Things aren't looking so hot these days at The Playboy Club. First, the show gets cancelled after only three episodes. Now, Eddie Cibrian had to be rushed to the hospital after he got hurt while filming in Chicago on the set of this new series.

Eddie plays the role of Nick Dalton, "a lawyer and Playboy Club keyholder." Cibrian, married to LeAnn Rimes, was rushed to Northwestern Memorial Hospital after he "suffered a deep gash on his right heel after he caught it under a 200-lb steel door."

Ouch! No amount of sexy bunnies can make that ouchie go away.

Speaking of ouchies, Hugh Hefner is saddened over the cancellation of the show. He tweeted,

"I'm sorry NBC's 'The Playboy Club' didn't find it's audience. It should have been on cable, aimed at a more adult audience."

Oh Heff. I don't think that's it at all. I'm sure los adultos can find your show just as well whether it's on cable or not. They're just not watching it.

NBC is continuing to film episodes of the show, however, hoping that it will be picked up on another network. Heff also hopes the idea for the show will become a motion picture one day and hints at a movie released based on his life and the beginning of the sexual revolution.

Las Vegas superstar Holly Madison is definitely keeping abreast of her situation- literally. The star recently took out a $1 million dollar insurance policy on her breasts with Lloyd's of London insurance company.

Madison, 31, had breast surgery in 2001 and went from a small A-cup to a Pamela Anderson sized D-cup. This instantly got her the attention of her famed ex and founder of Playboy, Hugh Hefner. After the pair split in 2008, Madison became the star of the sizzling Las Vegas production of Peepshow.

She confirmed to People Magazine that ensuring the safety of her money makers was a logical decision and a necessary precaution for herself,

"I've heard about people get body parts insured and I thought, why not? Because if anything happened to my boobs, I'd be out for a few months and I'd probably be out a million dollars."

While many would agree that breasts are certainly a girl's best friend, many would also agree that insuring them for $1 million is a bit excessive. Yet, it makes perfect sense when we consider that Madison has made an entire career off of her goods and keeping las gemelas safe keeps her in the spotlight.

She is in good company: other celebrities like Rihanna, Mariah Carey and even Jennifer Lopez have all insured famous body parts. Jennifer Lopez was rumored to have various body parts insured such as her famous backside, which is estimated to be worth 300 million!

Let's hope Holly never has to cash in on her insurance policy.

Apparently, age doesn't make you necessarily wiser…

Hugh Hefner, the pajama-wearing legend, creator and publisher of Playboy, is now paying for all the broken hearts he left behind, including that of her former #1 girlfriend and Girls Next Door co-star, Holly Madison.

Not only did his 25-year-old girlfriend Cristal Harris decided to call off their wedding mere 5 days prior to it, but most importantly, he lost business due to it!

Hefner, who brilliantly found a way to make money out of his addiction to women, never loses a chance to transform anything into a money making venture… And his nuptials were not an exception.

The guy had signed with Lifetime network to air a 2 hour special titled "Marrying Hef". For months since the engagement, cameras rolled, shooting thousands of hours, documenting the details of the wedding, and both, Hefner and Lifetime drooled over the money making prospects of the show.

Now that Harris called off the wedding and "Marrying Hef" is no longer a plan, the network has canceled the special and out the window went the big bucks!

I think Harris behaved like any of us would.

What would you do the day after you call off your 300 guests wedding and leave you ex-fiance broken-hearted?

Go straight to a promotional tour, obviously!

The runaway bride was so compassionate towards her never-to-be-husband, that she was on the air the very next morning declaring nationally to Ryan Seacrest that "it never felt right". How sweet of her!

Now, don't even think this was just an innocent change of heart… Drum roll please…!

The New York Post reported that the original plan was to leave Hef AT THE ALTAR!

"Her plan was to walk up the aisle and say she couldn't go through with it. The wedding was to be filmed for a reality special, and her refusal to marry him would be a sensation. She was looking for a tie-in deal of around $500,000 for the exclusive 'I ditched Hef at the altar' interview. While there was interest, Crystal didn't get an offer anywhere near half a million."

So she walked out!

To make the puzzle even more fun, you do the math: Crystal's brand new single (yes, this girl also wants to be a pop star) "Club Queen" was released on Monday on iTunes, just hours before she decided to leave the Playboy Mansion.

And who do you think is Crystal's song producer? Dr. Phil's son, music producer Jordan McGraw, to whom she's been linked romantically since last week! Lovely!

I don't know about you, but all of this mess, the show, the promotional tour, the affair, the release of the single, the abandonment, makes for a much more interesting reality show than just "Marrying Hef"… "Leaving Hef" maybe?

Now, business-wise, the girl is not so bright! No record deal or contract with Lifetime or any other network can match the reportedly $80 million Hugh Hefner is worth.

And all of that chunk of cash could have been Crystal's, because since Hef was so in love, he was not even going to make her sign a pre-nup.

As for Hef, he's at the mansion nursing his broken heart! Previous Girls Next Door co-stars and girlfriends have tweeted in support of his ex-man:

Bridget Marquardt said,

"Just stopped by the mansion 2 give @hughhefner a hug," "He seems to be handling this well. He even had a sense of humor about it! #LoveUHef."

Holly Madison (Hef’s ex #1 gilfriend retweeted a message from Kendra Wilkinson to Hef:

"@hughhefner, we r comin over w some jack n coke... oh n a pipe lol," Kendra originally tweeted. Holly added to Kendra's tweet, "Wish I was there to support, too!"

Today, Hefner -clearly never loosing his sense of humor (and business) in spite of his broken heart, decided to add a huge sticker to the magazine that reads "RUNAWAY BRIDE in this Issue", since it was too late to redo the whole July Playboy cover, that read "Mrs. Crystal Heffner".

My thoughts? Hef, you should have stayed with Holly all along! Good luck with the next one!

Ever taken a flight on Mexicana Airlines within the past two years? If so, there’s a good chance that one of the lovely Latinas serving you peanuts is now a full-blown centerfold! Playboy Mexico has hired sexy stewardesses from the bankrupt airline to be their newest covergirls.

Of course, this isn’t the first time that the Mexicana flight attendants have posed for photographers. Last year, 10 of the company’s more enterprises stewardesses pooled their money together and published a very popular 12-month calendar.

Featuring the ladies in bikinis, tight t-shirts, and, of course, skimpy stewardess outfits, the calendar became a massive hit and sold thousands of copies. So what’s the next obvious step? A call from Hugh Hefner, of course.

The cover alone features six of Mexicana’s most photogenic flight attendants. Wearing trademark stewardess hats, tight lingerie, and cute little neckerchiefs, the girls definitely know how to strike a pose. And seeing how their airline is now bankrupt, posing for the camera may now be a good career direction. Do we sense a stewardess reality show in the near future?

Twitter seems to be the forum for feuds between rappers and R&B singers — first The Game and Christina Milian, and now 50 Cent and Ciara.

While most people use the weekends for down time, Fiddy partied at the Playboy Mansion, decided on a possible career change and was involved in an online beef with former flame Ciara. It all started Friday night when 50 Cent logged on to Twitter after a party at the Playboy Mansion, and posted a picture with himself and Hugh Hefner along with the following remarks:

“I just left the play boy mansion. I think I want to be a pimp now. Sh*t I have strong pimp qualities. Lol. I'm looking for girls to start my new line of work. Are there any strong potential hoe's on tweeter right now. Lol”

This obviously didn't sit well with CiCi, who responded by tweeting a message of her own:

“The things people tweet say a lot about their character, pay attention!:)”

We guess the smiley face at the end the message wasn't enough to make light of the assertion because 50 got back at the “Goodies” singer in vulgar fashion:

“Yea I tweet things that reflect my character b*tch. I have a sense of humor get one.lol that's why your 3 mill followers behind me.”

Ouch! Ciara responded directly to 50 Cent, asking

“Who u callin a Bi*tch @50cent?” she tweeted, posting a link to Queen Latifah's hit U.N.I.T.Y., a feminist paean that blasts men for calling women the “B” word. Touché!

Apparently it worked because the self-proclaimed “career killer” called a truce:

“@ciara now I'm not going back n forth with you on twitter now cut it out.”

Is this just a ploy to stay relevant or the case of unresolved relationship issues? Hmmm. We may have to stay tuned to find out.

Though they haven’t released an actual figure yet, rumor has it that Playboy Magazine is offering Ines Sainz some major cash to bare all for their readers. As we all remember, the Azteca sports reporter got a lot of attention a few weeks back for some Chisme on the football field.

After covering NFL practice for the New York Jets, she had Tweeted that there were some “uncomfortable” moments between her and the team. Thankfully the issue didn’t escalate much further than that, but it did get her noticed by a LOT of new fans.

Known for her spunky reporting style and sexy outfits, it’s obvious that Ines’ fan base stretches way beyond the sports world. That’s why it’s not too surprising to hear that Hugh Hefner would be interested in giving his audience an “intimate” peek at the 33-year-old beauty.

We say, if the magazine’s good enough for J-Woww, why not include a spread of Ines? That is, IF she’s willing to do it. TMZ is reporting that Sainz is still under contract with Azteca and they may not permit her to pose for the brand. And even if she doesn’t, there’s still plenty of sexy pictures to click on at her own personal website.

Don't have New Year's Eve plans yet?  Bueno, si vives en Chicago, maybe you should party with Pitbull! Mr. 305 will be hosting a party at the Chicago Hilton with a few special guests... the Playboy Bunnies! Hugh Hefner founded Playboy in Chicago, so it's only fitting the bash take place there. Pitbull met the Hef in 2008, when he performed at his Halloween party.
