Looks like the after effects of the 'Twilight' franchise still aren't over with... Brad Pitt has announced he will be producing una nueva película de vampiros, entitled 'Vlad' (as in Vlad the Impaler, quien fue la inspiración for Bram Stoker's 'Dracula'). Hmm, we still have very fond memories of Brad Pitt in 'Interview With The Vampire,' in which he starred with Tom Cruise and Antonio Banderas as los vampiros más sexy this side of Robert Pattinson.
The script for la película was written by young British actor Charlie Hunnam (most recently known as the heartthrob from FX's 'Sons of Anarchy'), and will be directed by Anthony Mandler, who has directed videos for artistas como Rihanna, Jay-Z, Mary J. Blige and Eminem. If you go by the video for "Russian Roulette," we think the director's got the dark theme down pat. Here's hoping they cast a hot Latino/a in the film, and we'll be set! Rihanna's second single from her upcoming album Rated R, "Wait Your Turn," leaked online over the weekend. The track continues the dark vibe of the album's first single "Russian Roulette," which was met with mixed reviews two weeks ago. The hook on the song,"The wait is ova, the wait is ova," is a phrase that was used last month as a teaser announcing the album's November 23 release date.
The wait it seems is also over on RiRi's silence surrounding the February assault by former boyfriend, Chris Brown. Since the incident, Rihanna has made no statements, however the R&B star will appear on Thursday's Good Morning American for her first interview since the altercation, and on 20/20 the following night, and the world will finally hear her side of the story. A day after ex-girlfriend Rihanna dropped her single "Russian Roulette," Chris Brown responds with the equally slow-tempo ballad "Crawl." As previously reported, Rihanna's single alludes to her abusive relationship with Brown, and "Crawl" responds to Rihanna with Brown singing about a relationship that has slipped away from him. Could this be a publicity stunt by the estranged couple? The timing couldn't be more impeccable for their dual releases. What do you think?
"Crawl" is the second release off Brown's forthcoming album, Graffiti. The first was "I Can Transform Ya" featuring Lil Wayne. A release date hasn't been set for Graffiti, but if this pattern is any indication, we're guessing it'll hit stores close to Rihanna's Rated R on November 23rd. [MTV News]

Rihanna released her new slow tempo single "Russian Roulette" today to mixed reviews. It definitely won't have fan reciting lines like 2007's "Umbrella." (Ella, ella, eh, eh!)
This is the first single of Rihanna's fourth studio album, Rated R, which Def Jam confirmed will be released on November 23rd. For the LP, RiRi teamed up with the likes of Justin Timberlake, Tricky Stewart, Chase & Status and Ne-Yo, who wrote and produced "Russian Roulette."
The single seems to allude to an abusive relationship, and we can only assume that this album is a form of creative release and may be a brand new sound for the artist; therapy if you will, and similar to Kanye's emotional 808s and Heartbreak.
MTV News caught up with Ne-Yo recently and this is what the writer/producer had to say about Rated R:
The best and safest way I can say this is that Rihanna has some stuff to say and she's going to say it. And she ain't going to make no apologies for it.... I've heard a good majority of the album... world, get ready. That's all I'm going to say : World ,get ready. [MTV News]
So what do you think? Are we ready for an album outlining Rihanna's abusive relationship with Chris Brown? Speak on it below!
Also, if you haven't heard the new track "Russian Roulette" yet, listen to it now on Rihanna's website!
