Will Latino royalty break bread with British royalty? Our sources say yes! According to Us Weekly, Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony will attend William and Kate's star-studded British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) gala on Saturday and are even expected to share a table with the young royals!
The red carpet event will take place at the Belasco Theater in downtown Los Angeles and honor 42 emerging Brits in Hollywood.
Also expected to attend are Tom Hanks, Nicole Kidman, Kristin Chenoweth, Derek Hough, Ginnifer Goodwin, Dana Delaney, and Jack Black. No Posh and Becks, apparently.
Prior to the awards, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will walk the red carpet with British TV, movie and theater stars for the BAFTA reception at the Belasco. As BAFTA President, William will also make a brief speech for the gala.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's two-day Los Angeles visit will also see the Duke play a polo match in Santa Barbara.
What do you think of JLo and Marc's place at the royal table? Sound off in the comments, or @MTV3.

I went to see Kung Fu Panda 2 and afterwards I talked a little with three members of the audience; Matt, Sonia and Tammy -ages 7, 9 and 12- and we all agreed that the movie was awesome. No other word, just awesome.
This is probably the most visually impressive movie since Avatar and I have to tell all those fans that were a disappointed with Tron or Sucker Punch: this time the storytelling works smoothly, the script is funny as hell and they suck dry any the possible twist and turn. Not to mention the excellent score, with a particularly good music scene in the Musician's Village where they manage to stage a big Kung Fu fight while playing traditional Chinese music, a total delight.
In this new adventure of Po, the Dragon Warrior, the fearless Panda played by Jack Black and his fateful comrades The Furious Five face a terrible enemy with a new weapon. There is some Chinese philosophy to deal with (provided by Master Shifu, a very sober Dustin Hoffman), a cute panda baby, daddy issues, a hint of romance and a lot of good Kung Fu.
Kung Fu Panda 2 easily boasts the most star filled casting of the season, besides the recurrent Black, Hoffman, Angelina Jolie, Seth Rogen, Lucy Liu, David Cross, James Hong and Jackie Chan; they added the voices of the great Gary Oldman (playing Po's enemy, the evil peacock Prince Shen), Jean Claude Van Damm, Dennis Haysbert, Danny McBride and Michele Yeoh. They left practically nobody out of the movie.
In a good move by the screenwriter, they decided to exploit more Angelina’s character Tigress and truth to be told, she is perfectly cut for those tough girl characters she's been playing lately. A very Mrs. Smith performance for Angie, filling in kind of an oblique way the romantic part of the film and giving a little pause to the rollercoaster Kung Fu Panda 2 is most of the time. On the other hand, Gary Oldman performs a villain as despicable as they come.
One of the best things of this second part is that respects perfectly the structure we are used to in martial arts movies: the big challenge, the almost defeat, the return of the hero and the final combat. Is so classical that is almost like watching a classic Kung Fu flick from the 80's but with great FX's. They do the flying thing, the exploding thing and the "I catch the bullet and throw it back to you" thing. Jackie Chan must've been delighted.
Finally; the 3D is great for the movie, they really got the best out of it and that's the way everybody should watch it. I can assure by personal experience that kids are going to love it and if you like really big, colored, exploding, spectacular movies you are going to like this one. Two words to define Kung Fu Panda 2: Good Kung Fu.

Get ready for an epic animated battle this summer. In one corner, you’ve got the popular four-wheeled personalities from Pixar’s Cars 2. But DreamWorks Animation is unleashing another familiar competitor to the mix, namely Master Po from Kung Fu Panda 2!
Mixing Jack Black with witty fast-paced cartoons is a no-brainer. Judging by his success as the host of this year’s Kid’s Choice Awards, you know he can connect with the eager pre-teen audience. And he’s proven it before as the main voice in 2008’s original Kung Fu Panda (which happened to gross over $630 million).
This time out, Black’s furry alter-ego is getting a little help from Tr3s fave Guillermo del Toro, who is an executive producer for Kung Fu 2. He'll also be joined onscreen by the lovable Furious Five squad (Monkey, Tigress, Crane, Viper, and Mantis) and Dustin Hoffman’s wise little butt kicker Master Shifu.
Of course, it’s the new characters that are creating the most buzz for Panda fans. 80’s action star Jean-Claude Van Damme has reportedly signed on to voice Master Croc and he’ll be joined by even more black belts from the animal kingdom, including Master Thundering Rhino and Master Storming Ox.
But if there’s one newbie Po needs to look out for, it’s Lord Shen. An evil albino peacock, Shen looks pretty shifty from the exclusive character design that was provided to Tr3s. Sporting white, red, and black feathers, a silver robe, and some seriously long eyebrows, he’s got his heart on banishing the ancient art of kung fu!
As you can imagine, Po and the Furious Five are determined not to let that happen and they’ll be dishing out plenty of 3D chops and kicks to make sure the evil peacock learns his lesson. We’re confident the Kung Fu Panda will squash the exploits of Shen, but can the animated senseis take down Lightning McQueen? That's the question we really want answered this summer.

It’s hard to believe that the Kid’s Choice Awards are now 24 years old. Not that you could tell by the shenanigans going down at this weekend’s show. Throughout the night, fans got treated to monster truck demolitions, unpredictable celebrity speeches, and plenty of green slime.
Jack Black returned as host for the third year in a row and definitely “brought it” from the moment the show kicked off. Arriving in an oversized monster truck, he literally drove over two posh limousines, smashing them to bits.
Black then went on to declare Fergie, will.i.am., Taboo, and apple.de.ap the Jack Black Eyed Peas. Riling up the crowd, he joined the group onstage for a hilarious performance of “The Time (Dirty Brit),” but not before shaking things up with his own unique version of “I Gotta Feelin.”
Things only got wilder from there. Russell Brand made a very memorable appearance with Modern Family’s Rico Rodriguez for the announcement of Favorite Voice from an Animated Movie. But before any words hit the mic, kids from the audience pummeled both of them with gobs of Nickelodeon’s trademark green goo. Rico seemed to be enjoying the moment, while Brand shouted out a hilarious off-the-cuff rant.
"I am English! I am your leader! You must not do this, I am royalty!” Russell jokingly said. “You are all going to juvenile hall. You children are going to prison. You are bad children!"
Other memorable celebrity moments included Johnny Depp sliming cheering kids at the front of the stage, Miley Cyrus’ odd fashion choice, and Justin Bieber taking down his mentor Usher for Favorite Male Singer.
“The Biebs” squeeze Selena Gomez got some KCA love as well, winning Favorite TV Actress for her role in Wizards of Waverly Place. Though fans hoping to hear a Justin mention in her speech were utterly disappointed.
Several other Tr3s faves took home Nick’s famous orange blimps throughout the night, including Katy Perry for Favorite Female Singer, Jackie Chan for Favorite Butt Kicker, and Justin Timberlake, who got The Big Help Award for his work with the Shriners Hospital for Children.
Inspiring viewers of all ages, Timberlake went on to say, "I want to dedicate this to all of you very cool, very loud kids. Your heart is the most beautiful part, so don’t forget to use it."

One of the best parts of every year's VMAs is the red carpet fashion. Este año was certainly no exception! From crazy avant-garde creations to high-fashion drama and a "who wore it better?" snafu, la alfombra roja kept us on our toes este año as we tried to spot our most and least favorite vestidos!
Algunos looks nos dejaron sin palabras...
While others left us with plenty to talk about!
One of the MOST talked-about fashion moments from last night's show? (Other than the bewilderment at the latest Lady Gaga ensembles, por supuesto!) The matching vestido fiasco between Shakira and Pink! Las cantantes showed up in matching Balmain black and silver sequined dresses (oops!), but they took the red-carpet mishap in stride and turned it into un chiste, even posing para fotos juntas on the red carpet. A quien le luce mejor?
Best Non-Basic Black Vestido
Latina Pussycat Doll Melody Thornton VS. Los Premios co-amfitriona, Nelly Furtado
Ambas cantantes opted for un vestido negro, pero los detalles make the dress in both cases. Pussycat Doll Melody Thornton showcased her best assets in a sexy backless number, while Nelly's more conservative sheath dress brought attention to her neck and shoulders with intricate beading and sequins.
Most Badass Fashion Pareja
The, ahem, outspoken Kanye West and Amber Rose VS. Latin powerhouse couple, Marc Anthony and Jennifer Lopez
Kanye sported jeans, shades and a bottle of liquor to show his bad boy steeze, but nothing makes more of a fashion statement than his model girlfriend, Amber Rose, draped over him in her second-skin snake-print bodysuit. On the other hand, Marc, also sporting sunglasses at night, accompanied JLo in an... interesting outfit with detached velour sleeves and sky-high leopard print booties. Both parejas seemed to be trying to prove their edge, pero which one had you convinced?
Best WTF Red Carpet Look
Techni-colored Perez Hilton VS. Metal warrior Jack Black
Perez always knows how to make a fashion statement. This time around, he meticulously matched his hi-liter yellow Doc Marten boots to his... dishwashing gloves? As an equally unlikely fashion accessory, Jack Black chose to bring along his giant double-headed axe. Porque, claro, no sabias that the VMA red carpet is a bloodthirtsy battleground?!
Classiest Hombre
Cuban rapper Pitbull VS. Senegalese R&B mogul Akon
Pitbull looked like a suave casanova in his 3-piece suit and purple tie, while Akon opted for a more modern traje and skinny black tie. Both hip-hop stars really rocked their suits for the red carpet, pero cual lució más guapo?
Let us know what you think were the best and worst looks in the comments below, and check out more red carpet photos, exclusive video recap and more at the MTV Video Music Awards page on MTV.com!

Jack Black, best known for his wrestling skills in Nacho Libre and Tenacious D metal fame, recently sat down with MTV News to talk about Kung Fu Panda. We reported to you in our last Jack Black recap that the star/rocker/comedian/secret crush if he lost 10 libras didn't just showcase his mastery of martial arts in la entrevista, but also his mastery of Spanish. Enter part two: we finally have the video to go along with it! Now you can see the language whiz in living color. Chale, I never thought I'd see the day when a Gringo would be helping us with our acentos. Take a look, it kind of resembles a turrets attack - but hey, whatever works right?
Repeat after me: MIÉR-CO-LES
Now that we've given Rosetta Stone a run for their money, off to more important topics. For instance, who do you think would win in a heavyweight competish -- Po the Panda or a chubby luchador? Puedes decidir. [MTV News]

During a press conference for Kung Fu Panda, starring Jack Black, the funnyman was asked about his ‘Viva Mexico’ role in Nacho Libre. Even though the movie was filmed entirely in English, Jack said he still learned Spanish to perfect his role as the humble Luchador. A Latina in the audience asked him una pregunta in Spanish to see if Jack could put his money were his mouth was and he actually replied back…in Spanish! Unfortunately, it was just to say that he hasn’t perfected the language yet so to please keep asking him preguntas en inglés. It certainly is flattering though!
