Ever find yourself getting bored of the usual rutina? Russell Simmons and his bella novia Porschla Coleman have got your back! Literally...

The much-talked-about pair are heating up las noches with Tapas Yoga. Trust us, that doesn't mean you get to eat bite-sized pieces of chorizo or chucks of queso while you stretch! The Jivamukti-inspired yoga practice means to burn with self-discipline and meditation while twisting your cuerpo into many unexpected positions. We were hungry for a challenge and decided to attend the exclusive event hosted by the hip-hop mogul himself.

We may have been on a mission to work out our culitos, but Russell's commitment flexes for a deeper cause. Mr. Simmons and Ms. Coleman launched the weekly sessions officially beginning October 7th to support more yoga instructors of color to rejuvenate our hectic vidas one stance at a time. As we watched Russell effortlessly pop into a headstand, Porschla was showcasing her own masterful skills...

As a professional yoga trainer for celebs, Porschla was delicately pushing our postures into place and gripping our legs for a wanna-be headstand (Ay como duele!). Our backs cracked in fifteen different places, but we had Russell's voice assuring us to "KNOW YOUR INTENTION." Want to grab a piece of this session? Ring the alarm for this chisme alert! Word has it that Don Omar and his wifey Jackie Guerrido may be expecting.

Several of our spies in la isla del encanto confirm that the chismes were sparked after "The Kings of Kings" performed in the town of Mayagüez, Puerto Rico. Apparently the Univision journalist was sick and rushed to the hospital during the show. She was hooked up to an IV after experiencing dizziness and other like symptoms.

The "Salio el sol" singer is staying in the dark about the rumors, but he did confirm that his wifey has been ill. Sounds a little suspect no crees? Regardless one this is for sure, that lucky baby is destined to be born into straight-up royalty!

Forget waiting until Friday to get the fin de semana started!

We're celebrating the 2008 MTV Video Music Awards Latino style (pass the piñatas, güey) by throwing a pre-game fiesta tonight at Los Angeles' Level 3 club. Did we mention that Calle 13 and Colby O'Donis are performing, only to be joined by a slew of hot latin celebs on the red carpet?

Calle 13 will treat party goers to songs from their new album "Los de Atras Vienen Conmigo," as well as classic cuts like "Atrévete Te, Te!" and "Pal Norte." This is the FIRST time that fans will hear new Calle tunes; fans of the Puerto Rican duo have been chomping at the bit for new developments since Calle 13 took over the Latin Grammys in 2006 with awards for their self-titled debut album.

Colby (and a special guest) will be his smooth self at the show, performing a fifteen minute set including "What You Got" in Spanish and "So Sick of Love" unplugged.

We're chillin' stageside at Level 3 right now for Calle 13's rehearsal. There's no sign of Residente or Colby yet, but Visitante strolled in ready for la parranda while rockin' a Christopher Walken tee-shirt. His sister also came ready for the mayhem by wearing a red clown nose while kicking back with the band.

There is no doubt that Colby O'Donis' lyrical pimpin' skills and suave moves have been on full-blast since we last spoke to him in an exclusive interview back in April. Besides getting ready to drop his self-titled debut album on Sept. 16th, the Queens native has managed to skip rookie status by snagging two VMA nominee votes in the categories for "Best New Artist" and "Best Dancing In A Video." In celebration of his noms, Colby will be performing live at the MTV Tr3s VMA party on September 4th!

The fly boy was kind enough to tease his fans during this week's Mi TRL with an electrifying performance of "Don't Turn Back" that is sure to you drooling in your seat. The dynamic duo have traded in ghetto fab bling for pro-social poetry with a new video titled "Dime Que Te Pasó."

The story follows family drama between a solider (Puerto Rican actor Jon Seda, who manages to don army threads and the obligatory reggaetonero gafas de sol in the video) and his estranged wife (Dominican all-star Dania Ramirez). The plot culminates in a tragic ending in typical hardcore, W&Y fashion.
