Demi Lovato soars to new heights! The singer has reached her highest career debut with her latest single "Skyscraper", landing at the number ten spot in the charts. The new track arrives almost a year after the "Sonnie With a Chance" star's highly publicized breakdown, which led her to enter a rehab facility for emotional issues, including an eating disorder and self-harm. Lovato completed her treatment in January and now hopes to inspire other teens going through personal challenges.

The 18-year-old weaves melancholic lyrics with inspirational messages about adversity and the power of the human spirit for her new single released on July 12th. On her Seventeen.com blog, Demi reveals:

"This song is so special to me because it's inspired by my journey and the struggles that I've dealt with this past year. I hope people are able to relate to it and realize that they are able to rise above and overcome any obstacle, no matter the circumstances, and shine like a skyscraper."

Demi also says that she is still dealing with her own personal issues and urges youth people to ask for help if they find themselves in a similar situation:

"I am still on a personal journey dealing with my own issues each and every day, but the best advice I can give to anyone going through a rough patch is to never be afraid to ask for help," she added. "My biggest wish for this song is that it’s able to inspire others and urge them to keep moving forward no matter what the odds."

Calle 13's Visitante has found himself a new and special musical partner. Eduardo Cabra plans on releasing a new album in collaboration with his wife, Cuban singer Diana Fuentes.

The newlyweds married in a small private ceremony in Havana back in January and plan on returning shortly to work on finalizing their musical production. "Right now I am working with my wife and a few other Cuban artists. So we are in the process of that right now. I'm trying to release an album with Diana in the next two months, in the two months that I will be in Cuba," says Visitante.

According to a report in the Cuban media, the couple also plan on hosting a national tour across the island. In the meantime, Calle13 is traveling to Peru, Ecuador, Venezuela, and Colombia to promote its fourth album, "Entren los que quieran."

We can see why Diana's distinct soulful voice serves as a muse for Visitante. Check out her single "Musica de Fondo" on the internet.

What can we say about Debi Nova?  A super hot singer-songwriter from Costa Rica dancing on a beach with a few of her hottest friends... color us intrigued!  So, quien es esta nueva cantante?

Don't be fooled by su bello rostro; Debi Nova is way more than just a pretty girl with a killer voice to match!  As a 6 time Latin Grammy-nominated songwriter, she has written hit canciones for the likes of Belinda, RBD, the Black-Eyed Peas and Sean Paul.  Plus, she also plays a host of different musical instruments, including electric and acoustic guitars, piano, bass, and percussion.  We were pretty impressed with her Alicia Keys-like rendition of Juan Luis Guerra's classic, "Bachata Rosa," which she performed at the Miss Costa Rica pageant way back in 2007.  And she shakes her hips in a way that would even make Shakira verde de la envidia!  Oh, and she's only 24!  She's definitely the whole package, y no nos aguantamos por ver con que más nos va a sorprender!

FINALLY!  El muy esperado disco de Shakira has finally hit the stores!  La cantante Colombiana "Did It Again" con este album, delivering one sexy hit (um... the title track, "Loba"?!) after another.

Lady Gaga - 'The Fame Monster'

Listen to the track "Alejandro" and you'll see that even the Gaga-monster has been bitten by the Latin bug!   No te la vas a poder sacar de la cabeza, we promise you!!  That is, as soon as you can get "Bad Romance" out of it!

Rihanna - 'Rated R'

With "Russian Roulette" blowing up the scene, we expect a repeat success for our favorite 'Good Girl Gone Bad.'

Also out this weekare Beyoncé's 'I AM… Deluxe Edition,' a re-release of her platinum-release 'I Am...Sasha Fierce,' and Britney Spears' 'The Singles: Deluxe Box Edition.'

Pendiente mi gente! Calle 13 is dropping their new video, "Electro Movimiento" mañana!

The Boricua duo are lacing la pantalla with an electric vibe and sinful storyline. Residente plays an 80-year-old viejito with the libido of a quinceañero while Visitante glows in the dark con las mujeres. The new video is a paradise for dirty pensamientos and electro ritmos. MTV Tr3s recently caught-up with the hit-makers about their latest album, "Los de Atrás Vienen Conmigo":

Este disco salió con el poco tiempo. Yo creo que la presión que nos pusimos porque como que nos dijimos ‘este disco va a salir ahora porque tiene que salir ahora’ pues, ayudó a que se hiciera el disco. Así que es un disco espontáneo, un bueno disco, está la presión ahí, que a veces la presión es buena porque te ayuda hacer las cosas.

We are spreadin' el movimiento and sharing a couple of sneak peeks, including Residente in character. He plays a pervert viejito pretty well no?

He isn't the only one. Visitante is definitely blasting into el mundo electro, including back-up chicas.

Toby Love is back. Complete with his fliest shades and Jacko-inspired gloves, Mr. Love is taking his sultry (sweat-worthy) bachata urbana moves to the streets for his new video "Amor Primero."

Toby Love is indulging fans with a breezy tropical sound that travels from the Caribbean malecón to las calles of New York City. The video directed by, Frankie Blanco satisfies our telenovela fix with dramatic flashbacks that reveals the truth about an unattainable first love. Toby Love finds himself trying to conquer la chica, but she continues to fade from view. Will our fella eventually get his way?

In celebration of his second single off of the new album "The Love Is Back," Toby Love spoke to us about what he has in store for his fans:
