You heard right fanáticos! Pee Wee has officially launched his solo tour. On July 25th the ex-Kumbia King honored his raíces by blasting-off his first show in Texas. Two days later, he performed for a roaring crowd of 3,000 fans in Los Angeles. We also hear that el güey is headed south of the border for an off-the-hook concierto at El Municipio de Chalco in México.
Pee Wee confesses that despite his legal battles with EMI records, he is taking it all in stride and staying true to la música:
Well, as of right now I still don't have a completed album, for the same reason everyone knows about, but [everything will work out] God willing. We are currently trying to straighten out all of the legal issues with the record company, so I can offer my fans a new album.
This talented rey deserves props for conquering his battles and echando pa'lante no matter what! [MTV Tr3s Radio Noticias]

So is Pee Wee ever going to get the chance to have a solo career? According to the singer, he's finally letting his music out there, no matter what what any label or ex-bandmate says. MTV Tr3s caught up with El Chiquillo while partying at Karli Herniquez’s blow-out cumpleaños in LA.
With comic book geeks foaming at the mouth over Guillermo del Toro’s highly-anticipated sequel “Hellboy 2,” the director decided to intensify its hype by entertaining a Q&A session with film fanáticos after a Superfan Screening in Los Angeles last night.
Couldn't make it to the special screening? Well, we had our industry spies on the scene and we're ready to share all the gusty action contigo.

Yes, we know everybody loves to be down with nuestra cultura but this Hollywood starlet gave us a big surprise when she was recently seen speaking Spanish at a Los Angeles Mexican restaurant. She even asked to be serviced in Spanish so she could practice her newfound skills on the street. Wow LiLo, we’re so proud of you! Taking Español 101 is a better leisure time activity than partying at those L.A. bars.
So what did the red-headed hottie order? Let’s see, tacos al pastor and quesadillas with cheese and tomatoes. Mmm, tacos al pastor!? Our fave! This chica has some good taste. [Terra]
