As expected, Maná’s musical return after a five-year-hiatus has been met with tremendous success. Their new album Drama y Luz is wowing the critics, their latest single has topped the Latin Song charts, and now the Mexican rockers are ready to kick off a massive summer tour.

Just this past week, Fher Olvera, Alex Gonzalez, Juan Calleros, and Sergio Vallin announced their plans to crisscross America’s biggest live stages. Starting June 16, the guys will be headlining the Coliseo de Puerto Rico in San Juan. And things only get bigger from there.

L.A.’s massive Staples Center, Dallas’ American Airlines Arena, and San Antonio’s AT&T Center are just a few of the venues Maná will be performing at. And seeing how each of those arenas contains thousands of seats, we imagine it will be a very lucrative summer for el grupo.

Other cities that Maná plans to hit include Miami, Atlanta, New York, and Chicago. Though the exact venues of their east coast leg have yet to be worked out, we imagine the guys will make sure that each one can accommodate all of those eager Drama Y Luz fans.

So far, the tour dates are scheduled to run through late July. Be sure to check the band’s official website for more breaking updates.

Powerhouse reggaeton duo Wisin y Yandel announced today (June 17) that el grupo will extend their popular "La Revolución" tour and return stateside in July!  

The Grammy and Latin Grammy winners will visit smaller cities and markets they missed during the first leg of their tour.

“We are beyond excited to be returning to the US this summer. Last time we visited major venues in 15 cities and now, because of overwhelming fan requests, we get to bring our show to additional markets,” expressed Wisin.

“We feel very proud to be able to perform from coast to coast, especially in cities where major Latin tours do not usually visit,” added Yandel.

So what can you expect from el duo de la historia who have sold out the likes of Madison Square Garden and the Staples Center? The concert is comprised of a 7 piece band, 8 dancers, and a state-of-the art audiovisual show; plus, Wisin y Yandel will definitely deliver their unique urban music with unmatched power and passion! So while the venue may be smaller, attendees should still expect a larger-than-life performance.

Paulina Rubio is really heating things up with her Gran City Pop World Tour which is making its way across the U.S.  This week, she's headed for Dallas, Houston and Aruba, but not before she performs at her sold-out show in Friant, California.

Her second sencillo "Ni Rosas, Ni Juegetes" is also gaining popularity as it makes its way to the top of the international charts. Want more Paulina?  Pues the video for this song, directed by Mr. Jessy Terrero and filmed in the beautiful New York City, will premiere worldwide October 8th. Keep and eye out for that! Hola y bienvenidos a nuestro cuarto blog aquí en MTV Tr3s Blogamole! Esta semana ha estado super repleta de trabajo y todo ha salido super así que estamos demasiado contentos.

Comenzamos la semana en Nueva York grabando varios programas para nada mas y nada menos que nuestro amigos de MTV Tr3s!! Entre los que hicimos estan: Entertainment as a Second Language, Tr3s Live, y ¡Yo-Yo!, así que manténganse mirando MTV Tr3s para seguir viéndonos en estas próximas semanas. Ahí también podrán ver el video nuevo de “Abusadora” que saldrá a finales de la semana proxima asi como el de “Mujeres in the Club” con 50 Cent y “It’s All up to You” con Aventura y Akon! También pudimos participar en la fiesta ejecutiva de MTV Tr3s (el “Upfront”) donde cantamos para los ejecutivos y la gente de la industria que estuvieron ahí presentes. Fue una gran sorpresa para los que estuvieron en el evento y nos recibieron requete bien.

Ahí en NY, como siempre, nos trató todo el mundo super bien.  Lo mas rico es que estando ahí aún podemos comer toda la comida Boricua que tanto nos encanta.  Aunque estuvimos trabajando mucho, pudimos visitar el restaurante “El Deportivo” donde nos atendieron SUPER y comimos hasta mas no poder.

Como ustedes ya saben bien, la semana que viene AL FIN LLEGA ‘LA REVOLUCION‘!!! El resto de esta semana la hemos pasado haciendo entrevistas por Internet o por teléfono para prepararlo todo y la semana que viene saldremos en muchos programas nacionales. También estaremos visitando Los Angeles, Nueva York y Puerto Rico donde estaremos en varias tiendas de discos firmando copias del álbum, así que no dejen de venir a vernos:

- El 26 de Mayo en el area de Los Angeles en la tienda FYE de Downey, CA de 6-8PM

- El 27 de Mayo en el Bronx en la tienda Best Buy de 7-9PM

- El 30 de Mayo en Caguas, Puerto Rico en Best Buy a las 2PM y en La Gran Discoteca a las 6PM.

También les contamos que nuestra gira de Estados Unidos comienza a finales de Septiembre y los boletos estaran a la venta a partir de 5 de Junio por Ticketmaster.  Estamos muy satisfechos porque es la gira de Estados Unidos mas extensa que hemos hecho y vamos a poder ver y cantarles a muchos de nuestros fans muy pronto.  También tendremos fechas próximamente en Centro y Sur América así que nadie se va a quedar sin vernos!!  LA REVOLUCION ESTARÁ EN TODAS PARTES MUY PRONTO! Ximena Sariñana will continue to floss her ironically titled "Mediocre" hit album during her first-ever U.S. tour launching this Saturday, April 18th in Miami, Florida. Our MTV Tr3s Descubre and Download featured artist has stemmed outside of the mainstream comparisons to Norah Jones and Fiona Apple and gardened her own fruitful seeds in the música scene. Besides her recent Grammy nomination, the Mexican cantante is also up for the Latin Billboard Music Award for “Best Latin Rock/Alternative Album of the Year.”
