We're seriously hoping Anahí doesn't enter Michael Jackson territory any time soon. The Mexican pop diva is set to undergo yet another nose job after a recent unforeseen injury.

Apparently Anahí was playing with her baby niece Ana Pau when her nariz got knocked out of whack. Though she didn't think anything of it at the time, the continuous pain led her to the doctor's office and eventually the operating table.

"El lunes jugando con Ana Pau me pegó sin querer con la cabeza. En el mismo lugar!!!," she tweeted. "Me empezó a doler más y más. Hoy fui al doctor. Sacamos una radiografía y el hueso hizo una jiba o algo así, es como un callo y tiene un pico. Total me van a volver a operar."

Interestingly, Anahí used a similar excuse the last time she went under the knife. There was no denying the drastic change that happened after that procedure. Let's hope this time out they hold back on delivering too drastic of a nip/tuck.

Ever since her recent bikini pictures hit the web, several gossip bloggers have been wondering if Cameron Diaz got some "enhancements" over the holidays. Her normally flat-chested physique definitely looks fuller, leading one plastic surgery expert to declare that she did indeed get breast implants.

Speaking with Radar Online, L.A. surgeon Dr. Marc Daniels went on record to say that Cameron's gone under the knife.

"In my opinion, she has had an augmentation," he explained in an interview. "I think that by going for proportionally sized implants, she has succeeded in making people wonder if they are real or real expensive...the hall mark of a job well done! It is not overdone and fills out her bikini nicely."

Of course Dr. Daniels did admit that he has never met nor treated Diaz in the past. And the fact that the cleavage growth is so subtle led many to believe that her fuller figure could simply be due to more holiday snacks.

Whatever the reason, Cameron still looks great at 39. So whatever she's doing with her body, it's working!

It's hard to believe that at 22-years-old, Belinda has been caught up with so much plastic surgery chisme. Though the pop diva constantly denies the nips and tucks, her "Before and After" pictures tell a very different story. And now, TV y Novelas is reporting that Beli has gone under the knife again, this time for her abdomen.

The latest story claims that Belinda traveled to Colombia to get a surgical six-pack. During the complicated procedure, doctors reportedly cut into her stomach to make it appear flat and chiseled.

It all sounds pretty bizarre to us, but Beli's camp has yet to deny the story. In fact, many are wondering if a cryptic tweet she wrote earlier in the month could be related to the flat tummy rumors.

"Debes de amar la música más que a la comida, más que a la vida, más que a ti mismo," she posted.

Obviously being in the public eye 24/7 can get you pretty caught up with body image stuff. We're hoping the latest report is just a rumor and Belinda's not taking too many unnecessary trips to the doc. Because if this stuff continues, just imagine how she'll look in 20 years!

You’ve got to admire Eiza Gonzalez’ honesty. Rather than make up stories about “deviated septums,” the 21-year-old Mexican starlet came clean this week about a recent nose job she had done. Claiming she was looking to “enhance” her appearance, Eiza declared that she is actually quite proud of her upgraded nariz.

Gonzalez believed that the press would have found out anyways and felt it was important to be open about the procedure. Though she didn’t quite “out” her nip/tuck contemporaries like Anahi and Belinda, Gonzalez definitely alluded to their plastic surgery denials in an interview she gave to Hoy.

Still, you’ve got to wonder whether Eiza really needed any work in the first place. She was already an established star of novelas like Mujeres Asesinas 2 and Sueña Conmigo, and regarded as one of Latin America’s most beautiful young starlets.

Either way, it’s clear that Gonzalez’ fans are behind her no matter what septum she’s sporting. And Eiza was quick to acknowledge that fact via tweet over the weekend.

“este lindo viernes les quiero decir GRACIAS por su apoyo y amor y q sepan q no doy por sentado su apoyo, se todo lo q hacen por mi GRACIAS!”

It seems like ever since Anahi had those “alterations”, the gossip blogs have picking up on an increasing plastic surgery trend. Now we’ve all seen the extremes of what too much Botox can do, but what about the occasional nip and tuck? Is it so wrong to want to “maintain” your youthful appearance? According to several of today’s hottest celebs, the answer is yes!

Earlier this year, 38-year-old actress Sofia Vergara spoke out very publicly against going under the knife.

“A woman should never have plastic surgery done to look younger,” she told Ladies Home Journal.

When speaking with Esquire Magazine, Sofia took her stance even further, criticizing the Hollywood standard of endless plastic surgeries.

"L. A. is crazy. The women all look the same now. That thing with the cheeks. Like Madonna. Who do they think they're fooling? It doesn't make them look young. You end up looking like a freak."

People’s newest "Most Beautiful Woman," Jennifer Lopez, also claims to be hesitant about undergoing cosmetic alterations. Still stunning at 40, she hasn’t completely ruled out “enhancing” herself in the future, but for now she seems very comfortable in her skin.

“I don’t see myself having any plastic surgery.,” J. Lo has said. “I don’t know how I will feel when I’m older. But I am more of a natural person and I believe in beauty not being an outside, physical thing.”

With a new single out called “Born This Way,” it’s pretty clear where pop diva Lady Gaga stands on the issue. She readily acknowledges that she’s a role model to millions of young women and has been very vocal in her lyrics about staying true to who you are.

“I have never had plastic surgery, and there are many pop stars who have,” Gaga recently told Harper’s Bazaar. “I think that promoting insecurity in the form of plastic surgery is infinitely more harmful than an artistic expression related to body modification.”

Interestingly a large portion of the Latino population may feel differently. A recent New York Times article reported that over 1.4 million Hispanics a year opt in for plastic surgery. And something tells us it’s not all for “deviated septums.”

Deviated septum eh? Sure Anahi claimed there were “medical reasons” behind her nose surgery, but after seeing some recent performance clips of her, it’s pretty obvious that the docs shaved off quite a bit of schnoz.

Debuting her new nose at a Brazil concert with former RBD bandmate Christian Chávez, it’s clear the surgery did not affect her powerful singing voice. Anahi was in fine form, belting out the new “Libertad” single Christian spoke with us about last week.

But as far as her physical appearance is concerned, there are some differences. After seeing the comparison, it is hard to deny that there was some major work done.

Aside from the nose, Anahi’s face in general seemed to be somewhat altered. Perhaps when she gets in front of the HDTV cameras for Dos Hogares we’ll have the definitive answer of exactly how far those nips and tucks went.

Celebrities who undergo nose jobs often claim to have deviated septums as an excuse for completely changing their faces, even when they don't. But Mexican pop star Anahi tweeted photos of her crooked septum just to prove that her surgery was legit.

Though we haven’t seen the new Anahi nose yet, it doesn't sound like the nips and tucks were too drastic. According to Latin Gossip, she claims her surgery was extremely necessary and long overdue. For the record, a deviated septum can lead to headaches, sinus issues, and, in drastic cases, a lack of oxygen to the brain.

But could the procedure also be in preparation for Anahi’s new high-profile novela? Her Dos Hogares soap will be seen by millions across Latin America, so perhaps she felt the need to correct any “flaws” before the HD cameras start rolling.

Whatever the reason, we’re happy to report that Anahi pulled through the surgery without any complications. Here’s to hoping Anahi doesn’t have any more “deviations” that require Botox or a face lift.

Remind us never to pester Alejandra Guzmán if we see her on a plane.  While on vacation, la cantante was en route from Mexico City to the Pacific beach resort city of Huatulco when she supposedly got into an argument with a fan.  How bad was the argument?  Bad enough that the pilots chose to turn the plane right around and back to la Ciudad de México, ruining everyone's vacation plans!

Apparently, the fan got a little too pushy in her requests to take una foto de la famosa cantante, y Guzmán repeatedly asked the fan to "respect her privacy."  When the fan did not, resultó en tremenda pelea en medio vuelo.  Her publicist has released a statement that assures us that "Guzmán was not on drugs or drinking, as some media have erroneously mentioned."  However, details of the fight have not yet been released.  Lo que queremos saber is who threw the first punch!!

Alejandra Guzmán has been recovering from some cosmetic surgery (*cough* butt implants *cough*) gone awry, and was flying to the vacation resort after performing a show until 5am that morning.  Come on, fans, don't you think la Guzmán has been through enough?!  Just let la reina del rock rest in peace on her flight, ok?  (Next time, just take a discreet photo when she's not looking! That's what phone cameras are for! Mentiras, we're just kidding...!!)

We all hope that la bella y extrovertida Alejandra Guzman is recovering well after complications arose from surgery involving toxic butt injections.  Toxic butt injections?! OUCH!

La cantante aún se encuentra en el hospital, but she did sent out a message to her fans:

"Thank you for for being there and for worrying about me. When they release me we'll talk.
Kisses, Alejandra Guzman."

The hack cosmetologist who runs the place where Alejandra had the surgery is now under some serious fire! He's been detained by the police, pero it wasn't even because of Alejandra! Otra persona has come forward saying that she too had experienced the same problems as the singer after getting some injections en su trasero, y  supposedly, yet another client has said that she was molested by a staff member!

Que horror! People seriously need to be careful, and get una segunda opinion before jumping into cirugía! Hopefully once she is released from the hospital, Ale will be able to spill on what really happened!  What do you think?  [LatinGossip]

Shakira said:  "Never for my breasts. For my nose, maybe."
