Is Kim Kardashian suing Old Navy? According to TMZ, the reality starlet filed a federal lawsuit in Los Angeles on Wednesday against the retail giant.

Kimmy K is reportedly seeking $15-$20 million from Old Navy claiming they intentionally used a look-alike in an effort to trick the public into thinking Kardashian was affiliated with the brand. A statement from Kim's representation reads:

"Old Navy launched a multimedia advertising campaign featuring television and online ads that misappropriate Kardashian's likeness in the form of a celebrity look-alike and styled the infringing ads to evoke Kardashian's identity and persona."

Adding fuel to the fire is the fact that the 29-year-old Kardashian look-alike is model/actress Melissa Molinaro, who is reportedly dating Kim's ex, New Orleans Saints player Reggie Bush.

Kardashian is also particularly peeved that the brand tweeted promotional tidbits about the campaign and her look-alike at her twitter page. Old Navy tweeted:

"@CBSNEWS reports that Old Navy's Super CUTE star looks like @kimkardashian. #LOL. What do you think?"

Reggie Bush is set to go down in history, but hold your applause and celebratory cheers because Reggie may not want to be remembered for this particular “stat”.  The former Southern Cal running back will reportedly have his Heisman Trophy honors reneged, becoming the first to have it taken away in its 75-year history.

Bush, now playing for the New Orleans Saints, was on the losing end of a ruling by the NCAA earlier this summer citing he committed several violations during his three year college career. (Apparently smoldering good looks isn't effective against the NCAA!)  While a member of the Trojans, Bush, – against NCAA regulations – accepted cash, gifts, and other benefits from agents attempting to sign him as a client, making him retroactively ineligible for part of the 2004 and all of the 2005 season – the year he won the Heisman.
On the heels of the NCAA's ruling came the investigation by the Heisman Trophy Trust which have ultimately come to the same conclusion.

So what happens next? The Heisman Trust will strip Bush of the trophy and leave the 2005 season vacant.  We can bet the 2005 NCAA football season will wind up being a trivia question in the near future!

This especially sucks for former University of Texas quarterback (and 2005 Heisman runner-up) Vince Young, since the trophy isn't being passed down by default.  But then again, we figure that no one wants to be known as “that guy”.  Overall, Reggie Bush is a 25 year-old NFL superstar that on the field, did in fact earn the Heisman Trophy during his college career and is now on a Super Bowl winning team.  Not to mention the fact that he's got a Kardashian love affair under his belt to boast about!  We're assuming he's not too broken up about not actually owning the physical statue...

From football to futbol: looks like Kimmy K. has found a new professional athlete to chop down those cakes! Fresh from her break-up with New Orleans' Saints player Reggie Bush, Kim Kardashian was caught canoodling with Real Madrid soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo at a Madrid restaurant this week!

 According to a source who spotted the couple:

"[Kim] and Ronaldo were kissing and very affectionate. They looked to be getting on really well, laughing the whole time."

Steamy! Apparently the duo went back to Ronaldo's home after dinner and continued to hang-out for four hours before Kardashian finally left. Wonder what happened?

Kim's been quite the jet-setter in recent weeks! She's tweeted about trips to Miami, New York, and her upcoming trip to Australia — yet, no mention of Madrid. What are you hiding, Kimmy? Cristiano is hot! You should parade him around as much as possible — we love a risqué romance!

Rumors began circulating this week that Kim Kardashian had made a bet with boyfriend Reggie Bush that if his team, the New Orleans Saints, won the Super Bowl, he'd have to put a ring on it!

But Kim is denying the whole thing saying that it was a radio interview taken completely out of context.  Curvy Kimmy defended herself on her blog:

"There is a story going around saying I made a bet that Reggie would propose if The Saints won the Superbowl. This is not true. I never made any kind of bet.A radio interviewer asked what I dreamed for in 2010 and I was hesitant and thinking about it and they said what about a ring… I said yes, a Superbowl ring for Reggie. Then they said that if he gets a Superbowl ring, I get an engagement ring and I said "ok deal! LOL.

"This was taken way out of context by a lot of media outlets, who are saying I made a bet with Reggie, which I didn't. In NO way is that a bet I made with Reggie! If you listen to the interview you can hear exactly what I said! It bugs me how people twist stories when the interview is right there to hear for yourself. I just wanted to clear that up!"  (PerezHilton)

The equally stunning Jennifer Lopez and Kim Kardashian were seen hanging out yesterday in Miami. Does this seem like an unlikely pairing? We thought so too! First stop for the divas was the Dolphins/Saints game where Reggie Bush, Kim Kardashian's boyfriend, and his team took the win, 6-0. The the duo met up at LIV nightclub inside the Fountainbleau Hotel where JLo debuted her new single " Fresh Out the Oven" featuring Pitbull. Oh Yeah, March Anthony was there too! We wonder if there was any rivalry between las dos parejas, considering Reggie Bush plays with the Saints and Marc Anthony is co-owner of the Dolphins?  [Twitter]

Can we expect to see more of these dazzling divas together? We hope so! Jenny has never looked better and KK is smokin' too!

Reunited and it Feels So Good! It seems like our favorite Kardashian has reunited with her boyfriend, New Orleans Saints player, Reggie Bush. Former MTV VJ, LaLa Vasquez, KK's new best friend, posted the first official pic of the on-again couple on her website. Are we happy/sad?

In other Kardashian family news, it seems like Khloe and Lamar's prenup leaves the new bride with... NOTHING! Not 50% of his assets as his wife, not a quarter of his estate, not a dollar amount for every year they're married....NOTHING. Looks like they really did marry for... LOVE! : )

Word in Hollywood is that Reggie Bush may be poppin' the question to Kim Kardashian on New Years!

Although the couple has not commented on the engagement rumors, several 'reliable snitches' and online reports claim that Reggie is ready to tie-the-knot with the reality television star. According to Media Takeout, the football player plans on proposing soon and has even hired a photographer to capture the romantic moment.

This chisme doesn't seem too far fetched, but we aren't 100% sold. Do you hear wedding bells in Kim and Reggie's future? [Media Takeout]

Well, sort of. The birthday girl is skipping the night clubs and spending her fab festivities with her novio Reggie Bush, who is recovering from knee surgery.

New Orleans Saints running back suffered the injury while playing against the Carolina Panthers on Sunday. The reality television star admits that the couple was planning a romantic London getaway, but instead she flew to the Alabama Medical Center to be by her man's side.

Kim describes on her blog:

When I saw him limp off the field my heart dropped! He is recovering great and will be back on the field soon!

Now that sounds like true amor! Reggie better wife her up before someone else does the job. Si o no? [People]

While Kim Kardashian has been practicing her two-step in the hopes of landing a perfect score on "Dancing With The Stars," her novio Reggie Bush has been planning his off-field pursuits. Besides exercising his gladiator steez for the New Orleans Saints, the NFL player is also planning a future with the curvaceous beauty.

Reggie officially declared that he plans to wife-up his novia:

Reporter: Is marriage to her in the plans?

Reggie Bush: Yes.

Reporter: When?

Reggie Bush: Don’t know. But it’s coming.

Reporter: Children?

Reggie Bush: Definitely. Absolutely. I look forward to being a father.
