Ready for your Friday scandal, boys and girls? Rumor has it that tabloid villain Ojani Noa is now claiming him and Jennifer Lopez are still married.
Noa says the marriage was never terminated and the whole divorce was a fraud orchestrated by Jennifer without any say on his part. He insists the divorce never took place and is demanding that a Florida court open the case to decide their fate once and for all.
Oh, and he wants 10 million dollars to be done with all this, and for all the pain and suffering. Seriously? Let's hope this is really a publicity stunt on his part and JLo doesn't have to pay him a penny. This guy sounds like a real sleaze ball.
This attention whore recently made the news when he announced he was posing for Playgirl magazine. Although his reasons were purely to show off his buff bod, we're convinced he just wants to steal more attention from his famous former wife.
I'm just wondering why he brought all this up now and not before. Perhaps his last grasp at the spotlight failed, when he tried to publish the former couple's private videos filmed during their short 11-month marriage.
Noa went on El Gordo y la Flaca to say that JLo forced the whole divorce thing, without his consent. He says the divorce "fue todo pagado por ella y todo fue planificado por ella," and everything has pretty much been a fraud.
Do you believe his claim that they are still married, or do you think this wannabe is just full of hot air?

Proving he's still J. Lo's wackiest ex, reps from Ojani Noa just announced that he will be posing naked for Playgirl magazine. And they made sure to point out that he was doing it to show off his "great body" and not to steal more attention from his famous former wife.
"El aceptó la oferta porque es muy atractivo, solo con verle el cuerpazo te das cuenta que tiene mucho que mostrar," said Claudia Vázquez, Ojani's current squeeze.
As you may recall, Noa is still trying to push that alleged J. Lo "sex tape" to distributors and is currently entangled in a vicious court battle. Perhaps since he hasn't been able to cash in properly for the videos, he's turned to stripping to help strum up some dough.
Interestingly, it appears as though money matters may affect how much of Ojani you see. Right now it is being reported that he's only taken Playgirl "test shots" and they will not get published until the proper financial agreement has been set.

We're sure that Jennifer Lopez wishes she never met her troubled ex-hubby Ojani Noa. The former waiter has made a career out of blabbing secrets about the star to the media. And his latest stories even include some chisme tidbits about Sofia Vergara!
Ojani recently said that Vergara called him while he was still married to J. Lo to tell him that his wife was a cheater. He went on to say that the man Lopez was getting "intimate" with was none other than Sofia's former boyfriend.
It certainly makes for some interesting chisme…IF it were true. But this past week, Vergara denied ever contacting Noa and adamantly declared that she has never even met him.
Calling Jennifer a "pobre mujer", Vergara expressed her sympathies for the A.I. judge, especially after hearing the lies Ojani was spreading. Who knew J. Lo's 10-month first marriage could lead to such disastrous long-term results?

OMG, you guys. Ojani Noa's back on his soapbox yapping about the alleged video of JLo dirty-dancing for Puff Daddy and smooching with another lady. You know how there are people with whom you've been in relationships who turn out to be great friends, even if the romance doesn't work out? And then there are the people we've crossed paths with that we just plain wish we had never met... At this point, Jennifer Lopez would probably like to stuff Ojani Noa into a cannon and shoot him into outer orbit. I know I would...
That doesn't seem to be the case for Noa, though. He's hanging on, tooth and nail, to his fifteen minutes of 'fame,' and he is totally shameless about it. Ojani is so up in her business that he's still talking to newspapers about JLo (who, let's have a reality check, here, is now a over 40 years old and the mom of two little kids) more than a decade after the dissolution of their short-lived 1997 marriage.
Is it possible that this guy is kind of-sort of maybe a little bit of a loser? I'm just saying. Guy, let it GO.
But no.
So here we are, walloping this old dead horse again. Because Ojani Noa is an artist. The man is a FILMMAKER. And for him, this is all about what is legally permissible as material for his documentary. We've been reporting on this story for a while now, as the exes battle in court to determine whether certain recordings can be used by Noa.
But this bit is a new twist: the FILMMAKER claims that a video (or videos - sources vary) in his possession, which feature a fully-dressed Jenny From The Block grinding on ex-love Sean "P. Diddy" combs, among others, and also sharing a same-sex kiss, is NOT a sex tape and is therefore fair game for his upcoming cinematic work. JLo's lawyers want to declare the tape off-limits, claiming that the scenes captured there are private and personal, while Ojani's legal counsel claim that because the star is fully dressed, the video cannot be classified as such.
Noa's team has considered asking Diddy to appear in court, to testify that a sex tape does exist. According to what I understand of their logic, if Diddy states under oath that a "real" sex tape exists, and is distinctly different in its content from Ojani Noa's "non-sex" tape, then that would make the "non-sex" tape legit material for the movie.
No lie, you guys, Ojani appeared on the popular Mexican news-and-gossip TV show "Ventaneando" just a couple of weeks ago, claiming that all he wants is to make this documentary of his, in order to clear his name and move on with his life:
"¿Cuál es el propósito de Ojani al mostrar esos videos? Ojani mismo contesta que quiere hacer un documental de su vida para limpiar su imagen, cerrar ese tormentoso capítulo y seguir adelante con su vida.
Noa dijo que una juez ya le dio un permiso para empezar a hacer el casting para los actores del documental y recalcó nuevamente que el contenido de los videos, que suman alrededor de 11 horas de duración, son situaciones normales y no hay nada de ámbito sexual."
You guys, I just know his movie's going to be SO AWESOME.
I can see it now, live from the Oscars: "And the award for Keeping it Classy goes to Ojani Noa."
But that's just me. What do you think? Would you go see a movie about the highs and lows of JLo and ONo!'s ten-month romance?
Tell us in the comments!

Was it something I said?
Marc Anthony is probably used to being asked about his famous wife, Jennifer Lopez and their family, but I'm pretty sure he's not accustomed to questions about scandals and sexy videos, despite the Bronx-born diva's high-profile relationships with Ben Affleck, Ojani Noa, and Cris Judd (does anyone remember him?) You just can't pepper a Latin man with prying questions about his wife's relationship with her scheming ex and expect him to cheerfully cooperate. Am I right?
Well, A reporter from Despierta America seems to have learned that lesson the hard way.
It all started with a friendly interview, as Marc and the morning show reporter sat down to talk about the singer's life and work. Things took an unfriendly turn when the interviewer inquired about J.Lo's legal troubles with ex husband, Cuban chef and model Ojani Noa, and Marc Anthony marched right out!
If you haven't heard about this in your dark-closet-in-a-basement-under-a-rock, let me fill you in. Long before she was ever Mrs Anthony, Jennifer Lopez was a dancer, performing in music videos and on TV shows like In Living Color.
On a visit to Miami in February of 1997, she met a cute Cuban waiter (Noa) and the pair fell madly in love. They wed shortly after meeting, but were divorced less than a year later. Lopez and Noa even stayed friendly for a while, but eventually the former friends were reduced to filing legal suits against one another after Lopez fired Noa as manager of her short-lived L.A. restaurant, Madre's, in 2002.
The conflicts were resolved for a time with a confidentiality agreement, signed by both sides. But it seems it didn't work out so well... You see, despite that mutual-shush-agreement, Noa has allegedly been shopping around a variety of projects cashing in on his relationship with Lopez, including book deals and, most recently, a film, tentatively titled The JLo and Ojani Noa Story.
You know Jennifer wasn't about to let that happen, especially after rumors surfaced that the film would prominently feature racy home videos of "private and personal" home videos of the pair, including footage from their honeymoon.
So you can probably understand why, when the conversation turned to the topic of Jenny's infamous ex, Marc got pretty hot under the collar. Once the questions turned to his wife's sexy honeymoon videos with her first hubby, the macho man came out and Marc took his leave of the room - and the interview.
If I were Ojani Noa, I'd try to avoid running into his ex-wife's new husband in any dark alleys. That might go for one determined interviewer, too. I bet Marc Anthony's scary when he's P-O-ed!
What do you think? Was Marc being rude, or was he totally justified? Let us know in the comments!

It looks like another Jennifer Lopez rumor has arisen from the camp of her ex-husband, Ojani Noa. But this one happens to come from his current flame, Claudia Vazquez. According to Ojani's girlfriend, J. Lo used to adhere to the religion of Santeria.
Originating in areas of West Africa and the Caribbean, Santeria has thousands of followers and is commonly practiced in parts of Cuba and Puerto Rico. Parts of the religion can include rituals like animal sacrifice, which several high-profile groups have frowned upon.
But did Jennifer partake in any of the religion's more controversial practices? Vazquez says yes and even claims that Lopez used Santeria to help edge out Salma Hayek Pinault for the lead role in the 1997's Selena.
"Jennifer has a godmother in Miami, which I've never met but Ojani knows her, and she calls this woman to tell her 'do this to this person, put up a black candle, etc." Claudia said. "She's done 'amarres' [spells] on all her boyfriends. It's a typical thing for anybody involved in santeria. But, even with all that, she always ends up leaving them."
Pretty heavy stuff if you ask us. But from everything going down with the J. Lo "home video" scandal, we get the feeling Noa and Vazquez aren’t the most reputable characters. Plus, after courts blocked their release of a controversial Lopez documentary, you can bet both Claudia and Ojani are holding a major grudge against Ms. Jenny From The Block!

The battle's heating up in the Jennifer Lopez vs. Ojani Noa case! Just last week, a Los Angeles court ruled Noa's now girlfriend, Claudia Vasquez, had the right to release Ojani's JLo documentary that has been tangled up in court proceedings since 2009.
The doc, seemingly about the rise of Lopez's career and the couple's brief 11 month marriage, reportedly contains intimate home videos of Jennifer...and her bare cakes...that the "American Idol" judge has been fighting to keep out of the public eye for some time.
However, on Monday a Los Angeles Superior Court Judge granted Lopez a restraining order against Vasquez, and temporarily blocked Vasquez ability to release the documentary to distributors. Furthermore, the judge ruled that the doc could not be released without Jennifer's approval.
While Claudia's rebuttal refuted her likelihood of releasing said documentary, the judge continued to deny her claim.
Has Jennifer finally won her case? Or do we have a few appeals to look forward to? Sound off in the comments, or @MTV3.

Why won't Ojani Noa let Jennifer Lopez be great? The exes have been in and out of court battling over the release of private home videos taken during their 11 month marriage since 2009. The videos, which are said to showcase raunchy footage of Lopez riding on a motorcycle sans panties, are reportedly part of a project Noa is producing about the rise of Jennifer's career and the couple's brief marriage.
Until now, Lopez has been able to keep the videos under wraps, citing:
"I believe that Noa will damage my reputation with movie producers and businesses which contract with celebrities for the use of their names, likenesses and spokesperson services for commercial endorsements and may very well cause some members of the movie-going and record-buying public to think badly of me."
However, Ojani has maintained that his documentary will not utilize the inappropriate footage of Lopez, and still his claims were denied. Until now... in a Miami court recently, a judge ruled that Noa's girlfriend Claudia Vasquez, who also worked on the documentary, will be allowed to release the docu on Ojani's behalf.
The written ruling states:
"Vazquez argues she has and is suffering harm in that she has had difficulty in obtaining work as a result of Lopez's attempts at enforcing the Injunction against her.
Vazquez argues that Lopez, on the other hand, will suffer no harm if Vazquez's preliminary injunction is granted. Lopez puts forth no arguments contradicting those of Vazquez and, in fact, fails to address this element of the preliminary injunction test altogether. As a result, the Court finds that the balance of the equities weighs in favor of Vazquez."
Ed Meyer, the executive producer of the project told RadarOnline.com:
"Claudia Vazquez has been allowed to release the home videos of Ojani and Jennifer. The project will deal with JLo's rise to fame, and her marriage to Ojani. Claudia will be meeting with video distributors on Tuesday, and hopefully, a deal can be made very soon."
What will the mother of two do now? We just hope the doc is tasteful, for Max and Emme's sake.

What do you do when your 15 minutes of fame are up? Bueno, if you are Jennifer Lopez's ex-husband, Ojani Noa, you join the popular chisme show Paparazzi Magazine of the Mega TV network and share details on your estranged relationship.
He has addressed the $10 million lawsuit he placed against Lopez for halting the production on a parody film about his life, which includes intimate details about his relationship with La Lopez, recently named the World's Most Beautiful Woman. He has briefly stated that he doesn't want to harm his ex, but simply collect what his rightfully his.
Let's give a little background on this madness shall we? The couple married in 1997 and were divorced 11 months later. Despite not finalizing the happy-ever-after part of the nuptials, Noa was appointed Jennifer Lopez's manager of her former restaurant Madres. Since the restaurant's closure, Noa has attempted to keep the checks flowing by exposing their past as a couple.
Jennifer Lopez has fired back by requesting the $10 million lawsuit to be dismissed. She has stated:
"I believe that Noa will damage my reputation with movie producers and businesses which contract with celebrities for the use of their names, likenesses and spokesperson services for commercial endorsements and may very well cause some members of the movie-going and record-buying public to think badly of me."
$10 million is a lot to ask for a movie that will probably go straight to video no?
The Cuban-born wannabee first appeared in the Spanish-language tv show at the beginning of this week for an interview, but it looks like he's staying. Will Noa be pursuing a TV career now? Who knows!
Apparently, he believes that he is getting support from his fans since his Facebook profile includes a status update stating:
"Thanks for all the messages and support. Please keep watching [the show]. Thanks. Love ya."
Does Noa have a future in the world of TV chisme?

All we can say is, be careful who you marry. With two bitter ex-husbands, Jennifer Lopez has opened herself up to plenty of blackmail opportunities. Now hubby No. 1, Ojani Noa, is shopping around an X-rated video of her baring her “privates” in public.
According to sources from RadarOnline.com, the home video shows Jennifer (circa 1997) riding a scooter around Cuba bare naked below the belt. These aren’t just a few brief shots, but several hours of footage of the pantyless pop star talking to the camera.
So what's a happy mother of two to do when footage like this leaks? Take her ex to court, of course. Lopez hired a lawyer to stop the release of the video, arguing that the tapes are “personal and private.” J.Lo also claims that Noa and his agent, Ed Meyer, are in violation of a previous injunction.
Meyer says their goal is not to release the naughty portions, but rather to utilize other footage for a documentary film about their marriage. In court documents filed in California on November 17, Meyer said:
“In Noa's home videos, Lopez displays deviant behavior by consensually exposing her genital area in public; however, Noa and Meyer have never ever intended to market this and the many other racy, damaging and expositive scenes from the home videos. It must also be stated that in Noa's home videos, Lopez gives her full consent to Noa taping her."
Something tells us old movies of the former couple relaxing on the couch wouldn’t stir up much attention. But seeing J.Lo without her panties, that's another story. For Max and Emme’s sake, we hope the tape never gets released. Let this be a lesson to everyone: Never trust an ex with a camcorder.
