What do you do on your birthday when you’ve got a beautiful wife and an infant son? Go out partying solo in Miami. That’s what Paulina Rubio’s husband Nicolás Vallejo-Nájera appeared to do when he celebrated his 39th this week, adding fuel to the rumors that their marriage is on the rocks.

Relations between the two have seemed to be strained for several months now. It was reported that Pau Pau spent Valentine’s Day alone this year and People en Español claims that Nicolás was recently spotted in the company of a prominent divorce attorney.

Neither one is saying anything publicly. In fact, Paulina is still presenting the picture of a very happy family with her daily tweets. In regards to Nicolás’ birthday, she posted,

"@colatenicolasvn Coli, hoy festejamos contigo nuestro primer dia del padre. We love you daddy <3 <3!!"

“Colate” is a nickname of Nicolás’ and seems to still carry affection for Pau Pau. Of course, now Rubio's Coli tweets are becoming few and far between. In the past few months, she’s been focusing her twitpix and cute quotes on a totally different Nicolás.

First Jay-Z and Beyonce, now this. There seems to be something about Valentine’s Day that always gets the gossip sites buzzing about breakups. The latest rumors now involve Mexican songstress Paulina Rubio and her husband of three years, Nicolás Colate Vallejo Nájera.

It’s hard to believe that this happy couple, who were photographed over the holidays celebrating with their newborn son, Nicolás Jr., could be headed for divorce. But Generaccion.com is reporting that Pau Pau spent V-Day apart from her hubby and very much alone.

Papa Nicolás, on the other hand, reportedly spent the romantic February weekend partying with actress Eva Longoria and her new younger beau Eduardo Cruz. There are also rumors that Paulina is in the middle of a deep depression since the passing of her father and Nájera has not been around to support her.

Could Pau Pau’s favorite social media outlet hold some clues? Though she did post several tweets on Valentine’s Day, none were directed to her new baby daddy. Lately she’s been professing her love for something completely different.

“Happy valentines! Food is love! But love is love mmmm comida”

Perhaps if Nicolás brushes up on his baking tips, the vicious rumors will begin to fade away.

Call it the score of the season. We’re not sure how Hola! did it, but the magazine got the exclusive first pictures of Paulina Rubio and her one-month-old baby, Andrea Nicolás. The cover of its Dec. 29 issue features mother, son, hubby Nicolás and two cute little pups.

There's no denying that baby Andrea, born at a healthy seven pounds, is their son, with papa Nicolás' skin tone and hairline and Pau Pau's pouty mouth and button-shaped nose.

Paulina gushes about him daily on her Twitter feed and really seems to be enjoying being a stay-at-home mom. And by the looks of Pau Pau's festive TwitPix, we imagine this will be a joyful Christmas at the Rubio house.

We gave you the scoop last month about how La Chica Dorada is expecting a baby boy, to be named Nicolás after his father-to-be Nicolás Vallejo-Nájera. Pués ahora parece that she changed her mind and is looking for new baby names!

Anoche (September 14), la pop rockera mexicana Paulina Rubio posted on her Twitter page asking followers, "Va a ser NIÑO! Alguna idea d nombres?" One of the first to Tweet back a response was Luis Fonsi, who suggested "Fonsito..." We have a feeling that one's not gonna fly, but nice of you to offer Luis!

We like "Nicolás," but since you asked, here are some other options for you Pau-Pau. What do you think of "Pablo"? Or how about "Enrique," como tu papá? O tal vez "Michael," to resemble the name of your great grandma Micaela?

Estaremos pendientes to reveal the name she chooses cuando nazca el bebé. In the meantime, throw in your own suggestions and help her out!

Paulina Rubio is pregnant!  La chica dorada announced via Twitter this morning that she's going to be a mom!  This announcement — along with Julieta Venegas' baby news — comes just a few days before Mother's Day.

"La vida tiene un nuevo significado. Chicos, quiero confesarles con mucha ilucion a todos mis fans que van a ser TIOS!!! voy a ser mama!!!!! Los amo! -P"

This is the first child for Paulina, who has been married to Spanish PR exec Nicolás Vallejo-Nájera since 2007.  The news broke in today's issue of 'Hola,' who interviewed Paulina about her upcoming motherhood.

"Es una gran noticia para nosotros, nuestras familias, mis fans y toda mi gente, así que aprovechamos esta oportunidad para compartirlo con vosotros."

La cantante mexicana was also spotted today in Spain at a launch event for 'Triumph' underwear, rocking a totally edgy vestido made of what appeared to be rubber...  One thing's for sure, Paulina is going to be one hot mama!  Felicidades Paulina!!  We wish you, y tu nueva familia, all the best!

Our favorite party princess/ video super hero Paulina Rubio is using her celebrity for good! On Wednesday, Pau Pau held a press conference to announce the worldwide launch of Fundación Paulina Rubio, an organization aimed at benefiting children with neurological disorders.
