Gossip Girl's Blake Lively had to get a restraining order out against crazy obsessed fan Sergei Mifle. Mifle was caught bothering Blake on the set of her show and even contacting her mother, Elaine Lively.

The creepy stalker's actions had increased since February 1,

"causing Lively and her mother significant distress and anxiety."

Blake filed the order of protection against psycho Sergei and attached a picture of the man, adding that his stalking and harassment caused her great distress.

Mifle insists he has a "metaphysical connection" with Blake Lively. He has also repeatedly contacted her mother to tell her that he was "deeply concerned about her daughter" and that he "needed to help her because she was troubled."

Apparently, some people struggle with what is real and what is make believe. Sergei is one of those people. I don't think he ever got the memo that Blake's character on Gossip Girl, Serena, is just that- a character.

With two years left on her contract, Gossip Girl's Blair Waldorf is ready to bid the show adieu. Leighton Meester dished to E! News that she's out as soon as her contract expires.

The singer and actress, who appears in the upcoming Gwyneth Paltrow flick Country Strong, said that while she "obviously enjoys working on the show and living in New York," GG's producers are supportive of her decision and have encouraged her and her fellow co-stars to pursue outside projects.

"It allows you to be ready for when the show's over," Leighton told E!. "I don't know [if the series will end when I leave,] but I think there's that old saying about wanting to go out on top."

With a burgeoning music career and a recent move to the silver screen, will this be the end of Meester's TV career?

"Um, I never say never," she said. "It would have to be the right show just like it would have to be the right movie."
