For the past three days everyone has been gushing over the birth of baby Blue Ivy Carter -that is except for the New York State Health Department. After receiving numerous complaints from some very irritated parents, the health department is launching an investigation on Lenox Hill Hospital where the diva gave birth. Particularly, it's going to look into the hospital's eager willingness to accommodate Beyonce's every need while denying other parents access to their newborns.
The proud parents took over several of the hospital's executive suites and had more security than President Obama himself. While the hospital remains tight lipped, they have admitted to taking extra precautions with the arrival of Blue Ivy, such as having security cameras covered up with tape. Blue's rapper-mogul dad, Jay-Z, reportedly paid the hospital $1.3 million for the special treatment.
New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg is siding with the famous couple, specifically with their money. During a press conference held on Tuesday Mayor Bloomberg said,
"If the hospital got paid a lot of money and it let them provide services to other people who don't have insurance or can't afford it, I'm not so sure it's a bad thing."
He went on to say,
"Full-paying patients are very valuable to hospitals in this day and age."
However, he did agree that closing off the maternity ward to other parents was unnecessary, something the hospital completely denies.
Although the state investigation will take time, if found guilty the hospital could face fines into the thousands of dollars but with $1.3 million in their pocket, who cares? Definitely not Blue Ivy Carter, who just became the youngest person ever to appear on a Billboard charts song. The super famous baby can be heard at the end of Jay-Z's new song "Glory".
Wow, just three days old and this baby already has more accomplishments than I do! But with parents like Beyonce and Jay-Z, success is to be expected.
What do you think is next for baby Blue Ivy Carter?

Only celebrities at the level of Beyonce and Jay-Z could spark this much attention over a baby name. But two days after the birth of the couple's daughter Blue Ivy, gossip blogs are on fire over the origins of the mysterious nombre.
The New York Daily News had some interesting theories about the Blue Ivy moniker. They believe papa Jay's smash 2001 record The Blueprint had something to do with it. A turning point in Hova’s career, the album also included several references to the word "blue" in its lyrics.
As far as Ivy goes, people are guessing mama Beyonce had some influence with that. Her latest album was titled 4, which in Roman numerals stands as "IV." Bey also claims that the number holds a major significance in her life.
"We all have special numbers in our lives, and four is that for me," she said in a previous interview. "It's the day I was born, my mother's birthday, and a lot of my friends' birthdays are on the fourth. April 4 is my wedding date."

Hola Mis Blogamolies! Last Night Miami was invaded by THE THRONE! Well, by Jay Z & Kanye West who really made us “WATCH THE THRONE”!!
The night was truly STAR-STUDDED! First up we had Mr. Miami Heat himself, Dwayne Wade, with his beautiful girlfriend Gabrielle Union and let me tell you the crowd went wild, but not as wild as when fellow teammate Lebron James came into the VIP section and both were all in Heat gear representing the Miami Heat!
Then it got a little crazy everyone, from Will Smith, Pharrell, Fabolous, DJ Khaled, DJ Irie and NEW YORK YANKEES' own Jorge Posada and Alex “A-Rod” Rodriguez (Qué papi!) were ready to get the show started. Even Beyoncé and baby bump were in attendance but secretly got around so she wouldn't be seen.
Mrs. Carter had plenty to distract the crowd from her, everything from the super HD video screens and light show to the double rising stage that Hova and Kanye started their performances from. They covered all their mega hits from the “Watch the Throne” album and their individual classics as well.
Mr. West hit us with some hits such as "Stronger", "Gold Digger", "Through the Wire" and my personal favorite "All of the Lights"; Jay-Z did super classics like "Hard Knock Life (Ghetto Anthem)," "Jigga What Jigga Who” and "99 Problems."
They kept the music and entertainment coming and gave every concert goer their money's worth! Oh and the fashion went from Hovas classic Yankee fitted to Kanye's crazy style! I think that absolutely nothing was better than the "record" that Jay-Z and Kanye West broke singing "N****s In Paris."
They had previously stated that the record had been to do the song 3 times and in Miami they did it 5 TIMES! Every time it was done the crowd went wild including D-Wade & LeBron! It was definitely an experience of a lifetime! Make sure you keep up to date and with all the chismes about Jay-Z and Kanye West and your favorite artists here on www.TR3S.com
Un besito,

In just one year Rihanna has forgotten her name, taken part in some S&M and shot a man down! You would think after all that activity she would slow down but in fact, RiRi is doing quite the opposite. Her latest album, expected to drop November 21st, is entitled Talk That Talk and shows a side of the Barbados beauty never seen before.
The album hasn't even come out yet and it's already climbing iTunes charts, not to mention the first single We Found Love is number one all around the world. Even before the single came out, the video had tons of publicity thanks to one irritated Irish farmer.
If the last album was Loud, this one is louder and much raunchier (you thought she would stop with S&M?). Music sites like MTV are ablaze with anticipation and is not only calling this album the best of her career, but the best of the year! That's a big statement considering that just this year some of the biggest pop albums were released like Born This Way, Femme Fatale and of course Adele's 21 (which is perhaps the only album it won't outsell).
This album takes RiRi's bad girl image and turns up the volume to the max. The club anthem filled album has her working with the industry's most talented hit makers such as Calvin Harris, Stargate and Hit-Boy, just to name a few. Other big names also make an appearance, most notably Beyonce's baby daddy Jay-Z.
This album could only be pulled off by someone as bold as Rihanna. The dark sexual energy that emits has already become a staple for the singer. But does she really Talk That Talk? If her first single is any clue, I would say she not only talks it but she dances, sasses and struts it too.
Are you excited for Rihanna's new album? Do you think it will be the best of the year?

It seems like the entire world has been obsessed with Beyoncé's baby bump after her surprise reveal during her "Love on Top" performance at the VMA's. Twitter exploded with a record of over 8,500 tweets and even spawned a Twitter page (properly named @BeyJayFetus) for Beyoncé and Jay-Z's unborn baby.
Now rumors are starting to swirl suggesting that Beyoncé was wearing a prosthetic baby belly during an interview with Australia's Sunday Night TV program. Several photos have surfaced revealing frozen frames of the pop star as she sits down, which shows her baby bump appearing to collapse. The theory is that the "Halo" singer has paid a surrogate to carry her child.
Whether you are a believer or a skeptic, we have outlined five reasons why Beyoncé's fake baby bump rumors are stupid:
1: Only in telenovelas do we hear about women faking their pregnancies so they can steal an innocent woman's baby and trap the love of their lives into a happily ever after.
2: Why would anyone in the spotlight and with as much attention as Beyoncé fake their own pregnancy?! Paparazzi are bound to take a shot of the fake belly at some point!
3: If Beyoncé is too posh to push and rather have a surrogate do all the dirty work then why didn't she just simply adopt?
4: If her belly seems bigger in some appearances than others it may just be because she finished a bucket of Popeye's fried chicken, okay! She is eating for two.
5: She's probably had so many people rub that belly by now. Don't you think someone would have noticed a hollow shell of a belly?
What are your thoughts on Beyonce's fake baby bump rumors?

Beyoncé is still falling in love just like she mentions in her colorful "Countdown" video. The beautiful mother-to-be may be accused of plagiarizing her dance routine in the new music video, but she claims her marriage to Jay-Z is 100% authentic. Beyoncé spoke to Bazaar about her relationship with the hip-hop mogul and revealed why they waited so long to start a family. She is due in February.
On Jay-Z:
"We have been together since I was 20 years old. We took our time and developed an unbreakable friendship before we got married. But, like anything great and successful in your life, marriage takes hard work and sacrifice. It has to be something both you and your husband deeply want."
She adds:
"The best thing about marriage is the amount of growth you have because you can no longer hide from your fears and insecurities. There's someone right there calling you out on your flaws and building you up when you need the support. If you are with the right person, it brings out the best version of you."
In regards to starting a family she reveals:
"It was important to me that I gave myself time to focus on becoming the woman I want to be, building my empire, my relationship, and my self-worth, before I became a mother."
We don't see anything wrong with that! Sounds like these two are going to last a lifetime. What do you think?

There is no denying that Ryan Seacrest's IHeartRadio Music Festival exceeded expectations. The massive two-day event brought 12,000 fans to the MGM Grand Garden Arena and featured over-the-top performances from Bruno Mars, Jennifer Lopez, Jay-Z, and Lady Gaga!
Sporting massive jumbotron screens, extravagant costumes, and a bevy of choreographed backup dancers, the IHeartRadio setup definitely showed off the best that Vegas has to offer. Tr3s faves The Black Eyed Peas kicked off the event on Friday, blasting through their all-time greatest hits. Tracks like "I Gotta Feeling," "Don’t Stop the Party," and "Boom Boom Pow" got the crowd on their feet quick (and so did Fergie's glittery ensemble).
From there, IHeart switched over to another Seacrest fave, original American Idol winner, Kelly Clarkson. She was followed by the always-reliable Bruno Mars who belted out modern classics like "The Lazy Song," "Grenades," and "Just the Way You Are." Bruno even threw out another tribute to Amy Winehouse with an energetic performance of "Valerie."
Carrie Underwood, Jane's Addiction, and Coldplay (who are also working the Rock In Rio festival later this week) kept the music flowing Friday night, but none of them could compare to the evening's closer. Daddy-to-be Jay-Z brought down the house, first with a live Alicia Keys duet, then with a nonstop barrage of his most famous songs (like "99 Problems," "Big Pimpin'" and more!).
Day two was just as exciting, with continued contributions from Seacrest's A.I. cohorts. Steven Tyler kicked off Saturday night with Aerosmith hits and his new solo single, "Feels So Good." Interestingly, fellow judge Randy Jackson backed Tyler up with some heavy guitar work on the stage.
Nicki Minaj appeared next and was literally wheeled on by a group of dancing doctors. Then came some country twang courtesy of Rascal Flatts and Kenny Chesney. But after that, it was pure diva! Jennifer Lopez appeared in a dazzling flapper dress and treated the crowd to a video montage of her most famous fashion choices. She then took the mic for songs like "I'm Real," "On The Floor," and her newest single, "Papi."
Obviously J. Lo is hard to top, but Saturday night's closer may just have done it. Lady Gaga was IHeart's final performer and gave the concert one hell of a sendoff. Appearing in leather, chains, and see-through tights, the Little Monster blew threw her Born This Way hits and even got Sting to perform a duet of "King Of Pain" with her.
Truly an event to remember, Ryan Seacrest should be very happy with IHeart's final tally. The event sold a massive amount of tickets and will most certainly be on the Vegas roster for a return show next year!

The music world got quite a bit of exciting chisme at this year's VMAs. Strolling down the red carpet, Beyoncé proudly announced the news of her first child. But will the little bundle of joy be her hubby Jay-Z's first offspring? If the latest rumors are true, the answer is no.
According to reports, Jigga already has a nine-year-old son with Trinidadian model Shenelle Scott. Apparently the father of Scott's ex-boyfriend has opened up to Star Magazine, revealing all sorts of details about the Junior Jay-Z.
The article claims that DNA tests have confirmed Jay's paternity and he has been secretly paying Shenelle child support for years. The informant also went on to say that the hip hop mogul regularly visits the boy and does have a relationship with him.
"[Shenelle] says he's a good father and he has a lot of interest in [the boy]," the spy told Star. "It was a big old mess at one time, but I think once they resolved the issue of fatherhood, of paternity, I think things started to level off."
Let's just hope the little guy's stepmom doesn't take the news too hard.

You know you're a pretty important star if your pregnancy overshadows the entire 2011 Video Music Awards. But that's what happened Sunday night when Beyoncé debuted her baby bump on the MTV black carpet. Though Jay-Z and B gossip did dominate the night, the VMAs still delivered plenty of great moments, like retro Bruno Mars jams and greaser punk Gagas!
As promised, Lady Gaga opened the show with a big surprise. Rather than don another outlandish outfit, the Little Monster mixed things up and came dressed as a man for her performance of "You and I." Interestingly, Gaga's “dude” persona hung around most of the night, flirting with sexy lady celebs like Britney Spears.
Britney happened to get quite a bit of love from both the fans and the voters. Her "Till The World Ends" took home the award for Best Pop Video and she got the night's Vanguard Award. Lady Gaga's male alter-ego expressed deep admiration for the "Toxic" singer and even attempted to kiss her onstage.
Another big tribute of the night was dedicated to the memory of soul singer, Amy Winehouse. Bruno Mars honored her with a spirited performance of "Valerie" and friend Russell Brand gave a heartfelt speech from the podium.
"She was a mate of mine and tragically this year we lost her," Russell said. "This is not just another London chancer, not just another person milling about waiting to be famous. What is this incredible sound? This timeless sound like a roar from the guts of humanity? The kind of voice that Billie Holiday sung with, the kind of voice that Ella Fitzgerald sung with."
Undoubtedly, the biggest performance of the night came from mommy-to-be Beyoncé.
Though she didn’t speak publicly about her pregnancy, the 29-year-old superstar made a point to rub her belly after an energetic performance of "Love On Top." The cameras then pointed to proud papa Jay-Z, who enthusiastically cheered from his seat.
As far as the awards went, Katy Perry and Adele came out the big winners. Katy's "Firework" won for Video of the Year and her "E.T." nabbed Best Visual Effects. Adele's "Rolling in the Deep" video scored Best Art Direction, Best Editing, and Best Cinematography.
Perry seemed rather humbled after winning the night’s biggest trophy, saying from the stage,
"Thank you so much! This is my second Moonman. I'm very proud of the song it stands for, which is ‘Firework.' I feel like I am doing something right when I sing that song. So thanks to everyone who helped create it!"
Katy also got a bit of notoriety for her fashion sense. Wearing what looked like a giant cube on her hand, she arrived sporting purple hair and a multicolored dress. Selena Gomez also got plenty of comments for her ensemble. Looking almost like an early Halloween costume, her vampy black dress was both sleek and spooky.
The Jersey Shore girls also got plenty of attention for their outrageous outfits. Deena Cortese practically blinded the paparazzi with her overly bright rainbow dress and Snooki was spotted in a getup that looked like something out of Conan The Barbarian.
But it was Nicki Minaj's fashion choice that got the most bloggers buzzing. She showed up in a geometrically-inspired dress, complete with a polka-dot ninja mask and Candy Land beehive! But of course, it all added to the fun of a very "colorful" night.
Be sure to check out the "official" VMA website for the complete winner list!
