People en Español has revealed their 2010 list of Los 50 Mas Bellos. Among the actors, models, musicians, and TV personalities were Sofia Vergara of ABC's Modern Family, former RBD beauties Maite Perroni and Dulce María, Cuban Actor William Levy, bella cantactriz Mexicana Thalía, and newly outed Puertorriqueño Ricky Martin.
Noticeably missing from this years list was 2009's cover girl Eva Longoria Parker - ouch! Newcomers to la lista include celebrity blogger, Perez Hilton, and current Miss Universe, Stefania Fernandez, among others.
This year's special issue was released with four variant covers featuring seven of today's most popular Hispanic women -- and one very lucky guy. In one version, Sofia Vergara and Belinda are joined by TV personality Daisy Fuentes, and telenovela actor Fernando Colunga. Las mujeres "Mas Bellas" appear in dresses by Marchesa, Prada, Herve Leger, and Jay Mendel, with jewelry by Loren Ridinger.
Vergara posed as one of Mexico's most memorable stars, the late Maria Felix, and had this to say about her solo shoot:
"It was fun styling my hair and makeup to look like her, and mimicking her facial expressions. I was captivated by the character."
For the third consecutive year, PeopleEnEspanol.com invited users to choose their favorite celebrity to be named in the magazine's "50 Most Beautiful" issue. With 10 celebrity nominations, and after a near tie with Mexican singer and actress Eiza Gonzalez, Telefutura's La Tijera presentador Rodolfo Jimenez won with 67% of the votes.
Check out the full list of los 50 Mas Bellos after the jump, and peep the sneak peek slideshow on People En Español for more photos.
Cuéntanos, what do you think of this year's list? Do you think Longoria Parker get snubbed? Weigh in below or @MTV3!

When Miss Universe 2009, Stefanía Fernandez speaks, people listen. And that’s exactly what the Latino Commission on AIDS was hoping for today when they invited la bella Venezolana to speak at a press conference esta mañana en Nueva York to commemorate World AIDS Day.
Miss Universe showed her own commitment to fighting the disease by taking the HIV test in front of the cameras, adding:
"It is important to me personally and the Miss Universe Organization to show our commitment and solidarity with those impacted by HIV/AIDS."
Este evento comes at un buen momento, as the Center for Disease Control (CDC) shows that Latinos are affected by AIDS more than any other racial or ethnic group, with 42% being diagnosed with AIDS within 12 months after learning of their positive HIV status compared to 34% late diagnosis among white non Hispanic and 35% among blacks.
What's one way we can fight la epidemia del HIV/AIDS? Edúcate! One of the main objectives of the Latino Commission on AIDS has been to help educate families on this dreadful illness. Como una reina de belleza, Stefanía Fernandez has committed to fighting HIV/AIDS in the name of all the young Latinas en el mundo.
"Parents and their children need to speak open and honestly about HIV/AIDS and help breakdown the stigma that lies with it today... Young girls need to love themselves and take control of their bodies. It’s their lives and I want to make sure they understand that no matter what their status is, they can go on to lead a long and healthy life."
World AIDS Day is a day of hope, solidarity and commitment in recognition of the tremendous challenges of this worldwide pandemic. Let's unite today to recommit ourselves to promoting prevention and education related to HIV/AIDS en nuestras comunidades! La mujer más bella del universo is once again una mujer Latina! Felicitaciones a Miss Venezuela, Stefanía Fernandez, who won the title of Miss Universe last night from fellow belleza Venezolana, Dayana Mendoza!
Stefanía Fernandez won out over what pageant owner Donald Trump is calling the "most beautiful group of women [he's] ever seen." It is the sixth Miss Universe win for Venezuela -- the most for any country! The top five finalists included otras dos Latinas, Miss Dominican Republic and Miss Puerto Rico. Qué noche para las mujeres hispanas!!
After winning la corona, the 18-year-old Stefanía mused over what it is that makes las Venezolanas so beautiful:
"What do we Venezuelans have? That we are ourselves."
It doesn't hurt when "yourself" is a 5'10" belleza who looks dynomite in a bikini! La nueva Miss Universo will spend el próximo año viajando por todo el mundo promoting humanitarian issues and HIV/AIDS education.
Also gracing the stage at the Miss Universe pageant este año was The Hills' Heidi Montag in her first-ever live performance, along with Flo Rida, Kelly Rowland and David Guetta. [Yahoo! News]
