It looks like those Playboy shutterbugs better hurry up and finish Lindsay Lohan's photo shoot. Hef's newest centerfold just got sentenced to 30 days in jail for a series of court violations.
According to OMG!, Lohan technically received 300 days, which would be fully enacted if she violates her probation again. Right now, the time served would only equal about a month (and perhaps even less because of California's crowded prison system).
Lindsay appeared in court this morning and seemed to fully accept the terms of her punishment. And to many, the Machete star actually got off easy. Lohan has notoriously skipped out on her community service requirements and even left the country while on probation.
But things may change drastically at this point. The judge in Lindsay's case has now assigned a "no-nonsense" probation officer to help keep her in line. And if there's one more slip up, Lohan could be spending a good chunk of 2012 behind bars.
Do you think the courts are too easy on Lindsay? Sound off in the comments or @MTV3.

Fat Joe recently ventured to see the imprisoned Lil Wayne at Rikers Island. The Bronx-bred rapper described his frequent collaborator as being in "great spirits" and said he's much funnier when not under the influence of his favorite codeine-laced sizzurp and smoke.

Joe told MTV News:
"Lil Wayne, it's such a shame. He's in great spirits. I love Lil Wayne; that's like my little brother. He's just the coolest dude on Earth. I tell you one thing, him not being high made me realize how much funnier he is. This guy has jokes. We were up in there for four hours, just telling jokes, dying laughing, falling on the floor."
So what has Lil Wayne been up to these days? In a letter posted today (July 13) on weezythankxyou.com, the rapper shared that he's "Counting the days and still smiling. Most of those smiles come from hearing my kids’ voices over the phone. The others come from reading fan mail." Weezy also shared what a typical day for him is like:
"I wake up around 11AM. Have some coffee. Call my kids, and my wonderful mother. I then shower up. Read fan mail. Have lunch. Back on the phone. Read a book or write some thoughts down. Have dinner. Phone. Pushups. Then I listen to ESPN on the radio. Read the bible, then sleep. That’s my day."
Once Weezy is released from jail in November (if released for good behavior), the rapper will begin serving three years of probation, stemming from a 2008 arrest in Arizona, when authorities discovered drugs, drug paraphernalia and a firearm aboard the rapper's tour bus.
Are you ready for Wayne's comeback? Sound off in the comments or @MTV3!

Lil Wayne is finally releasing a follow-up album to his platinum LP, Tha Carter 3. Rebirth was originally slated to hit stores last April, but his new rock-esque album will now go on sale December 15th. The album's lead single "Prom Queen" was released in January and didn't receive instant success like Tha Carter 3's "Lollipop."
Hopefully Weezy will have the same level of success on this LP, if he's around to enjoy it that is. Last month, Wayne entered a guilty plea in a two-year-old gun case against him. Weezy admitted to illegally having a loaded gun on his tour bus in 2007 and is expected to spend a year in jail after his February sentencing. Looks like this album is dropping right on time! News on Akon's dramatic trial has been heating up since the "Smack That" singer was charged with "endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment" for allegedly throwing a teen fan offstage and injuring an audience member during a concert back in June 2007.

The "Konvicted" star reported to a court hearing this morning, which resulted in Fishkill Town Justice Harold Epstein setting the official trial date for Dec. 1st. If convicted, Akon can be "Locked Up" for a maximum of 1 year and 15 days in prison.

Akon's attorney Andrea Zellan is currently attempting to save her client by reaching a deal outside of court. We hope this fella is counting is rosary beads because his legal troubles are looking mighty hellish right now! [E! Online]
