We all hope that la bella y extrovertida Alejandra Guzman is recovering well after complications arose from surgery involving toxic butt injections.  Toxic butt injections?! OUCH!

La cantante aún se encuentra en el hospital, but she did sent out a message to her fans:

"Thank you for for being there and for worrying about me. When they release me we'll talk.
Kisses, Alejandra Guzman."

The hack cosmetologist who runs the place where Alejandra had the surgery is now under some serious fire! He's been detained by the police, pero it wasn't even because of Alejandra! Otra persona has come forward saying that she too had experienced the same problems as the singer after getting some injections en su trasero, y  supposedly, yet another client has said that she was molested by a staff member!

Que horror! People seriously need to be careful, and get una segunda opinion before jumping into cirugía! Hopefully once she is released from the hospital, Ale will be able to spill on what really happened!  What do you think?  [LatinGossip]

Colombian newspaper El Tiempo recently interviewed our favorite Loba and asked her if she ever had a little nip tuck.

Shakira said:  "Never for my breasts. For my nose, maybe."

What?? Qué Maybe??? Way to keep us guessing Shaki!!

Reporter Shanik Berman informed el mundo months ago that rockera Belinda had plans to go under the knife... The Spanish-born singer claimed her nip-tuck was not out of vanity, but would help alleviate sinus issues.

The surgery, which took place in March 2009, has now healed and is ready for primetime!

Rumors had it that Belinda was headed for a much more drastic makeover than we see here, including work on her chin.  Belinda chalked up el chisme to Camaleones producer Rosy Ocampo creating buzz around the show, which started shooting in June 2009. Belinda, who stars in Camaleones as the central character Angelica, accompanies Pee Wee and RBD graduate Poncho Herrera in the cast.

Who is reponsible for Belinda's new honker? The nineteen-year-old singer of "Bella Traición" was in good hands; the rhinoplasty was performed by experienced plastic surgeon Raul Lopez Infante out of Mexico City. [Yahoo Mujer]
