Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi always seems to make for an engaging interview. And this week on Conan O'Brien's show, she shared some very interesting beauty secrets. According to The Snooks, she rubs kitty litter on her face to help preserve her skin.

There's no denying that the slimmed-down Snooki looked pretty good when she stepped on Conan's stage. So much so, that O'Brien began inquiring about her flawless skin. That's when she delivered the line that got the entire crowd roaring.

"[Kitty litter's] got exfoliates, they've got rocks in there...it makes your skin really smooth," she confessed to the talk show host. "I haven't broken out yet!"

Conan quickly threw a wisecrack back, but it was clear that Snooki was being serious. In fact, she even encouraged her fans to invest in "litter" bags as a way to keep that Jersey glow.

But, of course, the appearance wasn't all about feline talk. Ever the businesswoman, Snooks made sure to plug her new book and her latest iPad app.

We all know what happened. First Jay Leno said he was leaving for prime time, but it turned out he was less funny than Law and Order or Chuck so he went back to The Tonight Show and Conan O' Brien had no other choice but to go away….with 32 million dollars in severance payment.

Apparently the money was not enough to appease this extremely impatient man and so he launched himself into a frenzy of creativity, launched a comedy tour, and as a result we ended up with that crusade of irreverence that is The Legally Prohibited from Being Funny on Television Tour.

Then, of course, it had to be filmed so the future generations could appreciate the creative Irish genius in full display, and that's how we ended up with this hilarious piece of movie-making that is at times real documentary, at times a making of the tour and at times seems like Conan’s therapist's tapes.

O'Brien himself recognizes in the film that he worked with a kind of frenzy that had nothing to do with fear for the future (he had just collected the 32 million so he wasn't that worried) but with a necessity to prove himself on stage in front of people. Not to mention the fact that, as you can see in the movie, they didn't had the whole thing ready when they announced in Conan's Twitter account that they were going on tour.

The film gives us a rare look at the pandemonium of creative writing and is a tribute to the Conan O'Brien show's staff and his personal leading style. Conan is a hyperactive, tireless whirlwind of ideas that is always pocking fun at his writers (men and women of infinite patience…) and especially to his assistant Sona who appears to be the completely impervious to any joke. She probably acquired that level of resistance through the years with him.

But beyond all the "behind the scenes" usual treats, the movie exposes very well the kind of humor Conan likes to do, even more than in television. Certainly there is lot of the Conan shows in the tour, usually with
the names changed do to copyright issues, but we have The Texas Ranger Lever, renamed "The Chuck Norris Rural Policeman Handle" or The Masturbating Bear, in his new version as "The Self Pleasing Panda", but Conan really goes overboard with new things like his performance of "I Will Survive."

As expected, basically the entire cast of Conan's show went with him on tour, so Andy is there most of the time (he declined going to the finals of Celebrity Jeopardy to do the tour) and also Max Weinberg's Band
with their new name: The Legally Prohibited Band. A family business, as they say.

We now know that after the tour Conan opened his new Conan O'Brien Show on TBS and things have gone uphill for him since then, but this is a rare moment of vulnerability in his life in which despite the 32
million dollars (yeah, I know!) he was actually worried about his career. I don't think he'll ever be worried again after all this.

It's that time of the year again. The time when students across the country don those caps and gowns and prepare for their "next big journey." But before the 2011 grads step out into the real world, they'll get one last bit of wisdom from their university's commencement speaker. And this year, several colleges are booking some A-list talent to step up to the podium.

As expected, most of the top schools get their speeches from world dignitaries and trusted scholars. But one huge political leader is taking an entirely different route. President Barack Obama gave his commencement speeches to graduating students at Miami-Dade College and Tennessee's Booker T. Washington High School. Centered in one of the poorest districts in the country, the latter campus won the honor to hear Obama after participating in a Race to the Top competition.

Ex-Commander-In-Chief Bill Clinton spoke to a slightly larger crowd for his NYU address. Talking to a packed house at New York's Yankee Stadium, the former President drew massive cheers when he stepped onto the field in his purple gown.

Adding some Latin flair to the commencement world, Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor made an impassioned speech at New Jersey's Ramapo College. Dressed in a black gown, the 56-year-old trailblazer spoke for nearly 20 minutes about the importance of following your dreams.

"I have lived all my dreams and, more incredibly, have far surpassed them," she said. "Dreams do not come true simply because of luck or innate talent. They only come true if you work hard to make them come true."

Interestingly, Sotomayor had some personal reasons for speaking at Ramapo. Her godson, Tommy Butler Jr., was part of the graduating class, having earned his master's degree in nursing.

Another Latino leader, Mexican President Felipe Calderon, is set to say some very inspirational words to the parting students at Stanford University. A graduate from Harvard, Calderon's speech is expected to draw a flurry of activity. So much so, that the faculty is planning to stream it live.

But don't think it's just the political elite that are getting the Class of 2011 worked up. Several celebs are offering their unique perspectives to the new graduates as well. Comedienne Amy Poehler will be speaking at Harvard on Wednesday and earlier in the week, Tom Hanks drew big cheers for his address at Yale.

And all of you Team Coco fans may want to check YouTube for bootlegs on June 12. That’s the day when comedian Conan O’Brien takes the mic at the Dartmouth graduation and we’re sure it will be very quotable.

Considering that the Oscars and Golden Globes are just a few months away, we thought it would be fun to hand out our own Blogamole honors for the craziest chisme of 2010. This year brought us break-ups, babies, drug busts and plenty more omg moments that deserve one more moment in the spotlight. So (drum roll please) here is our Top 10 Chisme Countdown.

#10 – Natalie Portman’s Pregnancy: A late addition to the year’s round-up, but still pretty shocking. Who knew Natalie was even dating the ballet instructor from her critically-acclaimed film, Black Swan? Now she’s engaged to choreographer Benjamin Millepied and ready to don maternity wear for her next batch of red carpet appearances.

#9 – Sandra Bullock’s Split From Jesse James: Back in March, Sandra Bullock unexpectedly became a major gossip target when hubby (and Monster Garage host) Jesse James got busted for cheating on her with an inked-up stripper. Thankfully Sandy persevered and shocked the world again when she adopted a baby the following month.

#8 – Conan O’Brien’s Tonight Show Drama: Who can forget this one? Conan O’Brien inherited the Tonight Show from Jay Leno, only to be ousted by his predecessor in late January. After tons of negative backlash (and the rise of Team Coco), O’Brien finally found a home on the TBS network, partnering up with our favorite late night Latino.

#7 – Christina Aguilera’s Divorce: Though we hadn’t seen a lot of Christina and her hubby, Jordan, in 2010, the news of their split still came as a shock. In September, the singer officially joined the “single ladies” club, though not for long. She was spotted with a new guy the following November.

#6 – Bruno Mars’ Drug Bust: 2010 was a memorable year for crooner Bruno. Not only did he see major success with his single “Just The Way You Are” and his Doo-Wops & Hooligans album, he also got a taste of mug shot infamy when he got caught with cocaine back in September.

#5 – George Lopez’s Divorce: Yes, we praised G. Lo in our Conan blurb for his professional success this year, but his personal life is a very different story. He scored big chisme points in September for splitting with his wife of 17 years, Ann, especially when you consider that she gave him a kidney!

#4 – The-Dream's Cheating Photos: It’s one thing to hear rumors about a unfaithful spouse, but when the cheating pix hit the web, there’s no turning back. That was what happened to actress/singer Christina Milian back in July when her hubby, The-Dream, got caught red-handed with his assistant. Hopefully that hefty divorce settlement helped lift Christina’s spirits.

#3 – Demi Lovato’s Rehab Stint: Where do we even begin with Demi? The drug rumors, the backup dancer beatdown and all of the other “emotional issues” that sent her into rehab definitely hurt this Disney star’s squeaky clean image. But Lovato’s still got a ton of talent and we’re hoping she can use it to overcome her many problems.

#2 – Tony Parker’s “Sexting”: Back in November, we received the mother of all bombshells when news broke that Tony Parker and Eva Longoria were splitting! Just weeks earlier, they were lovey dovey on the Ellen set and all year they had talked about starting a family. Unfortunately the San Antonio Spurs star’s dirty texts to an NBA wife unraveled one of our favorite celebrity couples.

#1 – Everything Going On With Aventura:
Bachata kings Aventura definitely deserve a prize for the most gossip of 2010. It seems like every other week we were reporting on break-ups, make-ups, Twitter wars and award show malfunctions. Thankfully (as of right now), the guys are still together and planning a new album for 2012.

What celebrity gossip stories did you find most shocking this year? Sound off in the comments or @MTV3.

After months of hype, the back-to-back team of George Lopez and Conan O’Brien made their big debut Monday night (November 8). And as promised, they delivered funny jokes, hot guests, and most importantly BIG ratings for the TBS Network!

Image : Wire Image

Kicking off at 11pm, Conan brought everyone’s favorite late night redhead back to the talk show stage after 10 months off the air. Since getting The Tonight Show from Jay Leno and losing The Tonight Show (back to Jay Leno), O’Brien’s grown a beard, become a Twitter god, and toured the country with a live stand up act.

And it looks like the break from the daily TV grind has served him well. Critics around the web agreed that the comedy on his debut show was fresh and much looser than what he had done on NBC (which aired The Tonight Show). Fans agreed too, as he was able to pull 3.3 million viewers from the targeted 18-49 year-old demographic.

George Lopez’ Lopez Tonight seemed to benefit as well. Even though his year-old show was bumped to midnight to make room for Conan, it pulled a record 1.4 million viewers in the 18-49 demo (we’re sure having Janet Jackson as a guest helped).

And how did good old Jay fare against the new late night cable titans? In the same demographic of 18-49, he only got 952,000 viewers. Sound like good news for all of you Team Coco fans out there. The O’Brien/Lopez combo is here to stay!

Pobrecito Jimmy Smits. It’s obvious that he does great on ensemble shows (like NYPD Blue) or as a guest star (like on Dexter), but every time he gets his own series, cancellation comes calling. Case in point, his new NBC drama, Outlaw, which officially got the axe this week.

Image: NBC

If you remember a few years back, Jimmy starred as a powerful Cuban businessman in the series Cane. It had tons of hype, a famous executive producer (Interscope Records head Jimmy Lovine), and a great cast, but somehow couldn’t survive past 13 episodes.

This year Jimmy was back in the game again, playing a powerful lawyer, receiving tons of hype, and getting another top-notch producer (Conan O’Brien) to back him up…Sound familiar? Unfortunately Outlaw only made it to 4 episodes, probably not even enough to merit a DVD release.

But not to worry. If there’s one thing we can say about Smits, it’s that he’s very resilient. Jimmy’s been acting steadily for over 25 years and always seems to land on his feet. Who knows, maybe this will free up his schedule enough to jump back in the movie world and get his own Star Wars spinoff!

Team Blogamole's open letter to Conan O'Brien:

Dear Conan,

You 'member how it felt when Jay Leno messed with your show? You 'member. And now you're doing the same thing to George Lopez, after he personally called you to join TBS' late-night lineup? That's shady, man.

Yes, we'll welcome back your chuckles-inducing orange visage when you return to us in November, but we don't approve of Lopez Tonight being bumped to midnight. Some of us have to work in the morning, bro!

We were getting real heated, until we read George's statement:

“I can’t think of anything better than doing my show with Conan as my lead-in,” Lopez said. “It’s the beginning of a new era in late-night comedy.”

And, well, at least you're humble, Conan. You didn't take yourself too seriously in your official response:

“In three months I’ve gone from network television to Twitter to performing live in theaters, and now I’m headed to basic cable. My plan is working perfectly.”

OK, fine! We guess it makes sense to put your shows back to back — you and Lopez do have a lot in common. You both grew up in a large family and your love of comedy began at an early age.

On top of that, you wrote for The Simpsons and are currently touring — those things make it hard not to love you.

Alright pues ;) We take it back. Team Blogamole is totally psyched about the new lineup and can't wait to see the show! Who needs sleep — that's what café is for, right?

Go, Coco!

XOXO,

Team Blogamole

Conan O’Brien will host his hour-long, yet-to-be-titled show Mondays through Thursdays at 11 p.m. (ET/PT) on TBS.

George Lopez's new late night show Lopez Tonight premieres esta noche on TBS.  Joining Lopez for the premiere episode are actress, friend, and fellow Chicana, Eva Longoria Parker, talk show host and "American Idol" judge, Ellen DeGeneres, NBA all-star, Kobe Bryant and Grammy Award-winning rock legend, Carlos Santana. That's some red-hot talento he's got lined up... WAH PAH! We're impressed!

This is the perfect time for George to join the late night race. With Conan O'Brien wavering in ratings, and David Letterman tangled up in that inter-office romance/blackmail lawsuit, we think it's about time for a Latino to take over and add some spice to late night!

Que creen?  Will you tune-in? [TBS]
