All we can say is, be careful who you marry. With two bitter ex-husbands, Jennifer Lopez has opened herself up to plenty of blackmail opportunities. Now hubby No. 1, Ojani Noa, is shopping around an X-rated video of her baring her “privates” in public.

According to sources from RadarOnline.com, the home video shows Jennifer (circa 1997) riding a scooter around Cuba bare naked below the belt. These aren’t just a few brief shots, but several hours of footage of the pantyless pop star talking to the camera.

So what's a happy mother of two to do when footage like this leaks? Take her ex to court, of course. Lopez hired a lawyer to stop the release of the video, arguing that the tapes are “personal and private.” J.Lo also claims that Noa and his agent, Ed Meyer, are in violation of a previous injunction.

Meyer says their goal is not to release the naughty portions, but rather to utilize other footage for a documentary film about their marriage. In court documents filed in California on November 17, Meyer said:

“In Noa's home videos, Lopez displays deviant behavior by consensually exposing her genital area in public; however, Noa and Meyer have never ever intended to market this and the many other racy, damaging and expositive scenes from the home videos. It must also be stated that in Noa's home videos, Lopez gives her full consent to Noa taping her."

Something tells us old movies of the former couple relaxing on the couch wouldn’t stir up much attention. But seeing J.Lo without her panties, that's another story. For Max and Emme’s sake, we hope the tape never gets released. Let this be a lesson to everyone: Never trust an ex with a camcorder.

Damn! Just when we thought the sultry curvacious Cubana and former Calvin Klein model was about to make every man's dream come true by releasing a sex tape, it looks like rumors surrounding Eva Mendes' impending bedroom romp are false!

Jennifer Lopez's ex-husband must be in desperate need of cash! As previously reported, Ojani Noa was working on a mockumentary of his marriage to Jennifer, before she sent him a cease and desist letter and cut off production.  Pero parece que Noa no se va dar por vencido, because now he's trying to shop around an 11-hour tape that shows JLo playing sex games and having a nasty fight con su mamá.

According to the National Enquirer, some of the scenes include Lopez checking out her butt in the mirror while wearing a bra and panties. Another scene includes Jennifer getting on a motorcycle wearing a dress and no underwear.

It doesn't sound sooo bad to us, pero Jenny is now a mother of two, y claro, who wants little Max and Emme to get a hold of that tape in a few years?!  We're sure Jenny will have this sex tape fiasco under wraps soon... this isn't the first time she's stopped her first husband, and we're sure it won't be the last. Pero ahora the real question is... what does Marc have to say about all this??

Belinda's intense mirada leaves little to the imagination...

Not to mention her highly publicized private life. The "Luz Sin Gravedad" singer plans on shedding some light on her overexposed sex tape scandal by clearing the air for her upcoming album slated to drop in May 2009. Belinda has remained silent about the XXX chisme, but she did admit to having a 'very intense' year. (Claro!)

She also revealed her plans for the Año Nuevo:

The "Ángel" singer seems to have a hard time kicking-off her bad girl habits...

Belinda was recently sued by a former-backup dancer, who claims he was wrongfully dismissed by the “Bella Traición” star and her parents. The paps and television reporters have yet to hear the singer's side of the story, and the Mexicana plans on keeping it that way. Belinda and her friends ended up fighting off paparazzi about the legal battle at a Mexico City nightclub.

According to reports, the 19-year-old and her amigas tried everything they could to avoid answering questions that night, including pushing cameras and slamming doors on reporters. The drama diluted after Belinda climbed into her car and left the club. MISSION COMPLETED! Belinda did not answer any questions regarding the lawsuit or the ex-dancer.

The queen of controversy Belinda may be forced to pay-up!

The "Bella Traición" pop singer has been sued by one of her former back-up dancers for wrongfully being dismissed by her camp. According to reports, Marco Iván Ruiz went public about his beef with Belinda and her parents without any pelos en la lengua.

Marco declared:

Belinda had no idea what happened. It was her parents who told me to pack my bags and go back to Mexico. They didn't even give me the money to return to my own country, and they gave me no reason at all for why they fired me. Everything is controlled by her parents. She even tried to use her credit card once and it was denied, because they've given her a limit. Can you imagine? She works so hard and she can't even spend her own money.

What a kind hombre! Since her parents have her wallet on lock-down, it is up to him to make sure she writes a big fat check. POR FAVOR. Do you think Marco is justified in smacking the star with a lawsuit? Bueno, at lease this isn't as bad as Belinda's sex tape scandal. [People En Español]

We reported on all the freaky rumors about Belinda's robbery drama and alleged naughty footage earlier this week, but the "No Entiendo" singer is determined to clear-up all the scandal. In fact, the Spanish pop star is ruling out the possibility of a porn video by claiming virginal innocence.

She states to a Mexican publication:

I have nothing to hide. There's no sex tape with me and some guy doing anything lewd, so I'm not even worried about that. I've never even been intimate with anyone to be quite honest. Believe me, I haven't even gotten to that stage yet.

In her PG-13 confession Belinda also suggests that her dirtiest pics includes rocking a bikini at la playa. Are you buying her side of the story? [People En Español]
