Paris Jackson is coming soon to a theater near you! That's right, the 13 year old daughter of the late King of Pop Michael Jackson will star in an upcoming live action-animated film called Lundon’s Bridge and the Three Keys, based on the young adult fantasy book series by Dennis H. Christen.
The movie’s official website says Paris will play heroine Lundon O’Malley in the story where "sea magic turns a dolphin into a human, a teenage boy into a dragonfly and a loving jellyfish queen into an evil fairy godmother."
Paris' cast mates in the movie, for which a release date has not been set, will include Larry King and his wife, Shawn King, and Joey Fatone of the pop band N’Sync.
Paris tweeted after news of her acting debut was confirmed:
"I Wanna Leave My Footprints On The Sands Of Time. When I Leave This World I'll Leave No Regrets. I'll Leave Something For Them Not To Forget"
Paris’ movie debut marks the latest step in her public transformation since the June 2009 death of her father.
In the two years since, she has taken on a more public role, accepting the Lifetime Achievement Award on behalf of her father at last year’s Grammy Awards, as well as honoring him at the “Michael Forever” tribute concert in England in October.
"This kid can sell hundreds of thousands, possibly millions of dollars worth of tickets on her name alone," public relations expert Howard Bragman told ABC News. "That's pretty amazing."
The film's producers said that half of the profits from the ultimate finished film will be donated to U.S. schools facing low budgets and program cuts.

Conrad Murray was definitely not a happy camper this morning. The disgraced Michael Jackson doctor finally got sentenced today for his role in the pop star's death. And, much to the surprise of many legal analysts, he received the maximum punishment, four years in prison!
A lot of reporters thought the judge may go easy on Murray, especially since this is his first offense. But that wasn't the case in the paparazzi-filled courthouse this morning, as the announcement was read.
"Dr. Murray created a set of circumstances and became involved in a cycle of horrible medicine," Judge Michael Pastor explained. "The practice of Propofol for medicine madness, which violated his sworn obligation, for money, fame prestige and whatever else may have occurred."
And it looks like Conrad's sentence is going way beyond just time behind bars. The doc has been ordered to pay "appropriate restitution" to Michael Jackson’s estate, which could be as much as $100 million! We're sure he'll have a lot of time to think about how to strum up that cash once he begins his term in L.A. County Jail.

At this point, any unreleased Michael Jackson footage is as good as gold. Since his untimely passing in 2009, Michael's music and merchandise has become more popular than ever. So you can only imagine the type of loot an entire "lost concert movie" from Argentina could fetch.
Apparently the Argentine holy MJ grail does exist and will be hitting the auction block very soon. Filmed during his 1993 Dangerous tour, some analysts are expecting the footage could sell for as much as $6 million!
Jackson was reportedly aware of the film and had originally intended to release it back in mid-90's. But then, for unknown reasons, he scrapped the idea and decided to have the footage destroyed.
But here's the interesting twist: it seems one of Michael’s trusted chauffeurs was given a VHS copy as a "gift" for his longtime services and now, the driver is ready to cash it in.
In total, the film runs two hours and even includes rare backstage conversations. Let's hope whoever does buy the footage will be kind enough to share it with the YouTube universe.

Michael Jackson fans broke out in cheers today as the word "Guilty" was read in the courtroom of the Conrad Murray trial. Jackson's defamed doctor sat motionless after hearing he was now going to be convicted of involuntary manslaughter.
Conrad's punishment could range anywhere from probation to four years in prison. Seeing how this is his first offense, many are speculating that his sentence won't be too stiff. Though now that he's a convicted felon, it's clear Dr. Murray will never practice medicine again.
The six week trial proved to be quite the roller-coaster. The prosecution brought out damming witnesses and many felt Conrad's attorneys dropped the ball on more than one occasion. Ultimately, the jury of seven men and five women felt he played a critical role in the death of Jackson, which many fans wholeheartedly agreed with.
As for right now, it looks like #JusticeForMichael has been served.

Things are definitely not looking good for Conrad Murray at the moment. As week three continues in his involuntary manslaughter trial, the disgraced Michael Jackson doc is facing a barrage of damning evidence.
One of the most shocking items to pop up this week was a nude picture of Jackson's dead body. Broadcast to a shocked courtroom (and now all over the web), the image showed a hole in MJ's chest where paramedics had tried to revive him. Interestingly, the medical examiner who performed Michael's autopsy said the 50-year-old singer was "healthier than the average person his age."
That will definitely work against Murray's defense team, who have adamantly maintained that Jackson was frail and near death in the weeks leading up to his overdose. Conrad's lawyers are also reportedly switching a bit of their strategy.
Originally the defense contended that Jackson swallowed a lethal dose of Propofol himself. But after solid evidence to the contrary, they may now be changing their tune. Murray's attorney, J. Michael Flanagan, went on to explain his new theories to the judge.
"We are not going to assert at any point in this trial that Michael Jackson orally ingested Propofol," he explained.
Instead, it is rumored that they are going to assert that Michael injected himself with the drug without Murray's knowledge. Interestingly, even if they prove that argument it could still show negligence on the doctor's part. His job was to monitor Jackson and there have been multiple testimonies alleging that he was talking to his girlfriends at the time of MJ's death.
Cardiologist Dr. Alon Steinberg took this stand this week and told jurors that Murray displayed "gross negligence" and violated the medical standard of care. He went on to say that Conrad did not have the proper equipment to revive Michael and did a poor job trying to resuscitate his patient.
"He shouldn't have been on the phone [with his girlfriend]," Steinberg said. "You can't talk on the phone. "
As the week draws to a close, expect to see even a lot more sweat beads on Conrad's face. If he gets convicted on all counts, he could spend the next four years of his life in prison.

Leave it to the paparazzi to find the ugliest Christina Aguilera pic possible and broadcast it over the web. Snapped during the middle of her "Dirty Diana" performance at the Michael Jackson tribute concert, the singer looked bloated, disheveled, and exhausted on the mic.
The latest Aguilera chisme follows a string of unflattering stories about her behavior. In the past few months, there were reports about bad behavior on The Voice, drama with her boyfriend, and even parenting issues with her young son Max. Add them all together and it's got many gossipers wondering if Xtina could be headed for a breakdown.
On a positive note, her MJ tribute songs were universally hailed. Stepping on to the stage at Wales' Millennium Stadium, she belted out "Smile" (one of Jackson's personal faves) before changing outfits for "Diana."
But even after the show, critics were still following Christina with harsh words. When arriving back in states on Monday, Aguilera got ripped up again for another unfavorable fashion choice.

Last week there were plenty of speculations about what would go down at the Michael Jackson tribute concert. There were bickering family members, dropouts from the roster, and slanderous accusations from the Conrad Murray trial. But despite all of the chisme, the overseas event was a major hit. It even featured three surprise guests, namely Michael's three children Prince, Paris, and Blanket.
Dressed just like their dear old Dad, the Jackson clan thanked the crowd and even broke out some dance moves to Michael's classic "Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough."
"We're very happy to be here on this special night to honor our father," Paris said before introducing Beyoncé via satellite. "Beyoncé carries the torch lit by our father and it gives me great pleasure to introduce this woman."
Plenty of other Jackson family members made sure to show their appreciation too. Original J5 singers Marlon, Tito, and Jackie performed classic hits from their heyday, while mother Katherine smiled on from the audience. It's interesting to note that Janet Jackson was a no show at the event, though many claim it was because of the ongoing Murray trial.
And for the 50,000 fans who showed up at Wales' Millenium Stadium, Janet's absence was not sorely missed. They cheered ecstatically as artists like Gladys Knight, Cee Lo Green, and Smokey Robinson took the stage (which was shaped to match Michael's trademark glove).
Ne-Yo kicked off the performances, donning some MJ gear for his rendition of "Billie Jean." Jamie Foxx wowed the crowd with his MC skills and with a heartfelt interpretation of "Rock With You".
If there were any criticisms of the night, they were most likely aimed at Christina Aguilera. Not necessarily for her singing (she did a live version of "Smile"), but for her unflattering outfit, which one blogger called a "mangled mess."
Above all though, the concert proved that MJ's spirit is still alive and well. And judging by the way that Blanket moved on stage, it looks like his legacy is still completely intact.

Who knew Michael Jackson's doctor was such a ladies' man? Conrad Murray was apparently juggling three different women at the time of MJ's death and, now with his trial underway, they are all being forced to take the stand. The one whose testimony has gotten the most attention so far is his Afro-Latina baby mama Nicole Alvarez.
A former Las Vegas stripper, Alvarez has a two-year-old son with the good doctor (his SEVENTH child, by the way). When called upon the stand, she discussed Conrad's salary, his relationship with Jackson, and her connection to MJ's Propofol bottles.
Apparently, Nicole frequently signed for Propofol packages at her Santa Monica apartment. That could be an interesting piece of evidence, since that drug has been connected to Michael's death. You've got to wonder why she was receiving the packages and not Dr. Murray's office.
Conrad's other main squeeze, Sade Anding, may play a crucial role in the trial as well. According to prosecutors, she was on the phone with Murray at the moment Michael died. She testified that after Conrad discovered the body, he began mumbling and dropped the line.
It all makes for very high drama in the courtroom and is doing some serious damage to Murray's character. If he couldn't be honest with his women, how do we know he's telling the truth to the judge?

It looks like it's going to be a bumpy ride to the Michael Forever concert. Set to take place right in the middle of the Conrad Murray trial, the Michael Jackson tribute show has been mired with slow ticket sales, family arguments, and now a no-show from the Black Eyed Peas!
Fergie and company officially pulled out of the event and have yet to give a clear reason. According to their management, the Peas will no longer be performing "due to unavoidable circumstances." What exactly does that even mean?
Perhaps the expected low turnout may have something to do with it. Set to happen this weekend in Wales, the concert has yet to sell out and has been building very little buzz on Facebook and Twitter. Even Michael's family is at odds about attending.
So far, Christina Aguilera, Cee Lo Green, and a host of others are still expected to perform. But for all you die-hard MJ fans out there, you may be better off saving your money for his Vegas Cirque du Soleil show.
