MySpace ingenue Colbie Caillat has made it BIG en el mundo latino.  Well, not quite, but one influential Colombiano thinks la cantante is hot stuff..

Juanes and Colbie bonded during a tour in Japan and they got along so well, that it's rumored they will cover one another's songs. After Juanes complimented California girl Colbie on su trabajo, Colbie gave Juanes a reciprocal pat on the back (it's only fair). Colbie plans to cover Juanes' "Hoy me Voy" for her future album. In turn, Juanes will do a Spanish version of Colbie's "Little Things."

Nice marketing tactic Colbie.  She just hit the mainstream and is already going the Latin route.  We thought that was reserved only for A-listers like Beyonce. [Latin Gossip]
