Maroon 5's Adam Levine has just signed up to be on the next season of American Horror Story. He will join other seasoned actors, such as Jessica Lange, in the second run of this creepy new horror series, despite having no previous acting experience himself.

Levine confessed,

"It's the truth. I don't know how much I can divulge, because [series co-creator] Ryan [Murphy] is very under wraps."

The Maroon 5 singer and judge on The Voice has never really done this sort of thing before, but he is glad Murphy trusts him to do a good job. Levine stated,

"I love the fact that he believes in me to throw me out there."

We know the series will not be set in Los Angeles next season, but there is no official mention yet of where it will be taking place. All that has been revealed is that it will be taking place somewhere on the East Coast, and that there were clues given out towards the end of the first season as to where exactly that would be.

Adam added,

"It's going to be fun. I told [Murphy] I really didn't know what I was doing, but he didn't seem to really care. I think I'm going to be kind of playing myself, so hopefully it will be easy."

Levine will play half of a couple called "the Lovers," but no word on who the other half will be. You'll have to tune in to FX this fall to find out. I honestly can't wait, this was my favorite show last season. So excited!

We know what you're thinking and for the record, HBO's The Madonnas of Echo Park has nothing to do with "Vogue" or "Like A Prayer." The highly-touted new series is actually based on a book which documents Latinas in and around Los Angeles.

Author Brando Skyhorse (who was raised in Echo Park) released the novel back in 2010 to tons of critical acclaim. Though it is classified as "fiction," Madonnas profiles Mexican housekeepers, cooks, and homemakers who can easily mirror people we've encountered in our lives.

Skyhorse himself is Mexican and based the characters on women inhabiting the L.A. neighborhood back in the 80's and 90's. It can certainly make for a wealth of material for HBO, though it's unclear if the Madonnas series will be updated for modern times.

Either way, we can think of a great dream cast to fill the lead Latinas' shoes. So far, Fringe writer Julia Cho has been added as a creative consultant and we're hopeful Brando will play a big behind-the-scenes role too. If all goes according to plan, look for Madonnas to arrive on TV sometime within the next year.

Lisa Robin Kelly was arrested this weekend for a domestic violence incident that took place in her home. The police charged her with corporal injury upon a spouse.

This isn't the first time the 42 year old former That '70s Show actress has had trouble with the law. She was arrested back in November of 2010 for drunk driving in North Carolina and was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation.

Kelly played Laurie, the older sister of Eric Forman, Topher Grace's character on the show. She was written off the sitcom, where it was explained she had gone out of state to attend beauty school. She also played the love interest of Ashton Kutcher's character, Michael Kelso.

Kelly was taken in by the Los Angeles County Sheriff Department just after midnight on Saturday and put on $50,000 bail. No details were given as to the nature of the domestic violence or to the identity of her spouse.

Do you have any favorite actors that have had a run-in with the law?

Who would have thought a reality show like Couples Therapy would have violence and drama? Rapper DMX flipped his lid on the show, feeling constantly on edge with all the cameras.

The rapper claimed being subjected to all the house rules and forced interaction made him feel like he was back in jail. DMX said,

"They've got us on some lockdown sh** in the house. I didn't sign up for this sh**."

DMX should have seen it coming. Nothing says lockdown like being forced to be in a house with a spouse you are fighting with, forced to sort out your dirty laundry in front of the cameras, for millions of nosy fans to see. Somehow, the rapper was surprised by his discomfort.

DMX argued with their therapist as his estranged wife, Tashera Simmons, looked on in silence. He clutched a bible while saying to his therapist,

"We don't need help. The only help we need is right here."

Dr. Jenn, the marital counselor, tried to get DMX to talk about his issues, to no avail. He refused to deal with uncomfortable situations, choosing instead to walk away. His therapist disagreed with the rapper's way of avoiding people he doesn't want to deal with. DMX responded,

"You got me surrounded by f***ing cameras, and it's not going to be pretty!"

Oh the drama! What will happen next?

Who would you like to watch flip out on 'Couples Therapy'?

Ron Burgundy fans, rejoice. Will Ferrell went on Conan as Ron himself to announce his return with an Anchorman sequel.

After strutting out on Conan O'Brien's stage and playing his jazz flute, Ferrell made his official announcement,

"As of oh-nine-hundred hours Mountain Time, Paramount Pictures and myself, Ronald Joseph Aaron Burgundy, have come to terms on a sequel for 'Anchorman.' It is official: There will be a sequel to 'Anchorman.'"

An Anchorman sequel has been in the works for some time, but the terms had not been agreed upon as of yet. It was originally meant to reappear as a Broadway show before making its debut on the big screen, but those plans fell through.

The sequel's release date has not yet been revealed, but it is confirmed that Paul Rudd, Steve Carell, and David Koechner will return for a repeat performance. The film will again be directed by Adam McKay and produced by Judd Apatow.

Are you excited to see Will Ferrell reprise his Ron Burgundy character?

Since announcing her pregnancy, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi is moving full steam ahead with her parenting plans. So much so, that she's been spotted around town carrying a fake baby doll.

TMZ snapped a pic of Snooks and her baby daddy, Jionni LaValle, lugging around the artificial infant. No word on whether or not this was a Jersey Shore stunt or a legitimate attempt at "motherhood."

Whatever the reason, it made for a great photo opp. So far, the Chilean-born reality star seems thrilled to be expecting and we imagine the pregnancy will make for some great storylines for Shore season six.

But will Snooki and Jionni’s offspring be a Guido or a Guidette? As of right now, the couple is keeping mum on the topic. But judging by the gender of their fake baby, we may have a machismo Italian Stallion on our hands.

Do you think Snooki will be a good mom? Sound off in the comments or @MTV3.

Fans of Mad Men have been eagerly awaiting the series return, and it shows. The two hour premiere or the show's fifth season was watched by 3.5 million people, topping the fourth season's premiere by a whopping 21 percent.

The season premiere scored a record high on US ratings, after fans waited 17 months for the series to return after "lengthy contract negotiations with creator Matt Weiner." The show's creator must have been right to stand his ground, since apparently people believe the show is worth it.

Actor Edith Bowman said,

"What Matthew [Weiner] does very well is he never lets the characters stagnate. All the characters are constantly in motion, but it's all happening in the swirl of the business that's constantly changing."

Mad Men takes place in the 1960's cutthroat advertising world of New York City. Jon Hamm stars as Don Draper, the charismatic ad executive. Jessica Para played the role of Megan, Drapers wife, who performed the 1960's French pop song, 'Zou Bisou Bisou,' for Don's birthday party in the season premiere.

There is no denying that Michelle Rodriguez is a proud Latina. But what parts of Latin America does her heritage stem from? That's what she's hoping to find out in a new PBS documentary called Finding Your Roots.

For the series, Michelle is planning to travel to the Dominican Republic to learn where exactly her forefathers originated. But discovering her ancestral Roots may be easier said than done.

"With my heritage, it stops as soon as the Indians were killed off," she said. "That's the history of the tribes and how they would pass down their words. They wouldn't write it down, they would just pass it down from generation to generation. You are following your entire lineage and all you're left with is a paper trail."

And of course, that's what will make the show compelling. Will Rodriguez be able to uncover her native connections? You'll have to watch PBS to find out. And don’t think the series is stopping there. Other Roots episodes are planning to feature Robert Downey Jr., Samuel L. Jackson, and John Legend.

We have to admit, we're pretty excited about Magic City. Not only does it feature prominent Latinos in the cast, it transports them to 1950's Miami. The Starz original series had its big premiere in L.A. last week and we happened to be there to cover all of the action.

"It's 1959 Miami beach – mobsters, the CIA and my character stuck in the middle," lead Jeffrey Dean Morgan told us. "I think the writing is brilliant, it captures the essence of that unforgettable era."

Morgan portrays Ike Evans on the show, which takes place at the Miramar Playa hotel. As you can imagine, Cuban-Americans play a big role in the plot too. Actor Yul Vazquez (who was born on the island) plays hotel manager Victor Lazaro and Dominik Garcia-Lorido is his daughter Mercedes.

If Dominik looks familiar, it's because she has a very famous bloodline. Her dad is Cuban-American icon Andy Garcia and he showed his support at the premiere as well.

"This has been amazing," Garcia-Lorido said. "I've been able to have so much fun with my character. I play a maid in the hotel and she and the owner's son have a ‘special relationship."

Seeing how Starz is a subscription cable channel, you can expect plenty of "special relationships" on the show without the hassle of network censors. And the series made sure to cast several sexy ladies to round out the cast.

Former Bond vixen Olga Kurylenko plays a high society wife on the series (who was formerly a showgirl).

"This show is very interesting," Olga explained. "I'm playing this member of 1950's high society. But because of her past, she isn't fully accepted. And that will lead to a lot of drama to come."

Russian-born beauty Elena Satine also has a dark backstory on the show, playing a glamorous Miami escort.

"You're going to see a lot of surprises with my character," she told us. "She's very mysterious at first, but you'll discover that she has many layers and holds a lot of secrets."

And former pop star Willa Ford was given a juicy role too, playing the gorgeous Janice Michaels. When we spoke to her, she explained that one of her favorite experiences on set was wearing the retro fashions.

"Everyone was so dapper in this era," she said. "I'm a big vintage clothes collector. Being on this show reminded me why those styles were so great. It was like playing dress up everyday!"

We're definitely excited to see how Magic City pans out and which classic icons pop up (Celia Cruz or Desi Arnaz perhaps?). Starz certainly believes in the series, as they've already green lit a second season before episode one even hit the air.

It's no secret Nicole Richie is really into fashion, considering she has a couple of clothing lines, including one named after her daughter, Harlow. As the poster child for bohemian-chic, Richie is taking her fashion sense one step further with her fashion show debut of Fashion Star on NBC.

Nicole appeared on the cover of the March issue of California Style as part of her press tour for the show. The 30 year-old fashion goddess appears in a crisp white outfit on the front of the magazine, looking fresh and dewy just in time for spring.

Nicole celebrates her west coast lifestyle in her interview, saying,

"I'm a California cheerleader. I love the people and the weather. I love my personal space, and the older you get and once you start having children, you really appreciate that. It's my home. I have history here. I have a lot of inspiration."

Living in California has no doubt influenced her fashion sense, as she has to be looking her best for the tabloids and the paparazzi. You never know where you'll find someone popping up and helping themselves to a photo-op of you to post on the web.

Living in Cali has also been a blessing to her family life as well. Richie shared,

"I have a very supportive family and husband and that makes it so much easier. My parents live here. They're each 10 minutes away from me, and they're very eager to come over even when I don't want them to."

When asked about her fashion success, Nicole admits it's been a hard climb. She stated,

"There are people who've supported my dreams overall, and I'm so thankful for them. But it's still a new business, and there are challenges every day. It's definitely a lot of work, but I thrive on being challenged. I want to learn more and more every day."

The young fashionista has made it this far and will surely have a lot more success. Her show, Fashion Star, is a lot like Project Runway in the sense that budding fashion designers will be showing off their creations and competing for a prize. There is one clever difference, however. People will be able to purchase the show's creations almost immediately, bringing a new meaning to the term "ready to wear."

How do you feel about Nicole Richie's new show and sense of style?
