Cindy Pervical, the trainer who helped sculpt Rihanna's hot bod, isn't having the best day. After suing the Bahamanian singer for $26,144.14 worth of unpaid wages in 2009, Rihanna is now counter-suing Percival.

A few thousand can't mean much to Ri — it looks like the "Rock Star 101" diva is teaching someone a lesson!

Rihanna claims the ex-trainer received money upfront (close to $24,000) for future services, and didn't return her the money when fired.

While suing Ri back in 2009, Percival stated that she was hired to train for $1,500 a day but wasn't consistently paid.

Ojani Noa must be crazy for not only asking for $100 milli, but for trying to battle against his ex, Jennifer Lopez, one more time! Looks like the gloves are off and Jenny from the Block is about to come out!

Noa is not only filing a counter suit against Lopez, but he's going after her father, a business partner, her lawyer and law firm on the grounds that they intentionally interfered in the production of his mockumentary! Ojani's agent Ed Meyer had this to say:

"I believe that I have an unalienable First Amendment right to enter the JLo home videos into the public court record, so as to defend myself. If Judge Chalfant has a problem with this, he can have me hauled out of the courtroom in handcuffs in front of the world media."

Although they were married for less than a year, Noa intended to use photos and over 11 hours of footage he collected during his time with the diva to produce a Borat-style movie. He was stopped by a lawsuit filed by Lopez for $10 million, in which a court also granted her a temporary restraining order against Ojani.

Noa and Lopez are due back in court on Dec. 1st. We can't wait to see how this plays out! Who do you think will win this case? [Latina]

Daddy Yankee does not play around when it comes to his billetes...

The "Impacto" reggaetonero recently battled his ex-publicist Lourdes Pérez for a hefty loan that was past due. The star filed a lawsuit against Pérez for $32,687 last year, and walked out victorious from a Puerto Rico courtroom on Friday.

Guess Diddy won't have to pay-up after all...

The hip-hop mogul was sued by Maria Dominguez after Vibe published a topless photo of la chica chilling in Diddy's notorious Hampton's party. The $3 million lawsuit pinned the "Get Buck In Here" star for invasion-of-privacy after Maria's scandalous photo was published with the headline "Mermaids Gone Wild" in the November 2006 issue of the mag. Justice Doris Ling-Cohan dismissed the case and refused Maria any billetes for the controversy.

In regards to the case, Diddy's lawyer commented:

When you come to a party and you dress provocatively and you see a swarm of photographers there, you would know what you're getting yourself into.

Sounds like this lady just gave Diddy another reason to celebrate! Do you think justice was served? [The Daily News]

Don't expect Colgate spokes model and ex-Primer Impacto journalist Myrka Dellanos to be all sonrisas about her recent legal battle with United Talent Agency. The media relations company filed a one million dollar lawsuit against la Cubana last Wednesday in the Supreme Court of Los Angeles, claiming Dellanos breached their marketing contract with the furniture store "Rooms to Go."

According to reports, UTA is requesting that the newlywed pay a 10% commission based off of the total royalties she acquires from the deal. People En Español recently approached Myrka's manager, Luis Balaguer about the lawsuit drama.

This is extremely surprising to me as her manager, because UTA had absolutely nothing to do with our negotiations with Rooms to Go.

The only people who worked on that deal were me, [Luis Balaguer] and Fred Bimler, her legal advisor. I assure you, 100 percent, that UTA had nothing to do with Myrka and Rooms to Go.
