We all remember Enrique’s World Cup promise, right? (Team Blogamole even sent an open letter breaking down every word he said). Well, as Mr. Iglesias’ rep told Access Hollywood earlier this summer, “A bet is a bet!”

And what was that bet? Ok, for those who have no clue what’s going on, Enrique (who’s riding high with his Euphoria album right now) vowed to water ski naked in Florida’s Biscayne Bay if his beloved Spanish football team captured the World Cup.

Then, curiously, an “unknown” water skier was filmed last week bare naked on the same Biscayne Bay! Could it be Mr. Enrique, himself? His reps would neither confirm nor deny, but the footage TMZ caught, though grainy, might just be a match. (Don’t worry, Team Blogamole’s tech experts are analyzing every pixel at this very moment!).

Why the shroud of secrecy if it was him? Well, Florida is known to have strict public nudity laws and there is the potential of a hefty fine if the “unknown” naked guy is identified. The only real confirmation we have is that Enrique was indeed in Miami last week. Hmmm…

¡Viva España! After a hard fought battle with the orange-clad Netherlands, Spain emerged victorious this past Sunday (July 11), taking home their very first FIFA World Cup! Sure it’s great for the nation and a true honor, but let's get serious for a minute:

World Cup victory parties for Spain have been going down all week. If you had the option, which of their sexy fellow countrymen would you want to extend the celebration with this weekend?!

No matter how you slice it, the power/success combo is definitely hot! The victorious futbol manager and his top notch team deserve all the props they can get this weekend! Villa, Casillas, and the whole squad are entitled to every perk that goes along with a hard-won championship: big parades, phat endorsement checks, and a hot new ‘do’ for Puyol?

The Power Couple: Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem
Yes, we know Penelope's busy on the set of “Pirates 4” and Javier’s about to be Julia Roberts’ new onscreen hunk, but c’mon movie bosses!

Give these two the weekend off so they can get to their home turf and celebrate España with the fans that made them famous!

C’mon guys, how great would it be to see Spain’s favorite father and son team up for a tribute song about the national futbol team?! Julio representing the older generation of Spanish fans who’ve waited 70 years for this victory, and Enrique crooning a ballad that we could add as a Euphoria bonus track!

Dear Enrique Iglesias,

Prior to the World Cup you were willing to make the ultimate sacrifice by pledging to — and we quote — “...get drunk and ski naked in Biscayne Bay,” and “..."do 'The Today Show' naked, painted in red and yellow,” if Spain won the final.

Perhaps you didn't notice, but Spain did in fact win the 2010 FIFA World Cup on July 11. It's been 4 days, and although AccessHollywood.com has your rep quoted as saying “A bet is a bet!” we're going to need confirmation from YOU!

This is what we need to know: Will you in fact get butt booty naked and if so, when? Will we be able to see the goods on your "Today" show appearance July 16 and do we need to camp out in the Miami beach area to catch the "Biscayne Bay" show? Will you step up and strip down?

Don't get us wrong, we understand that sometimes things are blurted out spontaneously while cheering for a favorite team, so making good on only one of the two pledges will suffice.

First things first, Oracle Paul the Octopus was right! Who knew a playful sea creature could have such powers? In other cutie news, after Spain won the 2010 World Cup, their goalkeeper Iker Casillas gave an emotional interview to his reporter girlfriend Sara Carbonero. When his lady tried to calm him, he interrupted her by saying "a ti" and then went in for a big on camera kiss... How adorable!

Before Spain's historic win, Shakira got the party started in South Africa yesterday (July 11), when she kicked off the 2010 World Cup Closing Ceremony with an high-energy performance of the tournament's official anthem “Waka Waka (This Time for Africa).”

Shaki's hip-shaking set came after a fabulous lights and fireworks show, that also included a military flyover. Donned in a day-glo colored Roberto Cavelli outfit, the Colombian songstress looked absolutely amazing!

Joining Shakira onstage during the performance were members of Freshlyground. Other performances included a set by Grammy-Award winning Ladysmith Black Mambazo.

Shakira loves her some Cavalli! La Loba, who wore the designer's duds for the World Cup opening ceremony, will don his couture collection once again during her "Waka Waka (This Time for Africa)" performance at FIFA's World Cup closing ceremony this Sunday (July 11).

Shaki will take stage in a belly-baring tulle top embroidered with multicolor pearls, and a silk fringed skirt–complete with a floral motif and animal print, according to a release from the Italian fashion label. A denim belt embroidered with African style pearls and leather bracelets with floral silk appliqué will round off the exotic look.

Some of the other musicians on the bill include Ladysmith Black Mambazo, Nigeria’s 2Face, Ghana’s Samani and more! Also expected to attend is former president Nelson Mandela, who had to miss to the opening ceremony due to poor health.

The World Cup Closing Ceremony begins at 12:30pm ET this Sunday, July 11!

Spain defeated Germany to advance to the 2010 World Cup Finals! If you've been following Blogamole's World Cup coverage, then you know what that means: We are one game away from seeing Enrique Iglesias in his birthday suit! Doesn't it feel like Christmas?!

Leading up to the match, Germany averaged 4 goals a game in the knockout round but came up empty against Spain. Spain's impenetrable defense held Germany scoreless in their 1-0 win over their rival team, advancing them to their first World Cup appearance!

The only goal of the game came in the 73rd minute, when Carlos Puyol's header flew past German keeper Manuel Neuer, sending Team Blogamole into a frenzy! Fans in the stands went ballistic waving flags, banging on drums and singing chorus after chorus of “Ole! Ole! Ole!”

Spain will go on to play Netherlands in the Final in Johannesburg on Sunday (July 11), while Germany will battle for 3rd place against Uruguay on Saturday (July 10) in Port Elizabeth.

Our predictions: Germany will defeat Uruguay and occupy 3rd place, while Spain will defeat the Netherlands to become champs. The second that happens, we'll reach out to Iglesias' people to assure he makes good on at least one of his proposals to bare it all!!!

Let's go Spain! Or as Enrique tweeted, “Que viva Espana!!!”

It’s hard to believe it’s been almost a month since the 2010 World Cup started. All of the drama, gossip, big horns, and incredible matches wind down this Sunday — much in the same way they began — with a stellar closing ceremony concert featuring Shakira and a host of international artists!

Shaki has definitely enjoyed her trip to South Africa. She’s been a major presence at the World Cup since her kickoff performance June 10, enjoyed quality time with the local lions, and is now set to close it all up with a “Waka Waka” grand finale!

Some of the musicians on the bill include Ladysmith Black Mambazo, Nigeria’s 2Face, Ghana’s Samani and more! And with a 12:30 PM ET kickoff, it’ll be in a time zone everybody can appreciate (and most people in the world WILL – it’s anticipated over 500 million will watch).

Also expected to attend is former president Nelson Mandela, who had to miss to the opening ceremony due to poor health. We have a feeling he's going to love Shakira and her “Waka Waka (This Time for Africa)” rendition! What a great way to bring this awesome event full circle.

The World Cup Closing Ceremony begins at 12:30pm ET this Sunday, July 11!
