She may only be 22-years-old, but Belinda has already built herself quite an empire. The Latin pop diva regularly employs assistants, publicists, and studio musicians, many of whom are now filing lawsuits about unpaid invoices.

Amazingly, 16 ex-Belinda employees have filed claims against the star over money disputes. And, according to People en Español, that may be just the tip of the iceberg. They predict that even more hired hands will be taking grievances to their local attorney's office.

But interestingly, it's not just Beli the staffers are after. It is believed the real gripes are with her parents, who were managing Belinda's bank accounts during her very lucrative teen years.

So far, no one from Beli's family has spoken out against the charges. But it looks like they'll have to pipe up soon. If this doesn't get resolved quickly, mom, dad, and daughter may find themselves in court!

It's hard to believe that at 22-years-old, Belinda has been caught up with so much plastic surgery chisme. Though the pop diva constantly denies the nips and tucks, her "Before and After" pictures tell a very different story. And now, TV y Novelas is reporting that Beli has gone under the knife again, this time for her abdomen.

The latest story claims that Belinda traveled to Colombia to get a surgical six-pack. During the complicated procedure, doctors reportedly cut into her stomach to make it appear flat and chiseled.

It all sounds pretty bizarre to us, but Beli's camp has yet to deny the story. In fact, many are wondering if a cryptic tweet she wrote earlier in the month could be related to the flat tummy rumors.

"Debes de amar la música más que a la comida, más que a la vida, más que a ti mismo," she posted.

Obviously being in the public eye 24/7 can get you pretty caught up with body image stuff. We're hoping the latest report is just a rumor and Belinda's not taking too many unnecessary trips to the doc. Because if this stuff continues, just imagine how she'll look in 20 years!

Belinda may be famous for making controversial headlines, but now her former flame Giovani Dos Santos is doing all of the work for her. The soccer player's computer was hacked and (surprise, surprise!) a nude photograph of the 22-year-old was retrieved. Gio is shown posing in a bathroom naked while snapping a shot with his phone. Classy.

A source declared:

"Gio loves taking nude pictures of himself because of his vanity. It makes him feel good about himself, but now he discovered that it can be used for other things."

Belinda will start airing her daily laundry in front of the camera today via a new reality show on Cosmopolitan TV. The sexy singer will open her doors, and her life, to television cameras in order to show her audience the excitement of her day-to-day.

She wants to publicly portray how she manages her time juggling video shoots, interviews, and public appearances, as well as trips to the salon and hanging with friends and family.

Belinda hopes to show both the good and the bad of her daily happenings, from relationship woes to writing songs. All in all, she is satisfied with life, enjoying the ups and downs and taking it all as it comes. She is amazed how different people have different impressions of her, and hopes this show will give others a more complete glimpse of who she is.

"Es increíble cómo cada persona tiene una idea distinta de cómo soy, y la realidad es que pocos me conocen. Estoy feliz, compongo canciones y vivo amor y desamor, como cualquier persona de mi edad, por eso soy compositora, porque la vida no es perfecta."

Could there be some catfights brewing in the Latin pop world? Apparently Mexican singer Eiza Gonzalez is hooking up with soccer stud Pepe Diaz, who famously dated Belinda back in the late 2000's. But Gonzalez has assured the media that there is no bad blood between her and Beli.

"Eso es lo más gracioso," Eiza said at a recent In Style event. "La verdad no tengo el gusto de platicar con [Belinda], nunca en mi vida he conversado más de cinco minutos con ella y la respeto mucho, pero no tiene nada que ver, yo la respeto muchísimo y ella nos respeta a nosotros."

Gonzalez first went public with her love for Pepe on the Twitterverse. Interestingly, she admitted that they have been hooking up since June, which contradicts her mid-summer statements about having a rather "sad" love life.

Belinda, not surprisingly, has stayed quiet about the issue on her Twitter account. She seems to be much more busy promoting her Sobre Mi Vida reality special on Cosmopolitan TV.

First The Dark Tower, now this! It seems like the big screen Belinda movie that her rumored beau Billy Rovzar was hyping will not come to pass. Per his Twitter account, Rovzar has confirmed that the Beli peli is a no-go.

"Les informo q desafortunadamente esta pelicula ya no se hara con @belindapop," Billy posted.

Not coincidentally, rumors are also flying that the alleged romance between Beli and Rovzar is now kaput too. Did Billy try a bit too hard to mix business and pleasure? We all know that on set flings can lead to trouble, so we wouldn't be surprised if that was the case.

Belinda has actually spoken out on the issue too, assuring her fans that she still plans on gracing the silver screen. Right now, she's currently in the studio with some high-profile collaborators. But once that wraps up, Beli said she's ready to jump right into the movie world.

"gracias por el apoyo!!! la peli sigue en pie, la haremos con otra casa productora despues del disco y la gira!!! Los amo!!!!" she tweeted.

If you ask us, it's about time Belinda added a new film to her resume. The last "movie" that featured the Mexican pop princess was 2006's The Cheetah Girls 2 and we all know she's capable of A LOT more than that. Thankfully we won’t have to wait too much longer to see Beli on the big screen. Producer Billy Rovzar announced that she is set to star in a new "secret" film project.

Of course, it's not a coincidence that Rovzar is rumored to be Beli's new steady. On Twitter over the weekend, the Mexican movie mogul dropped some hints to about her upcoming peli, which is being described as a "remake."

"Estamos en negociaciones para los derechos de la película con Belinda," Billy posted.

But what could the "remake" be? That seems to be the big question on every Beli fan's mind. We actually think it's pretty shrewd of Rovzar to keep the whole thing a secret. Though it may seem frustrating, it's definitely helping to build a lot of buzz.

The only other tidbits we've heard thus far is that Belinda will have a major presence on the film's soundtrack. That's got to make you wonder if perhaps a big-budget musical may be in the works. If that's the case, let's hope they don't choose to redo any Razzies.

Anyone logging on to Belinda's web page got a treat this past week. It seems the Mexican pop princess dropped quite a few tidbits about her latest record. Fans got a glimpse of Beli in the studio and a list of some very interesting collaborators who are helping her out with the project.

One musical name that is sure to get Belinda fans excited is Maffio. A major powerhouse in the Latin recording world, he's worked with Pitbull and remixed hits for the Black Eyed Peas. He's also got a major presence on Twitter and used the site post a very cute studio twitpic with Beli.

Belinda also mentioned Young Hollywood and David Alvarado in her site's album newsfeed. Both of them seem to be offering a lot of creative input on the new record, which makes us think that she may be headed towards more of an urban/hip-hop direction.

As we all know, Beli's last record, Carpe Diem, was considered quite the smash. It reached #3 in the Latin Pop Billboard charts and spawned the hit theme song for Niñas Mal. Whatever genre she decides to get into next, we're sure it will be very appealing!

Anyone who has a Twitter account knows how tough it is to get the handle you really want. With millions of users across the world, scoring a really cool, original name is nearly impossible. Just ask Belinda, who has been forced to use @belindapop. Interestingly, the Mexican songstress' fans have taken the matter into their own hands, bombarding Twitter user @belinda with angry posts to give up her moniker.

The other @belinda happens to be a Stanford University student, who seems well aware of her famous namesake. But she has not been willing to let go of her handle, despite hundreds of online protests.

Speaking to the twitterverse, @belinda the student said,

"BY THE WAY...my name is belinda. that is why i have this account name. no creo esta cuenta para "robar" de @belindapop.”

"@belindapop Please stop. Talk to any lawyer, who will tell you that what you are encouraging your fans to do is harassment and illegal."

But did the Belinda we know and love really encourage her fans to spread online hate? She did seem to pose the question to her 580,000 followers, but by the looks of things, they then took the matter into their own hands.

"Pero que piensan que es mejor belinda o belindapop?? Me acostumbre al pop jiji pero que piensan? Lo cambiamos?" Belinda originally wrote.

Once the fan tweets became mean-spirited, Belinda (aka @belindapop) did her best to cool the situation, apologizing to @belinda the student. In an extended tweet, she wrote,

"Dear Belinda, I would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused to you by some of my beloved fans, no one has ever tried to haras you or restrict the use of your own name. I only expressed in my community of fans my legitimate wish of using my birth name, nothing else…Enjoy your web navigation and your legitimate use of your name, Belinda that is also my name."

We all know cameras and paparazzi follow Belinda everywhere she goes (especially with the theater drama last week), but now Belinda is taking control with her own reality television show. Fans will get to see all facets of the pop star's life, including her love life. We wonder if the flames are still on between Belinda and her fútbol-playing ex, Giovani Dos Santos!

In a recent interview with Notimex, the show's producer, Daniela González, explained:

"The show is coming along great. We had very intense days since we are recording with her day and night."

The highly-anticipated show will include 13 episodes and air on Cosmopolitan Televisión soon. Belinda definitely has all of the ingredients to become a reality tv star.
