Luis Fonsi's presence is unmatched in his second single, "Aquí Estoy Yo."

The Boricua is replacing his solista serenades with a group collaboration, including "Lección de Vuelo" pop genius Aleks Syntek, Spanish chart-topper David Bisbal, and Sin Bandera singer Noel Schajris. Los chicos may come from diferente backgrounds, but they all have a common muse...las mujeres! The new canción is dedicated to a special lady that deserves a heavy dose of amor and cariño.

Who can deny special attention from Luis Fonsi?! Watch our behind-the-scenes clip of Luis, Aleks, David, and Noel's new video and more right below. What do you think of the track's vibe?

Our reaction to last week's Grammy nominations? Let's just say La Navidad came early for us, and yes, it did include an overdose of creamy (virgin) eggnog coquito. We are recovering from our blowout by shouting-out our favorite nominees, including the dynamic masterminds Wisin y Yandel.

Our "Artist of the Week" duo are preparing to throw-down the competition by snagging the nomination for "Best Latin Urban Album" for "Los Extraterrestres." Wisin y Yandel will be roughing it out with reggaeton royalty, including nominees RKM & Ken-y for their sophomore LP "The Royalty: La Realeza" and "Los Aguacates de Jiquilpan," Akwid for their testimonial album "La Novela."

It should be no sorpresa that Juanes snatched the nomination for "Best Latin Pop Album" for his premium roquero compilation "La Vida...Es Un Ratico." The vocal humanitarian better tighten his guitarra strings because Luis Fonsi's romantic tunes for "Palabras del Silencio" also rang loudly enough to gain a nomination in the pop category.

The "No Me Doy Por Vencido" singer is definitely going to fight for his first golden Grammy. He recently spoke to us about how his latest compilation fulfilled all his musical desires:

Este disco tuve la oportunidad de co-producirlo con grandes productores, de trabajar con grandes músicos con quienes siempre he querido trabajar, de grabar en lugares hermosos como Londres, Italia, España, México, Los Ángeles, Miami, Brasil y de también colaborar con grandes amigos como Laura Pausini con quien hice un dúo, también hice un cuarteto con Aleks Syntek, con Noel de Sin Bandera y con David Bisbal.

Also adding a grown-up vibe to our alternative palettes...

Ximena Sariñana is redefining the meaning of her "Medicore" album by claiming the nomination for "Best Latin Rock or Alternative Album." The "Error" singer walked away empty-handed at the Latin Grammy bash, but this may be her chance at dulce glory. First, she will have to successfully win the battle with nominees El Grupo Fantasma for their classic "Sonidos Gold"!

Looks like only the biggest of the big were invited to this year's award show! Be sure to check out the complete list of 51st Annual Grammy nominees and spill on your favorite noms aquí. [MTV News]

Luis Fonsi is up to his smooth operating ways again...

But this time it's for a global cause! The "No Me Doy Por Vencido" singer played his romancing moves for charity during the 30th annual telethon at the Auditorio Ñuñoa in Chile. We hear Luis rocked all of his greatest hits, including his chart-topping classic “Quien Te Dijo Eso.”

The Puerto Rican estrella recently spoke to us about why his latest track works magic on the ladies:

Yo creo que esta es una de las canciones que no necesariamente habla mucho de mí. Es una canción que yo le dedico al público. Por supuesto que tiene mi punto de vista, ¿no? Tiene ese punto de vista de perseverar en la vida y todo eso, pero no es la canción que habla de mi situación. Yo creo que ya eso lo escribí en el disco anterior.

Por favor, we know the song isn't personal. Especially when he's happily married to the telenovela sweetheart Adamari López. He may not be living a dramatic love life, but we are definitely feelin' his point-of-views. [MTV Tr3s Radio Noticias]

Luis Fonsi owns an effortless romantic swagger that transforms players into haters in one single breath. The smooth operator flossed his seduction power with legendary sax player Kenny G at the Latin Grammy Awards, but the Boricua confesses that he has plenty of more in store...

His hit single "No Me Doy Por Vencido" has triumphantly mastered the art of attraction by dominating Billboard's "Hot Latin Songs" for eight consecutive weeks in a row. Luckily for us, Luis Fonsi reveals that he is determined to offer an amoroso dose of performances to el mundo entero.

The 30-year-old singer doesn't plan on taking a break during most of the holiday season. He states:

Sigue mucho trabajo, todavía me falta rehacer una última recorrida por toda Latinoamérica, por España, por México y el año que viene empezamos con la gira de conciertos.

His duet homeboy may have stolen corazones in the 80's and 90's, but Luis has it covered for now. What would you give to spend the holidays abroad with the "Palabras del Silencio" star?

Bueno, some of you won't have to dream for too long. Luis Fonsi is set to perform in Atlanta this Thursday for a Live Viva Radio Acoustic Show. Sweet satisfaction is just a song (and a plane ride) away. [MTV Tr3s Radio Noticias]

50 Cent made a guest appearance at the pre-Puerto Rican Day Parade Wisin Y Yandel concert that rocked New York City's Madison Square Garden Saturday, June 7th.

MSG Live Performance with Wisin y Yandel, 50 Cent

50 eagerly stood by the Puerto Rican flag and performed his collabo “Asi Soy” with the Dúo de la Historia.

If 50 appears más flaco, it's true. The rapper is being told to ease off pumping iron to tone down for a new movie role. He is set to play a New Orleans, Louisiana police officer in upcoming film Microwave Park. Filming begins next month.

While we understand shameless marketing ploys, this better not end in G-Unit piraguas or dulce de leche flavored Vitamin Water.

Other stars that wanted a piece of the action that night included: Ivy Queen, David Bisbal, Luis Fonsi, and Franco De Vita.
