Truth be told, we have a few mixed feelings about Maxim’s new "Hot 100 List." On the one hand, they've sprinkled in several of the sexiest Latinas in entertainment. Though to our surprise, none of them cracked the Top 10! Don't get us wrong, we definitely think they made some good choices. But couldn't these ladies be bumped up a little higher in the rankings?

Israeli model Bar Refaeli topped this year's list, followed by actresses Olivia Munn and Mila Kunis.

The top Tr3s fave is TV star Victoria Justice, who nabbed slot #19 on the list. At 19-years-old, she seems to be right in the prime Maxim age demo. But (as for now), Victoria has kept a squeaky clean image and is spearheading one of the most popular shows on Nickelodeon.

Interestingly, another tween queen was the next highest "Hot" Latina. Selena Gomez placed a respectable #24. Though still a role model for the younger crowd, Gomez has been flaunting her grown-up side lately and even spoofed the erotic novel Fifty Shades of Grey.

Glee’s Naya Rivera was the next highest Latina, coming in at #27. At 25-years-old, she's in her Maxim prime and already built quite a fanbase with her sexy FHM spread. Eva Mendes proved that you can still be very "Hot" in your late 30's, earning a coveted #29 slot on the list.

Jessica Alba ranked #33, which was actually a bit of a drop from her standings last year. In 2011, she hit #21. Perhaps her new mommy role discouraged the die-hard Maxim fans, but then again aren't "MILFs" still all the rage?

One of our faves, Sarah Shahi, placed #36, just in time to build buzz for her new season of Fairly Legal. Jennifer Lopez took #37, which we found surprising considering all of those sexy videos she's been appearing in.

Maxim went on to include Zoe Saldana and Adriana Lima in their Top 50. Beyond that come the real shockers. Gorgeous Latinas like Jordana Brewster, Shakira and Dania Ramirez ranked way on the bottom of the list. Believe it or not, People’s "Most Beautiful" TV actress Sofia Vergara didn’t show up until slot #71!

And don't get us started on the Tr3s faves who were exed out entirely. To our amazement, Penelope Cruz, Salma Hayek and Eva Longoria got zero Maxim love. Perhaps it's time for the famous men's mag to rethink their voting process.

As expected, American Reunion went on to earn millions at the box office this weekend. And one character that probably surprised audiences was band camper Dania Ramirez. Adding a bit of Latin flair to the cast, the Dominican-born actress proved herself to be quite the comedienne. And she recently gave us the lowdown on her role.

"The funnest part about making American Reunion was the whole 'anything goes' attitude" she told us. "We held nothing back for this sequel."

And Ramirez wasn’t afraid to embrace her "nerdy" side for the role. In the movie she plays Selena, a former heavyset band girl who blossoms into a gorgeous romantic lead. And though it may be hard to believe, Dania confessed that she was also somewhat of a late bloomer in high school.

"In high school, you’re really getting to know yourself," she said. "I went through some awkward stages, so there were things about Selena I could definitely relate to."

For many, coming in for the fourth film in a beloved series could be seen as a challenge. Not Ramirez. As the most prominent new character of the bunch, she fit in seamlessly.

"For some reason, I'm always the new girl in a franchise," she said. "I came in for part three of X-Men, I did season two of Heroes and I was there for The Sopranos' last season, so I'm kind of used to being the new kid."

Indeed, Dania explained how she used to feel like the "new kid" in the states, having moved to the U.S. at age 10. But in the entertainment world, her fresh face has served her well. Not only did Ramirez nab a role in Reunion, she'll be seen in this summer's Premium Rush and the Marc Cherry pilot Devious Maids.

"Devious Maids is incredible," she told us. "We've had so much positive feedback on the pilot. And Premium Rush is going to be a great action film. I’m playing this badass New Yorker bike rider alongside Joseph Gordon-Levitt!"

Beyond that, she is also producing her own project called Runaway Love with her fiancée Bev Land. We couldn't be more excited for Dania's success and even got her to dish out a little advice for young Latinos looking to break into the acting game.

"I would tell anyone trying to break into the business not to give up," she said. "People may shut the door in your face 10,000 times, but keep trying and you will find that one person who opens it."

Now here's a show we're genuinely excited about. Not only is Devious Maids being written by Desperate Housewives creator Marc Cherry, it's got Roselyn Sanchez, Judy Reyes, Dania Ramirez, and Ana Ortiz in the cast!

Keep in mind, at this stage in the game Maids is only a pilot. But with that much talent behind it, we're pretty certain it will get picked up for the ABC schedule in the fall.

The Maids plot centers around four Beverly Hills housekeepers and their ambitions for a better life. Of course with Cherry at the helm, you can bet there will be backstabbing, infidelities, and scandals running rampant in the neighborhood.

But hey, that's what good TV is all about right? Housewives built eight solid seasons on that kind of drama and hopefully (with a killer cast like this) Devious Maids will do the same.

Clearly Dania Ramirez didn’t want to steal any thunder away from the high-profile stars who popped the question last month. But it turns out that the former Heroes star is now engaged too and quietly mentioned the good news in a recent interview with InStyle.

"This is probably the first time I’m even discussing it," Ramirez told the magazine. "We just decided to spend the rest of our lives together. It wasn’t anything extravagant."

The lucky guy happens to be Bev Land, Dania's longtime sweetheart and an accomplished writer/director. He clearly knew how to sweep the 32-year-old off her feet, popping the question with a ring made of rose gold and white diamond.

No wedding date has been announced yet, but we get the feeling Ramirez will be keeping her nuptials low pro. And if you ask us, in a world full of televised engagements and marriage press releases, that's rather refreshing.

Sofía Vergara definitely knows a thing or two about effortless beauty. The "Modern Family" actress has been named the new face of CoverGirl and will begin appearing on campaign ads in January 2012. The Colombian beauty joins the prestigious list of Latina CoverGirl's including former Miss Universe Amelia Vega, Dania Ramirez, and model Elsa Benitez.

Speaking about her new gig, Sofía recently told People en Español:

"Imagine, I am super thrilled. Since I can remember I have always wanted to be a CoverGirl. Since I was a little girl I have always loved playing with make-up, so I think this campaign is just perfect for me."

We think she was born for the role! Congrats!

What a difference three weeks makes. At the end of January, we reported that Dominican actress Dania Ramirez was days away from signing on to the new Charlie’s Angels TV series. Now it looks like her part has been handed off to Aussie actress Rachael Taylor. But that doesn't mean there won’t be any Latinos on the show. According to Access Hollywood, Puerto Rican actor Ramon Rodriguez has been cast as the Angels’ main man, Bosley.

Fresh off his role in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen and in the upcoming flick Battle: Los Angeles, Ramon has proven himself to be very capable in the action genre. We imagine he'll be packing heat in Angels, too.

In addition to Rachael Taylor, Charlie’s other femme fatales will include Minka Kelly from Friday Night Lights and General Hospital regular Annie Ilonzeh. The voice of the mysterious Charlie will be portrayed by veteran actor Robert Wagner, who we all remember as Number 2 from the the Austin Powers trilogy.

Produced by Drew Barrymore and written by I Am Number Four scribes Al Gough and Miles Millar, Charlie’s Angels has some major backing behind it. But will it make the 2011 primetime schedule? Right now it is still technically a pilot, which executives have the option of passing on if they are not impressed. But with talent like this, we can't imagine that would happen.

Even though the fall TV season is roughly eight months away, casting agents are frantically lining up the small screen’s next batch of hot young stars. One series that seems to be generating quite a bit of buzz is the reboot of the 1970s classic Charlie’s Angels. So far, two of the lady leads have been confirmed and Dominican actress Dania Ramirez may be in the running to fill the third slot.

Known for her roles in Entourage, The Sopranos and Heroes (for which she was nominated for an ALMA Award), Dania’s been known to be both tender and tough onscreen, traits that should come in handy when she signs on to Charlie’s team.

According to TV Squad, a makeup artist on the Angels set leaked Dania casting rumors late last week. Since then, two of the leads have been confirmed — General Hospital star Annie Ilonzeh and Friday Night Lights headliner Minka Kelly. That still leaves an opening for Angel No. 3.

Though Transformers actress Rachael Taylor has also been rumored to be the third Angel, we’re holding out hope for Dania. We think she'll make a spectacular Marisa Valdez.

Dania Ramirez is in good company. Not only does she get to hang out with the boys of HBO's "Entourage" during the series' final season, but the Dominican beauty also graces the August issue of Maxim magazine. Cover Girl? Recurring role on an A-list celebrity studded smash? We have to say, Dania is WINNING!

When the mag finally caught up with the busy starlet, Ramirez weighed in on her Maxim shoot, the bevy of beauties on Entourage this season, and of course, the party life!

On her shoot for Maxim:

"I’m psyched! I loved being photographed in the sand. I’m Dominican, so I’m a beach girl."

The latest addition to the "Entourage" cast, the lovely Dania Ramirez, is now the sexy new love interest for Turtle, played by A.J. Ferrara. It wouldn't be an HBO series if there wasn't some kind of chisme in the mix: Jamie-Lynn Sigler, who played Turtle's former girlfriend, had an actual off-screen relationship with Ferrara that came to a halt at the end of last year.

It looks like A.J. is ready to date again; he was recently spotted with Dania at West Hollywood hotspot Madeo! Was Ferrara just getting to know his new co-star, or are sparks flying off camera?

When asked if she was dating Ferrara, Ramirez responded "Well, I’d rather just talk about the character than who I’m dating or not dating.” That's not exactly a denial!

Maybe A.J. is into dating his Latina co-stars. We can't blame him! Fans will have to watch and see if their onscreen romance is more than just good acting...

Season 7 of "Entourage" is set to air June 27 on HBO. Executive producer Mark Wahlberg confirmed that after the seventh season, six more episodes will air in 2011 concluding the series, which will then be followed by a film adaptation!

The People's Choice Awards went down at Los Angeles' Nokia theater Wednesday and it was an evening full of fun fashion!

First up! Dania Ramirez looked fierce in fuschia.

Sofia Vergara stole the show in a strapless gray gown and gold beaded necklace.

Jessica Alba shined in a metallic mini with capped sleeves.

Disney's Demi Lovato looked demure in blue ruffles.

Taylor Swift looked picture perfect in a white strapless mini and took home the award for Favorite Female Artist.

And we can't forget about the biggest winner of the night: TWILIGHT! The vamps swept the award show, claiming four trophies in total, including favorite movie, favorite on-screen team (an award given out to the entire cast) and favorite franchise. Taylor Lautner was awarded Favorite Breakout Actor as the series' sexy werewolf, Jacob Black.

Other major winners included Lady Gaga who won Favorite Breakout Music Artist and Favorite Pop Artist.  Johnny Depp won Favorite Movie Actor, while Miley Cyrus won Breakout Movie Actress. (People)
