Wondering when Pitbull's next album is hitting las calles?

Veranos in the club are weak without the Cubano's "Krazy" blistering lyrics, which is why the rapero is dropping his all Spanish album this summer. Pitbull's manager, Robert Fernández confirmed the news and stated that the artist will release the compilation under SONY records, and not his previous label TVT Records.
We recently spoke to the Miami native about his new-found independence:
Ahora cuando yo te independiente, yo, solito, solito, solito es cuando voy a tirar el disco en español. Armando líos, armando relajo, armando de todo porque va estar dedicado a mi papá porque ese era el nombre, bueno el nombre de mi papá era José Antonio Armando Pérez Torres.
Guess the loco vibes run in the familia! Are you excited about the album? [MTV TR3s Radio Noticias]

Nope, this isn't entertainment for your abuelita (you know we mean Don Francisco's, "Sábado Gigante")...

Pitbull is adding his own sophisticated swagger to el fin de semana during the Florida-based concert series, "Súper Sábados." The music festival is set to go off on April 11th, and will also include performances by Venezuelan salsero, Oscar D’León and Tito Nieves, among others. We recently spoke to the Los Premios Billboard-nominee about preparing his Boatlift follow-up album.
The Cubano states:
We definitely expect a "Krazy" comeback. Are you feelin' Pitbull's estilo? [MTV TR3s Radio Noticias]

"Music My Guey" wants to turn you into the ultimate DJ by creating your own themed-playlist!

Check out the "Music My Guey" site and submit your custom-made playlist and share it with everyone in el barrio. An extremely savvy tr3s writer (ahem) created a Nuevo Año playlist worth playing at your next block party:
1. Julieta Venegas: "El Presente"
Who needs el pasado?! 2009 is all about enjoying el presente. One shot of Julieta's intoxicating canción guarantees a new beginning. No hangovers necessary.
2. Shakira: "Dia de Enero"
January should be about adding romance back into the priority list. Shaki warms-up a lonely afternoon without the cadera shaking beats she usually fires-up.
3. Juan Luis Guerra: "Ojalá Que Llueva Café"
Recession worries will melt away after turning-up this old school classic. What is bad about imagining a rain fall of billetes falling from the heavens? Juan Luis Guerra's poetic power makes you feel like anything is possible!
4. Juanes: "Odio Por Amor"
Paz should be the universal new year's resolution. Juanes will ignite the revolutionary spirit in todo el mundo. Si se puede!
5. Pitbull: "The Anthem"
Locos rejoice! There is no way to start things off without dancing with your sister, brother, abuela, and abuelo. The whole familia can jam to this Cubano's anthem.
Think you can come up with a better playlist? Submit your own on Music My Guey and become a rockstar instantly!

Daddy Yankee's McCain endorsement has become our modern day pandora's box! It has unleashed political stabs from just about everyone in el barrio, and the wounds aren't over yet. Pitbull is also taking a raw stab at El Cangri, and we promise that this one will leave some scars...

Unlike Fat Joe, "The Anthem" MC isn't about endorsing Obama or rocking the Presidential candidate's kicks. Pitbull's political thoughts remain rooted on the other side of el malecón, which has been head deep in Castro's dictatorship for over 45 years.
In regards to Cuba Pitbull states:
I truly feel that Castro is dead. I feel like he’s been dead for 2 or 3 years now. I think he handed off power to Raul. Once that becomes public and it’s a 150% fact I think that’s when you will see change in Cuba or at least I'm hoping.

However, his "NO CASTRO" chants scream just as loudly as his hate for Republicans...and Daddy Yankee.
The Cubano continues:
That was bull****. That was a publicity stunt gone wrong. How can you sit there and make a debate about John McCain and Sarah Palin? There’s no way shape or form for him to jump behind John McCain. Whoever on your team told you to do this s*** really fucked you up right now. Fat Joe called him out on it also. I don't think he's a bad guy. I just think it’s the wrong decision. I don’t know how you can sit up there and talk about John McCain's immigration laws when you come from an island that’s U.S. territory. [Laughs]
Pitbull chewed Daddy Yankee up and spat him back out! What do you think of the leftover pieces mi gente? [Six Shot]

What a weekend! Our heads are still spinning from MTV Tr3s Fashionista, an upcoming style special that taped last Friday for a premiere on August 16th at 2PM EST. NYC was the place to be el viernes pasado -- you couldn't move an inch without bumping into a hot model (ANTM winner Jaslene chowing down on not only tacos, but mcdonalds AND espaguetis), hot Latin artist (Pitbull checking out VJ Karli's pedicure job) or host (LBoogs and Natalie Martinez shaking sus caderas in a cha-cha face-off between takes).
Among racks of ropa both couture and casual we ran into R&B singer Lloyd, whose performance of "Girls Around the World" featuring Pitbull was a highlight of the event. Before we could squeeze in any preguntas, we caught Mr. 305 schooling Lloyd on rolling his "rs." Adorned in Dolce & Gabanna ATL native Lloyd told us that the key to having style is really about one thing:
Style is just all in the swagger. It's not about the name brands, it's not about the expense of the clothing, it's just about the way you wear it. My own style consists of just configuring my outfit in wacky ways.
Sounds good to us. Lloyd also shared that he has a fetish for cute feet and doesn't wear a shirt much in the summer -- exposing his 30+ tattoos (no complaints here). At present the single crooner is promoting his album Lessons on Love and searching all around the world for the right gal.
MTV Tr3s Fashionista showed off the flyest fashion trends, from urban to sophisticated chic, on the flyest models, including featured catwalkers Jaslene Gonzalez and Danity Kane diva Aubrey O' Day. Male and female models strutted their stuff to live performances by Nina Sky, Kinky, RKM & Ken Y, Lloyd and Pitbull. MC-ing the event were Sucker Free Latino's L.Boogs and Natalie Martinez, of Fashion House and JT music video stardom.
Until its August 16th premiere, peep some pics from the event to satiate your style appetite.
We're always looking for a good summer anthem to help get the party started right. So far the only summer jams that have gotten our hearts pumpin' are Maino's "Hi Hater" and Daddy Yankee's "Pose." Today, we found a new contender for that slot. Enter Miami native DJ Laz, who has just put his unique touch on “Move, Shake” featuring Pitbull, Flo-rida, and up-and-coming R&B singer Casely. Check out the video and let us know if this gets you ready to hit the dance floor. [Lossip]
It's almost that time of year mi gente...el momento del Moonman! Each year we look to the MTV Video Music Awards to provide us with a new brand of office cooler chisme. Whether it's a surprising collabo kiss or a career-halting opening performance, we can always rely on M-Money to give us something to talk blog about. This year MTV is getting us, los fans, involved in the show; YOU determine which artists get nominated!
