Your traditional corrido and mariachi sound may be held down by machos like Pepe Aguilar and Vicente Fernández, but Jenni Rivera is proving that música ranchera is craving a woman's touch. "La Diva de la Banda" rocks a femininely curvaceous physique, but she can also throwdown like a man. The "Culpable o inocente" singer was arrested for allegedly smacking a fan with her mic after a performance at the "Disco Rodeo" nightclub back in June. Now that is pretty gangster!

The rightfully-proclaimed diva has recently packaged all of her life drama (did we mention her ex-husband was convicted for physical and sexual abuse?!) in her self-titled album "Jenni," which dropped yesterday. Her latest single "Culpable o inocente" has sold more than 100,000 copies, and we hear la diva sold out the Nokia Theater in L.A. last weekend! We sense that this chica is going to hit us hard, but hopefully she doesn't rough us up in the process.

There is no doubt that Colby O'Donis' lyrical pimpin' skills and suave moves have been on full-blast since we last spoke to him in an exclusive interview back in April. Besides getting ready to drop his self-titled debut album on Sept. 16th, the Queens native has managed to skip rookie status by snagging two VMA nominee votes in the categories for "Best New Artist" and "Best Dancing In A Video." In celebration of his noms, Colby will be performing live at the MTV Tr3s VMA party on September 4th!

The fly boy was kind enough to tease his fans during this week's Mi TRL with an electrifying performance of "Don't Turn Back" that is sure to you drooling in your seat. We had a chance to chat exclusively with the fly boy while he cooled off and ate a slice of his favorite pizza...courtesy of Carlos. The dynamic duo have traded in ghetto fab bling for pro-social poetry with a new video titled "Dime Que Te Pasó."

The story follows family drama between a solider (Puerto Rican actor Jon Seda, who manages to don army threads and the obligatory reggaetonero gafas de sol in the video) and his estranged wife (Dominican all-star Dania Ramirez). The plot culminates in a tragic ending in typical hardcore, W&Y fashion.

You heard right fanáticos! Pee Wee has officially launched his solo tour. On July 25th the ex-Kumbia King honored his raíces by blasting-off his first show in Texas. Two days later, he performed for a roaring crowd of 3,000 fans in Los Angeles. We also hear that el güey is headed south of the border for an off-the-hook concierto at El Municipio de Chalco in México.

Pee Wee confesses that despite his legal battles with EMI records, he is taking it all in stride and staying true to la música:

Well, as of right now I still don't have a completed album, for the same reason everyone knows about, but [everything will work out] God willing. We are currently trying to straighten out all of the legal issues with the record company, so I can offer my fans a new album.
