It's that time of year again...

Es verdad, Latinos are all the rage on MTV Tr3s. However, from September 15- October 16, everyone is trying for a piece of la acción Latina. We decided to shake things up a bit this Hispanic Heritage month and spotlight Latinos that are changing the world, and the non-Latinos they've inspired.

You've seen Anglos trying to get a piece of the Latin sabor. Remember when Beyoncé was featured on the cover of People En Español, and when she sang "Beautiful Liar" with Shaki? What about Kim Kardashian? She may have the J. Lo booty down, and her hermano might be dating a Latina, but she's still a Wanna Be. And just because Aubrey O'day sports a Spanish language tattoo doesn't give her a pass either!

We all know someone who wants Latino cred. MTV Tr3s spotlights those wanna bes in pop culture today in the special "Top Tr3ce Wanna Be Latinos." Watch as real Latinos Carlos Mencia, Lin-Manuel Miranda, George Lopez, Ingrid Hoffman, Anjelah Johnson, Vida Guerra, and Adrienne Bailon (Cheetah Girls) help viewers score the “Latino-ness” of the wanna bes!

Catch "Top Tr3ce Wanna Be Latinos" when it airs tonight on MTV Tr3s @ 10pm.

Any other "wanna bes" we missed? Díganos!

Your mama always said 'don't judge a book by its cover,' but Beyonce's latest L'Oréal Paris ad is an exception to the rule! The "Flaws and All" songstress appears to be rocking lighter strands and blanquita fair skin for the Feria hair color campaign.

Even though the transformation resembles a Michael Jackson album cover, the leading cosmetic company released a statement declaring:

We highly value our relationship with Ms. Knowles. It is categorically untrue that L'Oreal Paris altered Ms. Knowles' features or skin tone in the campaign for Feria hair color.

Even a colorblind viejo could notice a difference! Si o no? [Daily News Los Angeles]

David Bisbal has not forgotten where he came from. El cantante returned to the Operacion Triunfo (the original American Idol) stage which kicked off his career. Joining him was a special guest -- he and Rihanna performed "Hate That I Love You" together.

If Rihanna is trying to break into our market a la Beyoncé, she better learn how to loosen up her caderas. Her personal style may be on point, but her dance style leaves a little to be desired.

Not hot on performances en vivo? You can catch the Bisbal version of Rih Rih's "Hate That I Love You" right here. You know we've always got the hookup!
