Did the paparazzi get a shot of former RBD star Maite Perroni sunbathing topless? It seems like there may not be a definitive answer to that question just yet. Yes photos of a bare-breasted Perroni are circulating across the internet, but are they real or just the product of some creative Photoshop techniques? Whatever the case, Maite's boyfriend is piping mad about the incident.

"Si estás en tu casa, cada quien es libre de hacer lo que quiera," Perroni's steady Mane de la Parra said. "Lo que no se vale es que la gente se meta a tu privacidad, lo exponga y lo publique de esa manera, me parece una falta de respeto. Cualquier persona está en su derecho de ir a la playa y divertirse con sus amigos, no es nada nuevo."

Maite has remained mum on the subject, but we imagine she's also pretty peeved at the moment. The zoom lens definitely invaded her personal space. And if they went so far as to digitally remove her bikini, that's definitely crossing the line.

Whatever the outcome, it's nice to know that Perroni has a loyal boyfriend by her side. Mane (who's a popular Mexican singer in his own right) seems to be quite furious and, to be honest, we don't blame him.

In the ongoing story of Jennifer Lopez's split from husband of seven years Marc Anthony, there are all sorts of rumors bubbling up, speculating on the cause of the dissolution of their marriage.

Terrible fights are rumored to have been increasingly frequent since the birth of the couple's twins, Emme and Max, more than three years ago.

It's also possible that the stress from the ongoing legal battle between Jenny and first husband and eternal butt-pain Ojani Noa is to blame. Some sources say that Marc's desire to control Jennifer's image caused a lot of grief between the two, citing examples of his complaints about her wardrobe and sexy photo shoots and music videos, as well as coaching her behind the scenes and on commercial breaks during "American Idol."

This latest bit of chisme that came to mind when we heard that sexy telenovela ex-galán William Levy has gone on the record saying that he has nothing to do with the Lopez-Anthony split.

After all it's Levy, often tagged as the "Cuban Brad Pitt" who played the non-speaking but very featured role of the Latin lover in Lopez's recent "Into You" video. And Lopez has a history of dating her leading men, right? Also, Levy himself recently waved adios to the beautiful and charming Elizabeth Gutierrez, the mother of his own two kids. So, you know, suspicious overlap of timing, right?

But William Levy says no, right? And although the long-standing practice of public relations rumor denial is nothing less than a part of the established social ritual at this point, we know for sure that sometimes when a celeb says a rumor is false, it's sometimes just that. Even if it comes from Will's P.R. guys. His rep tells TMZ:

"William and J.Lo are NOT an item. "The only relationship there was or is, is a professional relationship. That’s all there’s ever been.”

For sure, there are all kinds of rumors flying around that have to do with Levy and Elizabeth break up, citing a statutory rape case that is as gross as it is disturbing, a rumored relationship with co-star Maite Perroni, and another rumored affair, this time with another actress, Barbara Mori.

So... while Levy may be a sort of a 'ladies man' and also allegedly a big creeper, I'm going to run out on a limb here and say that he's probably got a few too many things on his hands as it is without dealing with serious heavy hitters like Lopez and Anthony, who could wreck his career just as easily as a romance with Jenny from the Block could get him crossover press (especially with the rest of the rumors about him, just a Google-search away online.)

And for another thing, anyone who has seen the video in question can attest to the fact that while Lopez and Levy sure are pretty, and make a handsome pair, they have about the same chemistry as I have with this spinach salad here. Almost.

Which is to say not very much.

In a joint venture between the department of looking gift horses in the mouth and the department of biting the hand that feeds you (joking!), today I bring you the news that William Levy has announced to fans on his Twitter feed that he is taking a break from telenovelas.

That's right, and I bet you can guess why! Yep - the lanky blond Cuban TV star of several hit shows, including Pasión and Cuidado Con Angel, is making the jump to the movies and that's why he's got no plans to return to the small screen. Instead, he is spending his time developing his first movie project (probably with new love Barbara Mori) and planning a trip to Guatemala, where he will be lending a hand for Teletón 2011.

Other destinations include a stop in Washington D.C., to host the 25th Hispanic Heritage Awards gala with two-time co-star Maite Perroni, and also possibly some time with his fans in Hungary. (Slightly random, but hey, good on them...)

Telenovela leading-man Levy, who started his career as a model for Next Models before moving on to reality television (most notably 2003's Protagonistas de Telenovela 2 - where he met Elizabeth Gutierrez), has worked in film before, lending his voice to the Spanish version of the animated movie "Planet 51." He was in Jennifer Lopez's video for "I'm Into You," and even made an appearance on Sesame Street Mexico. So far, no actual film appearances, though...

Any guesses what sort of movie Levy's making? Do you suppose he will have a starring role? English or Spanish?

Elizabeth Gutiérrez appeared on Univision's El Gordo Y La Flaca and answered questions about her erstwhile relationship with fellow soap star and overall Cuban hotness William Levy in the kindest and most respectful terms possible, stating that they get along great, though they're just people, with normal ups and downs.

The Mexican model/actress went on to explain that she and Levy will always be tied together by their children, and that she loves him still. When asked if Levy still loves her, she joked that the talk show's host, Raúl De Molina, would have to call him up and ask him. Gutiérrez then added that as the mother of his children, of course Levy still regards her with affection, but gently deflected further prying. (Sigh... what can I say? I ADORE her - girl crush!)

Gutiérrez and former Next Model Levy met as contestants on Protagonistas de Novela 2 in 2003, and had their first child, a son, in 2006, followed by a daughter in 2010.

The duo split officially in May of 2011, when Gutiérrez released a statement to the press that left a lot of folks wondering, although it seems from this interview that they remain on good terms for the sake of their kids. On the other hand, rumors abound suggesting that Levy was less than straight with his leading lady.

This guy makes news! With stories ranging from on-set romance with Maite Perroni of Triunfo del Amor to much more risque business including an underage romp with an intern, random gay rumors following his smooch with David Zapeda, sightings in various strip clubs (girls!), and even tales of a new leading lady!

That's right - gossip about a possible romance between William Levy and Uruguayan-born actress Barbara Mori continues to heat up, thanks to a video that surfaced last month of the model/telenovela star inviting Levy into her home for the night. If the rumors are true, the two are still trying to keep any relationship chatter under wraps.

Green-eyed beauty Bárbara made an appearance in Mexico City last week to support her brother's music career. Although reporters peppered her with questions about Levy, she was mum on the subject, avoiding their inquiries with general statements about her career.

I'm sure there's more coming on the subject of William's love life (how could there NOT be - he's prolific!) and we'll be reporting on it right here.

Three years after announcing their separation, RBD fans are still hoping that the famous Rebeldes reunite one last time. Recently, producer Carmen Salinas said that the group's creator, Pedro Damián, has been trying to get the group back together. But it's easier said than done. Former band member and actress Maite Perroni admits that Pedro has been pushing for a reunion, but she wants no part in it since she is focusing on her solo career.

The "Triunfo del Amor" star took to her Twitter page in response to Salinas' comments:

"There will be no reunion...the day that happens, you will hear it from all of us."

Sounds pretty serious! Maite has good reason to focus on her solo career. Since the group's separation, she has starred in several telenovelas and was named "Best Young Actress in a Leading Role" for her performance in "Cuidado con el Ángel." She recently stated that she wants to continue to build on her career as a solo artist:

"When RBD broke-up, my priority was to make it as a solo artist. I decided to take the path as an actress because that's how I started my career as an artist. After finishing three projects where I was the protagonist, I would finally like to return to music."

AS A SOLO ARTIST! We get it, but can't she sprinkle a little hope for RBD fans?!

All of us Blogamole fans are well-versed in the talents of William Levy. For years, we’ve been following his telenovela characters and all of the chisme hookups happening in his personal life. But now, it looks like the rest of the world is getting a taste of the Cuban-American hunk too, thanks to a high-profile appearance in Jennifer Lopez’ sexy new video.

Since it’s debut on Monday, J. Lo’s "I’m Into You" has gotten tons of exposure. Currently hitting over 5.5 million views on YouTube, it’s got lavish sets, intricate costumes, and most importantly, a lot of Levy! Looking at the clip, it’s safe to say that shirtless William has contributed quite a bit to its ongoing success.

And Levy seems to be basking in all of the bare-chested glory. He popped in on EXTRA this week (much to the surprise of his famous co-star) and got himself on the coveted 50 Most Beautiful list from People en Español.

But could this new found attention be going to William’s head? According to TV y Novelas, the answer may be yes. News has recently surfaced about Levy’s "diva-esque" behavior behind-the-scenes of Televisa's soap, Triunfo del Amor.

There have been reports about him arriving late on set, insisting on using a double for important scenes, and angering producers with outrageous demands. Not only that, rumors are circulating about a bitter feud between William and his co-star Maite Perroni.

It’s obvious that Levy has been working hard to get to this stage in his career (he’s been a novela regular since 2005) and we’d hate to see his rep get tarnished before he hits the big time. If he can at least stay on J. Lo’s good side, that would be a very positive thing. Particularly since she may be on the lookout for a hunky host for her new U.S. reality series.

Oh, the glamour! People en Español celebrated its 14th annual 50 Most Beautiful issue on Thursday evening (May 21) in New York City, with a special star-studded celebración. The event was a whirlwind of top Latino entertainers, celebrities and artists — all decked out in their finest party attire.

The guest list for this soiree included Christian Chavez, Maite Perroni, Sammy Sosa, Puerto Rican journalist Carmen Dominicci, Argentinean actress Christian Bach, Daisy Fuentes, and more!

People en Español has revealed their 2010 list of Los 50 Mas Bellos. Among the actors, models, musicians, and TV personalities were Sofia Vergara of ABC's Modern Family, former RBD beauties Maite Perroni and Dulce María, Cuban Actor William Levy, bella cantactriz Mexicana Thalía, and newly outed Puertorriqueño Ricky Martin.

Noticeably missing from this years list was 2009's cover girl Eva Longoria Parker - ouch!  Newcomers to la lista include celebrity blogger, Perez Hilton, and current Miss Universe, Stefania Fernandez, among others.

This year's special issue was released with four variant covers featuring seven of today's most popular Hispanic women -- and one very lucky guy.  In one version, Sofia Vergara and Belinda are joined by TV personality Daisy Fuentes, and telenovela actor Fernando Colunga. Las mujeres "Mas Bellas" appear in dresses by Marchesa, Prada, Herve Leger, and Jay Mendel, with jewelry by Loren Ridinger.

Vergara posed as one of Mexico's most memorable stars, the late Maria Felix, and had this to say about her solo shoot:

"It was fun styling my hair and makeup to look like her, and mimicking her facial expressions. I was captivated by the character."

For the third consecutive year, PeopleEnEspanol.com invited users to choose their favorite celebrity to be named in the magazine's "50 Most Beautiful" issue. With 10 celebrity nominations, and after a near tie with Mexican singer and actress Eiza Gonzalez, Telefutura's La Tijera presentador Rodolfo Jimenez won with 67% of the votes.

Who deserves a warm birthday shout-out more than Maite Perroni?

The bella brunette is celebrating her 26th cumpleaños today! We have been missing the ex-Rebelde since the emotional finale of "Cuidado con el ángel," but she won't be staying M.I.A for too long. RBD is (temporarily) back from their break-up and in a promotional high for their latest unedited album, "Para Olvidarte de Mí." Wondering what would be her greatest birthday regalo? Winning the upcoming Premios TV y Novelas award for "Best Young Actress."
