, we are going out with a bang by showcasing the behind-the-scenes madness at the Twilight premiere.

On Monday night, Bella and Edward celebrated the long-awaited Twilight premiere with thousands of their closest friends at the Mann Village Theater. The on-screen star-crossed lovers weren't the only estrellas of the night. Everyone wanted an exclusive taste of the red carpet action, including author Stephenie Meyer, Taylor Lautner, Demi Lovato, Aly Michalka and Frances Bean Cobain.

After the official viewing of the crazed vampire romance, guests walked through Westwood to the nearby Armand Hammer Museum for an upscale after party in an outdoor courtyard. Attendees were greeted with (virgin) martinis, a decked-out buffet, and a dessert stand featuring chocolate-chip cookies on lollipop sticks. QUE DULCE!

Most random celeb sighting: a toss-up between Kim Bassinger and Larry David.
Wildest moment: security getting called numerous times to tame the packed crowd around Pattinson and Camilla Belle dancing.
Fun fact: The longest line of the evening was the one for Meyer, asking the author for her autograph and engaging her in conversations about Edward's sparkle.

This week MTV News sat with the much-sought-after Edi Gathegi who plays "bad vampire" Laurent. If you are not familiar with him, get into it! Word is he becomes an important player in the upcoming Twilight sequels. The question is... how bad is this Laurent guy after all?

The 29-year-old NYU grad had this to say about his character:

Laurent is not necessarily an evil vampire. He just has to do that because that's what nature requires him to do. James is the evil one...
