We're all over the Jonas Brothers and teensters on Blogamole these days; it's like reading a deliciously bad issue of Tiger Beat.

Not only is Nick in the spotlight (ambiguous relationship with Disney star Selena Gomez), but the trio is releasing a third studio album, A Little Bit Longer, next week. Pray tell, what could be better than a new album from los jóvenes? Hmm... perhaps being able to download the album a week early?!

Don't dare to wait even a little big longer (je je je we couldn't resist the play on words) to get an exclusive listen of the album on MTV's The Leak now until August 12th.

Es el día de Daddy Yankee! Talento De Barrio debuts on the big screen today.  The production was executive produced by Yankee, who also stars in the flick.  Not only is this Boricua a Latino of the Year, but officially listing acting and producing on his resume makes him a quadruple threat: cantante, producer, actor, fragrance hustla! The film is being shown as part of the New York International Latino Film Festival happening in NYC this week. We caught up with el Cangri at the screening and this is what he had to say about the significance of the word "barrio" in his work:

Pues, la esencia del barrio se va a ver en la película bien plasmada, pues el título lo lleva, pero van a ver el personaje que yo hago, que es ‘Edgar’, que es un joven que es líder, el jefe de su barrio en términos de los negocios ilícitos que se están llevando ahí. Es un joven muy real, y él no sabe cómo escapar.

Keep your eyes locked on Julissa Bermudez because she won't be fading from view anytime soon. The Queens native landed on "The Roof" as Mun 2's bilingual host and nested a career as the first Latina host on BET's "106 & Park" back in 2005. Now, Julissa is remixing her career with help from the most krump-tastic, hard-hitting, tricked-out dance show.

The 24 year-old Dominicana will be exercising her VJ skills on MTV's pre-show for "America's Best Dance Crew," premiering on July 24th at 8:30 pm EST. Besides bringin' the flava to the second season of the MTV hit, Julissa is prepping to make a splash on the big screen with her role in the upcoming dance drama "Make It Happen."

We had a charla with the industry renegade. She dished with us on taking over Hollywood (who could turn this chica down for a job -- look at those lashes!) and the importance of giving back to la comunidad.

D&D artist Colby O'Donis made us proud otra vez by shining on MTV TRL esta semana during Spankin’ New Music Week. The Boricua cantante didn't appear nervous, but it helped having sidekick/mentor Akon take the stage with him (that's so Diddy of Akon, ain't it?) to perform a Spanish/English hybrid version of his hit single "What You Got." We think Colby O has arrived, booty dancers and all. Check the clip:
