Who doesn't love Anahí's unique sense of style? Well now you can adopt it too, with some pointers straight from the former RBD star herself. And it's all happening courtesy of Aviesta.com.
The Mexican fashion site actually has a pretty unique idea on its hands. By taking a personalized quiz, "Anahí" and her team of stylists can match ladies with their perfect shoe, boot, or pump.
"Ladies, get treated like a superstar!" Anahí excitedly says on the homepage. "Now at Aviesta, my team of stylists and I will bring you the hottest shoe styles every month!"
And that's only the beginning. According to People en Español, Anahí will be making some surprise appearances at Aviesta stores in L.A. later this month. Who knows? Maybe if this really takes off, she could start advising plastic surgery patients on how to achieve that "perfect nose."

We're seriously hoping Anahí doesn't enter Michael Jackson territory any time soon. The Mexican pop diva is set to undergo yet another nose job after a recent unforeseen injury.
Apparently Anahí was playing with her baby niece Ana Pau when her nariz got knocked out of whack. Though she didn't think anything of it at the time, the continuous pain led her to the doctor's office and eventually the operating table.
"El lunes jugando con Ana Pau me pegó sin querer con la cabeza. En el mismo lugar!!!," she tweeted. "Me empezó a doler más y más. Hoy fui al doctor. Sacamos una radiografía y el hueso hizo una jiba o algo así, es como un callo y tiene un pico. Total me van a volver a operar."
Interestingly, Anahí used a similar excuse the last time she went under the knife. There was no denying the drastic change that happened after that procedure. Let's hope this time out they hold back on delivering too drastic of a nip/tuck.

At 28 years old, Anahí still has a very long future ahead of her. But that hasn't stopped the pop star from opening up about her dreams of marriage and motherhood. In a recent interview, she expressed her desire to have a husband and three kids.
"Me gustaría casarme y tener hijitos. Tres hijos," she told TVyNovelas.com.
But it seems that's only part of Anahí's ongoing bucket list. The Dos Hogares star also expressed her desire to travel the world, expand her music career, and continue acting in TV and movies.
By the looks of things, Anahí may be accomplishing at least one of those goals in the very near future. Her long-awaited sixth solo album (featuring English-language tracks) is due to arrive in 2012 and who knows? Perhaps a husband and kids won’t be too far behind.

We know what you’re thinking. Mexican pop star Anahí and legendary Beatle widow Yoko Ono seem like an odd pairing. But they both have legions of loyal fans and are hoping to get them involved in the Non-Violence Project.
Anahí and Ono have partnered up for the "Billion Faces For Peace" initiative, which encourages people to ditch their weapons and spread the word about non-violence. The program hopes to attract a billion volunteers worldwide, each of whom would send in a picture of themselves for a giant collage.
Yoko's late husband, John Lennon, died as a result of gun violence and she's made sure his pic is included in the mural too. So far, 3,000 people have joined the cause and Anahí is hoping to bump that number up significantly.
"Es muy importante para mí ser parte de esta gran causa," she said. "Gracias a NVPMexico y Yoko Ono por invitarme."
And as of right now, several other celebs have joined the campaign too. Stars like Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, and Bono have all lent their names and images to the project.

It seems hard to label someone like Anahí "sexist." The Mexican pop star has been a role model for young women across Latin America and is an outspoken proponent of gay rights. Nevertheless, her new Snickers commercial has created some controversy among Mexico's National Council to Prevent Discrimination.
Based around the "You're Not Yourself When You're Hungry" Snickers campaign (which famously used Betty White in the states), the Anahí promo features her doing bike tricks at the skate park. After a rough fall, she complains and is labeled "girlie" by her friends. The twist comes after she eats a Snickers bar and turns back into Carlos, her less whiny male counterpart.
The Discrimination Council feels the ad plays on gender stereotypes and says the "girlie" statement is insulting. And that's not all, the country’s National Institute of Women has chimed in too, saying,
"The persistence of homophobic, sexist and misogynist messages in the media as part of a sales strategy is of concern, since invoking violence, prejudice and negative stereotypes of women and feminine things helps gender inequality to take root."
You can watch the ad and judge for yourself, but we think they may be overreacting. And if these media watchdogs are really that bent out of shape over Snickers, they can always switch their candy cravings to M&Ms.

Mexican singer/actress Anahí recently shared some insight on the personal hell she went through during the five years she suffered from anorexia. The 28-year-old beauty recently went on a television show, Obsesión: Cuerpos Que Gritan, to explain how the disease ate away at her and her family.
At one point, Anahí weighed as little as 35 kilograms. That's around 77 pounds! She eventually overcame her anorexia with the support of her friends and family, but it was not an easy journey. She struggled throughout the whole process, especially because of the high standards of beauty set in the entertainment industry. She saw it as normal, since women were expected to look beautiful every time they came out on television.
"Yo lo veía como algo normal porque había que estar muy bonitas para salir en la tele", said the ex RBD.
Anahí said it was a gradual process, and she became accustomed to eating less and less until she became happy with her weight. She had no idea her body was crying out for help. Her body eventually gave out and she went into cardiac arrest. Her heart stopped for 8 seconds.
"No me daba cuenta de que mi cuerpo estaba gritando auxilio. Con el paso del tiempo, mi cuerpo ya no aceptaba alimento hasta que mi corazón se detuvo por ocho segundos", confessed the star of Dos Hogares.
When she awoke and saw how devastated her parents were, she decided she had to stop doing this to herself. With a lot of hard work and perseverance, she beat the disease. Her battle with anorexia began when she was only 13. She had let herself get wrapped up in a lifestyle that made her obsessed with this impossible feat of being the ideal woman, and it was going to kill her one day.
Obsesión: Cuerpos Que Gritan is a television series focusing on various body image issues. The show will air on September 18th on the National Geographic Channel. Anahí hopes it will help others facing debilitating body image issues.
Have you or someone you know ever suffered from an eating disorder?

Everyone knows that there was quite a lot of hype going in to the novela, Dos Hogares. It had A-listers like Anahí and Carlos Ponce in the cast, a big budget, and promised plenty of drama. But has it delivered? That may be a tougher question to answer.
Ratings for the late night soap have been "decent," but not spectacular. And let's not forget about the rumored behind-the-scenes drama. There have been stories of cast fights, script changes, and injuries on the set!
Of course, the Hogares producers are constantly assuring the media that everything is "just fine." But actions speak louder than words and adding new cast members out of nowhere can sometimes seem like an act of desperation.
Could Claudia Alvarez' mysterious new character help give the show an extra spark? She is being listed as a possible Anahí rival, which could be quite interesting. Because as we all know, nothing shakes up a novela's ratings like a good old fashioned catfight!

There is no doubt that Anahí is familiar with the word "click." The ex-RBD star has been in front of the camera since she was just a kid and now she's singing about it with a rocking new track for the upcoming novela, Popland.
Based on the life of a small-town girl who moves to the big city, Popland is all about lights, camera, and star-studded action. And Anahí's "Click" video perfectly captures that vibe, with theme park rides, neon lights, and plenty of cool set designs.
Joining her for the track are Latin pop stars Bryan Amadeus (sporting his trademark star eye makeup) and Ale Sergi. All three of them seem to be having a blast dancing and posing for "Clicks" in the upbeat video.
And as for Popland, you can catch it this fall on the Tr3s schedule. Hot Latino up-and-comers Sara Cobo, Ricardo Abarca, and Manuela Gonzalez are all confirmed to be part of the cast and we're sure they'll be keeping viewers VERY entertained.

You've got to hand it Anahí, she definitely has a good sense of humor. We're sure the ex-RBDer is well aware of the gossip that has been circulating about her "new nose." But in spite of it all, she's been able laugh it off and even sent out humorous tweets after a serious nariz accident on the set of her soap, Dos Hogares.
"A veeeeerrr!!! Ya empezaron los chismes jaaaaa NO estoy en ningun hospital que lios hacen!!!" Anahí posted after smashing her nose against a door.
She went on to tweet,
"Me di un trancazo en la nariz con una puerta :/ y obvio fuimos al dr pero gracias a Dios stoy bien namas tengo un golpazo. Ya va bajando."
Sure it may seem light and funny, but Anahí actually wound up at the hospital after the smash-up. Thankfully, her Twitter followers got constant updates and, as of right now, it appears as though the 28-year-old star is nearly all healed up.
"Aqui stoy grabando. Un poquito triste x mi golpe y la vrdd me duele mucho," she tweeted. "Pero los accidentes pasan y con el tiempo sanará. Any-mo!!"

First Calle 13 and Paulina Rubio, now Anahí! After five popular Spanish-language records, the Mexican pop star has revealed that she is finally ready for crossover. She'll record two songs in English and not only that, Anahí shared some surprising duet plans for her upcoming album.
"Estamos planeando el dueto con Carlos Ponce,” she revealed to People en Español. "También estamos planeando un dueto con un intérprete de talla internacional, cuyo nombre prefiero reservarme, pero sería para mi próximo disco, todavía no me confirman, así que prefiero no adelantarme."
Hmmm…a "surprise" guest? We all know that Anahí has some very famous friends in the recording biz, so we are curious to hear who it may be. She went on to say that her album will feature top Mexican producers and its tracks may be played on her upcoming novela, Dos Hogares.
Anahí also recently dropped news about a new "guy" in her life. Last week, she posted pix of Ronaldo to her thousands of Twitter followers. And in case you’re wondering, her new fella is not a world-famous fútbol star, but rather an adorable Pomeranian pup!
