Paulina Rubio graces the cover of Mexico's GQ as La Mujer Del Año.  La chica dorada posed in a black lace bra and panty, complete with black garters.  She also wore a strategically placed white collared shirt.  Que sexy!  For some esta foto might seem risky, but we're used to seeing Pau Pau looking super hot and we like it!
