With Super Bowl week in full swing, now seems like the perfect time to honor the hard working ladies who report on the field. But rather than recognize their astute journalistic abilities, Bleacher Report has decided to rank them on their "Sexy" factor. Hey that works for us, especially when you consider that Ines Sainz and Sara Carbonero made the list.

Blogamole readers are already well versed in Ines. The Mexican Azteca reporter created quite a fuss back in 2010 after she claimed "harassment" from the New York Jets' locker room. Thankfully that issue got resolved quick and made way for some impressive Sainz Playboy offers.

Bleacher Report clearly didn’t forget about Ines'sex appeal, ranking her #7 on their "Hottest Sports Reporters" list. Writers for their site praised Sainz for her tight jeans, her winning smile, and her ability to melt guys' hearts every time she takes a step on a football field.

Another rising star on the "Hottest Reporter" list is #5, Sara Carbonero. Just 27-years-old, this dazzling Spanish brunette has charmed sports fans around the world. Recognized primarily for her live feeds during fútbol games, Sara's been known to distract the strikers and goal keepers with her revealing outfits. And it's no surprise to us that FHM ranked her 2009's "Sexiest Reporter in the World!"

It doesn’t stop there, part-Spanish beauty Leeann Tweeden got all the way up to #3 on Bleacher Report’s list. Choosing to post one of her sexy bikini shots, the site showered tons of praise on the Fox Sports correspondent. Now working as a reporter for the Anaheim Angels, we're sure she'll give Albert Pujols plenty of sideline eye candy.

And which lovely lady made it all the way to #1? That would be ESPN’s Jenn Brown. The former Florida softball star is now an in-demand sports reporter, covering baseball, car racing, and even the World Series of Poker. Expect a big future ahead for this tall, blonde beauty.

Here we are, still in December, and ESPN has already moved on to the year ahead. The sports site's top forecasters have now set their sights on the hottest Latino fighters of 2012. And judging by their stats-laden list, these boxeadores are some forces to be reckoned with!

One fighter we know very well is Miguel Cotto. He recently gave Antonio Margarito a serious beatdown and seems primed for more ringside success in the coming year. ESPN calls him, "Always fit, always ready, and always giving 110 percent."

Another familiar name on the list is Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. With 31 knockouts to his credit, this boxing prodigy is more than living up to his father's legacy. And it’s important to note that Julio has one of the best trainers in the biz, namely Freddie Roach. We can see them causing major damage in 2012.

ESPN says Sergio Martinez is another great fighter to put on your radar. Sergio hails from Argentina and at 36, he's quite a bit older than many names on the list. But his aggressive style and tireless work ethic have given him boxing kudos from the likes of Sports Illustrated, The Ring, and Yahoo Sports.

Thomas Dulorme is being called Puerto Rico's next big superstar. This junior welterweight is famous for his second round KO's. ESPN gave Dulorme some extra special praise for his devastating battle against former champ DeMarcus Corley back in June.

And though Saul Alvarez has gained popularity for his movie star looks, his rage in the ring is anything but pretty. ESPN calls the Mexican-born Alvarez "ferocious" and heavily praised his rapid-fire punching abilities. The site even hinted that Saul could be a good contender for WBC champ, Floyd Mayweather.

At 11:59 PM, Friday, March 11, 2011 the NFL took a timeout. According to Espn.com, America's most lucrative sport officially announced a lockout of players by team owners which closed down the league's activities and halted trade activities and other dealings between players and team organizations.

In 2008, owners exercised an opt-out clause in the now expired Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) and while players repeatedly offered to extend the deal, owners rejected the offers. The CBA expired due to the players and owners inability to decide how to distribute $9 billion in annual income. This marks the NFL's first work stoppage since 1987 and puts the 2011 NFL season at risk.

While fans may fear the worst, NFL players are voicing their opinions but aren't panicking yet.

Record-setting tight-end Tony Gonzalez of the Atlanta Falcons tweeted:

"Just be patient. It's a shame we ALL have to go through this but I guess It's part of the process. There is no doubt we will have a season."

"We all saw this coming," Miami Dolphins offensive tackle Jake Long told miamiherald.com. "I'm not worried about missing games. I don't think that will happen. We're going to get all the guys together [for workouts] because we don't want to be in separate places once we come back, everybody doesn't know whats going on."

Wide-receiver Brian Hartline joked about the lockout via twitter:

"So can we file for unemployment?? lol @ochocinco: #UNEMPLOYEDWINNER" He goes on to say, "No Football and no Two and a Half Men... I thought this was America?? Be 4 long im going to be back to playing cards under candle light lol"

Some players weren't as lighthearted about the news. Cornerback Vontae Davis shared with the twitter-verse that the news of a lockout ruined his night out:

"Lockout really I'm out and I can't even grabb a drink messin me up"

But by far, the most controversial remarks came from Minnesota Vikings runningback Adriene Peterson. When asked of his thoughts about the lockout and the current state of the NFL, foxsports.com reports Peterson said:

“It’s modern-day slavery, you know? People kind of laugh at that, but there are people working at regular jobs who get treated the same way, too. With all the money. . . the owners are trying to get a different percentage, and bring in more money.”

Players filed an antitrust lawsuit against the NFL that would lift lockout sanctions and allow players to return to work until a new deal is worked out. The hearing is set for April 6, 2011.

What do you think of the NFL lockout?

When you're the first boxer in history to win 10 world titles in eight different weight divisions, you can pretty much do whatever you please, even if it means scheduling your next fight without choosing an opponent. Manny Pacquiao, a world-class fighter and a congressman in the Philippines, scheduled his next fight for May 7 to avoid conflicts with his congressional schedule, but still hasn't selected his opponent.

“The situation is now that the date has been confirmed, it's May 7," Pacquiao's advisor Michael Koncz told the Associated Press on Friday. "More likely than not, the venue would be Las Vegas. But with regards to the actual opponent, all three of the guys named before are still live opponents.”

Those three guys are Shane Mosley, Andre Berto and Juan Manual Marquez. Marquez would be the best match for Pacman because he poses the biggest threat — the first of their two bouts ended in a draw and the second went to Pacquiao by one point. Scheduling the fight the weekend after Cinco de Mayo is just one more reason for the Mexican star to accept the deal. But Promoter Bob Arum told ESPN that probably isn't going to happen.

"The problem with Marquez is the number he wants is so damn high and he hasn't moved off it, and that's preventing the Marquez fight," Arum said. "We know what he got when he fought [Floyd] Mayweather and we feel that asking for double what he got for the Mayweather fight after he lost to Mayweather is a little bit much. Maybe he doesn't feel that way."

Although "Sugar" Shane Mosley is the most well-known of the potential challengers, his best days seem to be behind him after a lackluster loss to Floyd Mayweather in May and a draw against Sergio Mora in September. Andre Berto is the least-known of the trio, but asked for the least amount of money.

Whoever ends up in the ring May 7 better be prepared. If Pacquiao's defeat of Antonio Margarito is any indication, it's going to be a long night.

Who do you think Pacquiao should fight May 7? Tell us below or @MTV3.

ESPN's Summer X Games 16 weekend long event was nothing short of amazing! The action-sporting event took place July 29 - August 1, 2010 in Los Angeles California and featured competitions in Moto X, BMX, skateboarding and rallying. What made this year's X Games more exciting? 3 gold medals were bought home by Latinos!

Leticia Bufoni

We gave you a few names to look out for, one of which was female skater Leticia Bufoni. The 17-year-old Brazilian skater showed off her “girl-power” pulling trick after trick — successfully using the guard rails — in the woman's skateboard park event.

Bufoni took home her first X-games silver medal, putting together a run consisting of a kick flip, lipslide, rock to fakie off the coffee cup, and a front side 180 off the steps. Translation: Sick!

Although Bufoni lost to Alexis Sablone, she still gave props to her competition:

“The competition this year was great, better than last year. I feel like all of the girls stepped up and took it to the next level.”

In the men's Skateboard Park competition, youngster Pedro Barros won the Gold. The 15-year-old rookie phenom beat 37-year-old veteran Andy MacDonald in a battle of experience versus youth.

“We're young, so we have more energy and get more hyped up,” Barros said after the competition.

“Hyped up” was an understatement. Barros was explosive! Using a combination of stunning 540 airs combined with huge transfers and grinding slides, he tore up the elaborate course at the L.A. Live Complex in downtown L.A.

The suspense around Lebron James' free agency plans ends tonight. James will announce which team he will sign with, making one city the happiest place on the planet while giving the rest of the world heart attacks. We're wondering if Diddy's Twitter rumors have already answered our question:

“Breaking news!!! Lebron signs with the Knicks!! I just saw him leaving the Knicks owners house!!! He lives next door to me! Let's go NYC“

"Im only jokin!!! I always wanted to start a twitter rumor!! He's goin to miami! My second home! Lol"

LeBron James

The NBA's two time reigning MVP will reveal his destination within the first 10 minutes on “The Decision,” set to air on ESPN at 9 PM/ET. The hour-long special, hosted by sportscaster Jim Grey, will take place at The Boys & Girls Club of Greenwich, Connecticut, and will include a Q&A session as well as interviews with James via satellite.

The televised event not only has fans intrigued, but also his potential teammates. “I'll be watching,” Dwayne Wade said, “We've scheduled it. I'll make sure I'm in front of the TV tomorrow at 9 to watch like everyone else.”

LeBron started a Twitter account and less than 48 hours later he has close to 300,000 followers, possibly hoping to get some sort of hint about his decision. James tweeted, “Hello World, the Real King James is in the Building “Finally.”

But the million dollar question is, what building will LeBron James play in next season? We've narrowed it down to 4 teams!

Top Choice: The Miami Heat
Diddy's endorsement aside, we're pretty confident with our top pick. With Dwyane Wade deciding to resign and Chris Bosh on board to join him, adding LeBron would be nothing short of an instant championship. How is it possible that the Heat can afford to pay the top three free agents available, you ask? The Miami organization can thank Bosh and Wade for willingly accepting a pay cut to free up some money and assure James can be signed.

“We'll see what the best thing is for us to win.” Wade told AP. “I'm going to make money, no matter what happens. I've been blessed. I'm not counting every dollar and every cent. Let's sit down, let's see what the best thing is for us, for the long haul.”

In our opinion, the downside of James signing with the Heat is that if and when they win a championship, James will be remembered as helping Wade achieve that goal. Is that the legacy he's willing to accept?

ESPN's Bob Griese has been suspended for a week and ordered to make a public apology after making racist remarks about Colombian NASCAR driver Juan Pablo Montoya. While commentating during Saturday's Ohio State-Minnesota football game, a promotion for NASCAR pictured the top five drivers, yet Montoya wasn't included. When fellow broadcaster Chris Spielman asked why Montoya wasn't pictured, Griese responded "(He's) out having a taco." Griese later apologized during the broadcast calling the comment "inappropriate."

When Montoya was asked to respond to Griese's remark, he issued this statement:

"I don't even know who (Griese) is. Somebody mentioned it to me. I don't really care, to tell you the truth. I could say I spent the last three hours eating tacos, but I was actually driving the car." [Latina]

ESPN is losing broadcasters left and right. Griese's comment occurred just one day after the network fired Steve Phillips for having an affair with a 22 year-old production assistant.

Do you think a suspension is enough, or should Bob Griese get the axe too? Weigh in below!

Ever think your textbooks in la escuela aren’t covering our full historia? We are continuing to celebrate Hispanic Heritage month by flippin’ the script and spotlighting Latinos who are worthy of a history lesson of their own.

This week is dedicated to las mujeres...

Lesson #1: Why should you know Cuban-American professional basketball player/reporter Rebecca Lobo?

Answer: This 34-year-old all-star was one of the first Latinas to take the basketball court professionally when she was drafted to the WNBA in their inaugural year, 1997. As one of the WNBA's original players after leading the University of Connecticut to an NCAA Championship in 1995, Rebecca Lobo was assigned to the New York Liberty in January 1997 - but not before winning the gold medal in the 1996 Summer Olympics for women’s basketball as part of the dream team.

Lesson #2: What makes her an amazing athlete?

Answer:
During the her WNBA career she played five seasons, winning All-WNBA second-team honors in 1997, before closing out her career in Houston and Connecticut. Off the court, Lobo is active in supporting breast cancer research and awareness as well as the Pediatric AIDS Foundation, the Children's Miracle Network and the Hispanic Scholarship Fund.

Lesson #3: Favorite quote regarding being a female in a male-dominated industry:

There's nothing masculine about being competitive. There's nothing masculine about trying to be the best at everything you do, nor is there anything wrong with it. I don't know why a female athlete has to defend her femininity just because she chooses to play sports.

Lesson #4: Where can you see her in action now?

Answer: Although an injury to her knee tried to shatter her career, she quickly made a new one as a sports commentator. You can still catch her on the court as a reporter for ESPN with a focus on women's college basketball and WNBA games.

We are unleashing our pride with other must-read profiles throughout the month. Be sure to dump your notebooks because these lessons only require corazón!
