Truth be told, we have a few mixed feelings about Maxim’s new "Hot 100 List." On the one hand, they've sprinkled in several of the sexiest Latinas in entertainment. Though to our surprise, none of them cracked the Top 10! Don't get us wrong, we definitely think they made some good choices. But couldn't these ladies be bumped up a little higher in the rankings?

Israeli model Bar Refaeli topped this year's list, followed by actresses Olivia Munn and Mila Kunis.

The top Tr3s fave is TV star Victoria Justice, who nabbed slot #19 on the list. At 19-years-old, she seems to be right in the prime Maxim age demo. But (as for now), Victoria has kept a squeaky clean image and is spearheading one of the most popular shows on Nickelodeon.

Interestingly, another tween queen was the next highest "Hot" Latina. Selena Gomez placed a respectable #24. Though still a role model for the younger crowd, Gomez has been flaunting her grown-up side lately and even spoofed the erotic novel Fifty Shades of Grey.

Glee’s Naya Rivera was the next highest Latina, coming in at #27. At 25-years-old, she's in her Maxim prime and already built quite a fanbase with her sexy FHM spread. Eva Mendes proved that you can still be very "Hot" in your late 30's, earning a coveted #29 slot on the list.

Jessica Alba ranked #33, which was actually a bit of a drop from her standings last year. In 2011, she hit #21. Perhaps her new mommy role discouraged the die-hard Maxim fans, but then again aren't "MILFs" still all the rage?

One of our faves, Sarah Shahi, placed #36, just in time to build buzz for her new season of Fairly Legal. Jennifer Lopez took #37, which we found surprising considering all of those sexy videos she's been appearing in.

Maxim went on to include Zoe Saldana and Adriana Lima in their Top 50. Beyond that come the real shockers. Gorgeous Latinas like Jordana Brewster, Shakira and Dania Ramirez ranked way on the bottom of the list. Believe it or not, People’s "Most Beautiful" TV actress Sofia Vergara didn’t show up until slot #71!

And don't get us started on the Tr3s faves who were exed out entirely. To our amazement, Penelope Cruz, Salma Hayek and Eva Longoria got zero Maxim love. Perhaps it's time for the famous men's mag to rethink their voting process.

Who can forget the action show Dark Angel. Not only did it have creative mind of James Cameron behind it, it launched the career of Jessica Alba! But interestingly, Jess' memories of the show aren't as fond as you might expect.

"I was supposed to be sexy, this tough action girl. That's what people expected," she recently told Marie Claire magazine. "I felt like I was being objectified, and it made me uncomfortable. I wanted to be chic and elegant!"

Alba certainly has the opportunity to be elegant now. Her Marie Claire spread features a variety of daring looks, including a goth pose with slicked back hair.

Jessica has taken her chic desires to the big screen too, recently playing a stylish lead in Valentine’s Day. But something tells us she hasn't completely forgotten about her action hero roots. Her last film appearance had her kicking butt just like the old days.

Forget the Oscars, if you want to REALLY see glitz and glam, check out the red carpet for the Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume Gala. Hollywood’s hottest celebs always dress to the nines for the New York event and this year was no exception. And interestingly, the 2012 Met gala had quite a few Tr3s faves in the mix.

As expected, Sofia Vergara seemed to turn the most heads. The Modern Family star dazzled the crowd in her silver Marchesa dress and Harry Winston jewels. She sent a very sexy pre-party Twitpic of herself which we’re sure had her two million Followers swooning.

Brazilian-born Gisele Bundchen got her “glam” on as well, strutting down the carpet in a glittery Givenchy dress. Interestingly though, it was her hubby Tom Brady who got the most attention. His rooster-style haircut evoked quite a lot of jeers from the fashion bloggers.

Cameron Diaz went for sheer elegance with her Stella McCartney ensemble. Just a few months shy of her 40th birthday, Cam wowed the crowd with her long golden gown (which reportedly weighed 30 pounds!).

Tr3s fave Jessica Alba made an appearance as well and got some extra points for her accessories. Style hounds praised her chunky bracelet and stylish brown clutch purse. Her flawless makeup and Michael Kors gown helped make the look complete.

One Latina who didn’t quite score with the critics was Eva Mendes. Her orange polka-dot dress was certainly bold, though a little out of place for the elegant event. Nevertheless, it’s hard for Eva to EVER look bad and her perfect makeup and hair helped balance out the faux pas.

And it wasn’t just the ladies grabbing the attention of the paparazzi. Bruno Mars (who’s already built up quite a rep for his fashion sense) dropped by the Met too and channeled his inner 70’s swinger. Sporting an afro pompadour and a form-fitting blue suit, he definitely made himself noticed. Of course, we were most impressed with his purple lizard-skin shoes!

The event itself was hosted by Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour and toasted the industry’s most talented designers. Guests also got to admire some of the world’s finest pieces of art and munch on very posh appetizers. Not a bad way to spend an evening, if you ask us.

We've still got a few more weeks until Earth Day, but that hasn't stopped a host of celebs from chiming in with their "green" messages. Jessica Alba, Edward James Olmos, Octavia Spencer and more recently filmed a PSA encouraging citizens to embrace nature.

The spot was actually put together by the Sierra Club and has a specific emphasis on national parks and landmarks. Throughout the 90-second spot, several stars list off their favorite outdoor habitats.

Grateful Dead guitarist Bob Weir praised California's beaches, while That 70’s Show’s Laura Prepon encouraged fans to visit Big Sur. Even Modern Family’s young scene-stealer Nolan Gould popped in with a message about Hawaii.

The list goes on and on, with Alba being the official "M.C." at the beginning and end of the promo. And what was her favorite outdoor destination? Why that would be L.A.'s Franklin Canyon Park.

Jessica Alba can now add "writer" to her resume. The 30 year old actress will be releasing The Honest Life, a book explaining how she is creating a "natural, non-toxic life for her family."

Alba commented on her book writing experience,

"It's totally crazy but amazing. I'm not extreme. This book is for people who are in the middle but want to create a healthier life, like me."

Jessica, a mother and an entrepreneur, also launched The Honest Company with business partner Christopher Gavigan. Jessica wants to lead a greener lifestyle and give her kids, Honor and Haven, a better and cleaner life.

Alba shares how to create a non-toxic home and cleaner, healthier meals. The Honest Life is a how-to guide to become greener and more natural in a busy world. It shares simple tips, not extreme lifestyles, so it is a more accessible regimen for anyone who would like to make small changes that make a difference along the road.

The book also features delicious and healthy recipes the whole family will love. Jessica says,

"Honor's favorite meatball recipe will be in there. And I always hide flax seeds in everything."

Alba will also feature beauty tips in her book, do-it-yourself family projects, ways to keep your home free of harmful materials, maintaining a cleaning routine with only the purest ingredients for your home, and finding "inexpensive ways to find your own authentic style."

Jessica added,

"It will be easy and fun and I want it to be really colorful. I'm a crazy foodie. I love doing projects with my kids. Everything in this book will be something meaningful that I've incorporated in our lives. I wanted some kind of handbook with all the information I was consuming so I could apply it in a practical way."

Judging by her recent Elle cover, Jessica Simpson may pop any day now. But the proud mom-to-be did enjoy one last outing before the big day, specifically a lavish baby shower thrown by her celebrity friends.

Little sister Ashlee certainly played a big role in the event, as did famed party planner Mindy Weiss. And Simpson's guest list read like a who's who of famous moms. Grey’ Anatomy’s Ellen Pompeo made an appearance, as did Tr3 fave Jessica Alba (who brought along daughters Honor and Haven).

"It was a kid-friendly shower with many of her friends bringing babies," a source told Us Weekly. "Jessica [Alba] brought her baby Haven and Ashlee brought Bronx. She received tons of gifts mostly wrapped in pink gift wrap and boxes."

The pink gift wrap had to do with the fact that Jessica is expecting a baby girl. Though she and fiancée Eric Johnson haven't publicly revealed the name yet, the rumor is that she'll be called Maxi. Simpson emphasized that fact by wearing an "M" pendant (and a lizard-skinned dress) to the festivities.

Notice a lot of green on the streets this past Saturday? In case you were unaware, March 17 is one of the biggest party days ever for Irish-Americans (and Irish-American celebs!). And this year was no different, as a ton of famous faces shared their love for dear old St. Patrick!

Proud lass Lindsay Lohan was quick to hit the Twitterverse, posting to her fans,

"HAPPY ST. PATRICK'S DAY!!!!!! *luck of the irish*"

Fellow Emerald Isle descendant Conan O’Brien kept the spirit upbeat with his Saturday Tweet.

"Any good will the Irish earn during the year, they squander it all on St. Patrick's Day."

Russell Brand (who could use some luck of the Irish at the moment) sent out a funny note to everyone grabbing for their beer bottles.

"Happy St Patrick's Day to all my Irish friends and undiagnosed alcoholics," he wrote.

Even proud Latina Jessica Alba got into the Irish spirit, posting a Twitpic of her daughter Haven dressed up like the Lucky Charms mascot.

"Happy St. Paddy's Day everyone!" she wrote.

And when it came to wearing green, several celebs were more than eager to show their festive side. A very pregnant Jessica Simpson cruised Venice beach with an emerald purse and leprechaun-inspired boots. Her NFL fiancée, Eric Johnson, got plenty of attention too in his Boston Celtics style garb.

Vanessa Hudgens was also spotted sporting green, arm-in-arm with her new steady Austin Butler. But no one could top Black Eyed Peas vet Fergie, who wore flaming emerald shoes to a Saturday night launch party for BCBG. Her hubby Josh Duhamel kept the spirit alive too, with his lime-colored polo shirt (and newly buzzed mohawk!).

"Happy St. Patrick’s Day lovers!!!!" Fergie proudly Tweeted from the event.

Perhaps the most noteworthy St. Paddy’s Day appearance came from the Commander-in-Chief. Yup, President Barack Obama (who's part-Irish) was seen chugging a pint of Guinness at a local Washington pub. Keeping with the spirit, he also had his staff dye the water green at one of the White House fountains.

Way to show that pride Mr. Prez!

Lately it's become a tradition for the folks behind Jimmy Kimmel Live! to create funny post-Oscar moments. And this year was no exception, with their hilarious spoof, Movie: The Movie. Pieced together into a 10-minute trailer, the comedy clip featured a ton of stars (and several Tr3s faves).

Capitalizing on the cheesiest moments from recent blockbusters, Movie parodied giant Transformers, Clash of the Titans centaurs, talking babies, and more. Jessica Alba poked fun at recent rom coms with a scene featuring Ryan Phillippe and Taylor Lautner.

Antonio Banderas also scored big laughs, channeling a bit of The Da Vinci Code with his red papal outfit. In his scene, he "married" Edward Norton and Josh Brolin! Cameron Diaz had a very funny bit too, which happened to involve an inflatable leading man.

But perhaps the most talked-about moment featured George Clooney as a scientist trying to save the world. Skewering scenes from films like Armageddon and Deep Impact, his segment even had its own Steven Tyler song!

Very funny stuff indeed, perhaps even more so than the big show.

Well the red carpet is rolled out! Robin Roberts of GMA is looking incredible in her sleek white gown! Any 20 year old would be jealous!

The ballots just got here and the little Oscar chocolates that even our most flacas celebs are going to be eating .

The crowd went crazy with George Clooney and his girlfriend Stacy Keibler. The ever charming and guapísimo George joined "The bleachers" to greet his adoring fans and sign autographs. He then went back to do more press with Stacy Keibler.

Jennifer Yuh Nelson is saying hi to everyone. Who is she? The director of Kung Fu Panda, the highest grossing film directed by a woman. Right behind her was the stunning action hero and model Milla Jovavich.

There is a ton of girl power going on in this red carpet. Both ladies were wearing white as was Giuliana Rancic and Robin Roberts. Too early to tell if we have a dress trend on our hands but it sure is looking that way.

Melissa McCarthy got a little teary saying hi to her fans.

Some other gossip I'm hearing on the carpet is that Ryan Seacrest is catching a lot internal flack for his upcoming production of elite Persian kids from Beverly Hills which has a hint of Jersey Shore flair! Quién sabe what Snookie would think but maybe we can hook them up with the Jersey Shore cast? Sounds like a match made in reality tv heaven.

There is a nun on the red carpet whistling for her film "God is the bigger Elvis" y Matthew Lillard from fan favorite The Descendants taking off his tux jacket teasing his fans!

I also saw Jason Segel, the star of The Muppets, who spent time with all of his fans and talked about upcoming projects.

The "Kids" have spoken and they love Latino celebrities! A ton of Tr3s faves just received nominations for Nickelodeon's 2012 Kids' Choice Awards, including Selena Gomez, Victoria Justice, and Sofia Vergara.

Selena seemed to get the most attention, earning three noms for her television and music work. But Victoria wasn't far behind, scoring honors for her show Victorious and her TV acting chops. Sofia was recognized in the movie category, specifically for her hilarious role in The Smurfs.

But there was a lot more Latino love to go around than that. Antonio Banderas is up for Favorite Voice for his role in Puss In Boots, Bruno Mars is competing for Favorite Male Singer, and Jessica Alba is hoping to take down Favorite Buttkicker for her work in Spy Kids 4D.

Not surprisingly, a ton of award show vets like Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga, and Johnny Depp scored nominations too. But you know who WE'LL be rooting for when the green slime buckets come down on March 31!
