Another one bites the dust ladies! Joel Martínez from the blazin' duo Alexis y Fido officially kissed his bachelor lifestyle goodbye by getting hitched to his longtime novia Yaris Emilia Rodríguez in Carolina, Puerto Rico on Saturday.
Since being found innocent of gun and marijuana possession for his arrest back in 2004, Don Omar plans on chillin' out and livin' it up in San Juan, Puerto Rico. As if we didn't have enough reasons to visit la isla del encanto, the reggaetonero has decided to celebrate his newfound libertad by hosting an exclusive party “Mi Libertad, Don Omar, La Celebración” in club Liquid.

Following up our Friday post preceding Wisin's wedding, we've got more details to dish on la boda del reggaetonero. Románticos prepare to swoon! Wisin officially shared his 'I Do's' with lucky lady Yomaira Ortiz during an intimate evangelist wedding ceremony in Cayey, Puerto Rico on Saturday afternoon.
Wisin y su padrino (and fellow artist) Yandel were seen celebrating the groom's moment of love and matrimony while arriving to the small (paparazzi-free) reception at the Jájome Terrace. The tight security didn't stop fans from offering their bendiciones!
Even though Wisin wishes to keep todos de los detalles confidenciales, he did share a few words about his blissful boda with Primera Hora:
Of course I owe this [wedding] to my partner for the 4 years we have been together and for our daughter.
Las celebraciones carried on 'til the break of dawn! Now the question is, where will the newlyweds hit-up for their luna de miel? [Primera Hora, People En Español]

Reggaetonero Arcángel dishes about his upcoming solo debut titled "La Maravilla" due out this fall, that will include old material and twelve new tracks. Arcángel said on an interview that his new album will be:
Friendlier to the ears --as much for the kids as for the parents
That sounds great at all, but how can it be kid-friendly if it's got a big 'ol parental advisory stamped on the album cover?
Arcángel claims his debut album is not a reggaeton production but falls more into the Latin urban category. Whew, glad he cleared that up! [Billboard]
We caught up with Alexis y Fido at Karli’s birthday fiesta and los reggaetoneros told us that after touring this summer they plan on starting another album. Alexis had this to say about the upcoming proyecto:
We are going to start recording around October. The last one was more techno and electronic music. Now we are going to starting fusing different alternative things into our music.
Regardless of what they deliver, we bet their new sound will be good to groove to. We're hoping to see a new album from the duo in 2009. Until then, you can catch 'em en tour el verano entero.
The past comes back to haunt Don Omar! The reggaetonero has been caught in the long arm of la ley for a while; his troubles date back to a September 2004 arrest for alleged gun and marijuana possession. Despite all of the drama, "El Rey de los Reyes” was captured in high spirits as he exited Puerto Rico's Centro Judicial with wifey Jackie Guerrido yesterday.
