Michael Jordan is making a comeback! OK, we may have oversold with that statement but he is returning to the video game world. The Legend will grace the new cover of NBA 2K11. Yes, Michael Jackson fans — there's room for two "MJs" in the virtual world!
NBA 2K11 will be released October 5 and will be available for Xbox 360, Nintendo DS, Playstation3, PSP, Wii, and PC.

Not only is Jordan on the cover, but he's actually in the game! If you're hardcore fans like we are, you've been waiting for this moment for almost a decade. The last time Jordan appeared in a video game was 2003 in EA Sports' “NBA Street Vol. 2” — which was a major suckfest.
What does Jordan think of being a part of the best-selling and highest rated video game series? Here is his statement, via Kotaku:
“Its an honor to be featured on the cover of NBA 2K11. I have no doubt that NBA 2K11 will be a big hit with gamers and basketball fans alike. I'm looking forward to getting back out on the court, virtually.”
2K Sports' vice-president Jason Argent promises that this is going to be a stunning game. “We know we have the best NBA game ever made here,” Argent told CNBC. “So we thought to ourselves how can we embody that and there was only one person on that list who we wanted to have and that was Michael Jordan.”
Smart man. Who else to keep us overwhelmed with anticipation for the next installment of the 2K franchise than the most popular athlete in the world, and the legend himself: Air Jordan.

Every hardcore video game historian is well versed on Michael Jackson software. Though it may be over 20 years old, his Sega Genesis game "Moonwalker” was extremely cutting edge for it’s time, letting players actually control MJ’s signature moves.
Hitting shelves on November 18, Ubisoft is looking to expand that concept even further with “Michael Jackson: The Experience”!

No, there won’t be any Bubbles monkeys around to help you this time. The entirely new concept is built around dance simulation. Similar to Xbox’s upcoming "Dance Central” game, “MJE” will let players use Kinect controllers. But instead of being released on a single system, this game will be spread out across the board.

Cameron Diaz's latest title might be hazardous to your computer's health; according to virus experts McAfee, Diaz is currently “the most dangerous celebrity on the web.”

Yup, the next time you Google Cameron, be extra careful! According to McAfee’s study, searching for "Cameron Diaz" puts you at a 10% risk of hitting a site strewn with malware. They said to particularly watch out for downloadable Diaz screen savers and any Cameron “images” that can be classified as NSFW.
What other celebs are in the online danger zone? After Cameron, it was Julia Roberts, followed by Jessica Biel and Gisele Bundchen.
Be careful when typing in "Penelope Cruz” too; she was listed as #9.
But Cameron, if you’re listening, don’t worry. Team Blogamole still loves you and will continue to share upcoming projects (like next summer's "Green Hornet”!!!). Just don’t expect to get our Social Security numbers anytime soon.

For all who follow E3 and video games, the Xbox Kinect is primed to be one of the biggest “must-haves” of the 2010 holiday season. Rising to the top of the Kinect game offerings is the ultra-hyped "Dance Central," brought to us by MTV Games. Similar to “Dance Dance Revolution,” it will allow you to move and groove to tons of today’s hottest music hits.
One track that we’re particularly stoked about is Nelly Furtado's “Maneater.” C’mon, we’ve all danced to this one at the clubs, now imagine using it to compete for points against your friends!
Other songs include Pitbull's “I Know You Want Me,” Lady Gaga's “Poker Face”, and tons more.
With thousands of Tweeters already following every word, we have a feeling “Dance Central” is primed to be a major hit!
Kinect and “Dance Central” are set to hit shelves November 4th.

Videogames are a tricky industry. Unlike movies where opening weekends can make or break a feature, games often times aren’t considered “hits” until years after their release. Case in point, 2009’s much-hyped "DJ Hero".
Upon its immediate release (conveniently right before the holiday season), “DJ Hero” was considered by many to be a flop. After a massive marketing campaign (featuring commercials with Jay-Z and Eminem), the turntable sim only sold a disappointing 211,000 units in its first two months.

But then…the buzz began and by this past summer, the grand total sold skyrocketed to over 1.2 million! Activision head Dan Amrich wrote on his blog, “DJ Hero was dubbed a flop on its release…but what it needed was time for its audience to find it, a price break, and positive word of mouth from both friends and reviews to circulate.”
So with all this buzz in the air, you knew Activision was ready to lay down tracks with “DJ Hero 2.” And this time, they’ve brought in the heaviest spinner of all, DJ Tiesto! Possessing the perfect balance of street cred and mainstream recognition (he’s spun with Muse, Justin Timberlake, and tons more), Tiesto’s a major asset to the franchise.
He’ll be contributing original mixes to the game and joining a fleet of other respected turntable kings, including Deadmau5 and DJ Qbert! Plus this newest version of “Hero” will include vocal rap parts, a new single-player “Empire” mode, and lots of updated battle tricks.
Better polish up those fingertips, because “DJ Hero 2” drops October 19th.

All it took were a few short snippets, but “Dynamite” singer Taio Cruz definitely got his point across with his latest batch of Tweets. What exactly was he venting about? The term “urban” to describe his music. It was all part of Twitter’s #CallItWhatItIs hashtag and definitely makes some positive sense.
As Taio put it, “What does ‘Urban’ really mean? I’m thinking ‘urban’ is politically correct speak for ‘Black’ – Highly annoying! I’d prefer it if people just had the guts to say black!” He went on to Tweet, “If only people would class u by your creations & not on skin color. This goes for everyone! I’m sure some people are already offended but they can kiss my buttcheeks!”

Nice way to hammer it home, Taio. And to be honest, we’ll have to agree with you on this one. We too often hear that term to describe things like an “urban” market or an “urban” vibe. What does that really mean? Is it a PC way of classifying race, socioeconomic status, or what?
By calling a type of people “urban” it seems like you’re basically saying they’re from the streets, right? Dictionary.com defines the word to mean: "Pertaining to, or designating a city or town." So “urban” music is “city or town” music? We’re not buying that.
Record companies, if you feel the need to classify music by a certain race (which we think is totally wrong) at least have the guts to be up front about it.

No, this isn’t some cheesy John Travolta/Nicholas Cage movie. This is real life and an amazing breakthrough in medical science. Believe it or not, a man from Spain recently became the first full facial transplant recipient.
Now keep in mind some of these photos are graphic, but if you look at them from a scientific angle, they’re truly amazing. The 31-year-old patient, who identifies himself only as Oscar, had been the victim of a massive facial gun injury.

Prior to the surgery, he had been unable to eat, speak, or breathe properly, but doctors at Barcelona’s Vall d’Hebron University Hospital worked diligently to change all that.
After an exhausting 24-hour operation (and two years of planning) they were able to give Oscar an entirely new face, including skin, muscles, teeth, lips, cheekbones, and a jaw. All of these were carefully transplanted and reconstructed using tissue from a brain-dead donor.
Since the surgery, doctors have described the patient’s progress as “excellent.” And for the first time since his accident, Oscar was able to speak on his own, “I am very happy and I want to thank the surgeons and the donors, especially the man who gave me the new tissues I received,” he shared.
You never know. That little pink donor sticker on your Driver’s License can go a long way.

You don’t hear the words groundbreaking and novela often associated with each other. Not that it’s a bad thing. People love their soaps to have outwardly evil villains, dramatic love triangles, and plenty of tears and passion. Hey, if the formula works, why change it right?
Well back in 2005, Colombia took a big risk incorporating modern elements into the tried and true formula and guess what…it worked! “Juegos Prohibidos” took Spanish soap operas into the 21st century with themes like online love, video games, and technology.

Talk about a game changer. “Juegos Prohibidos” won over millions of fans and swept the 2006 TV y Novelas Awards with prizes for Best Actress, Best Actor, and Best Telenova!
We're happy to announce that we’ve got the first 5 episodes on Tr3s.com, giving those who haven’t seen it the chance to discover a true classic. And for those who have, well now you can fall in love with it all over again…and watch it as many times as you want — we'll be adding ALL episodes over the next few weeks, so stay tuned!
Here’s a quick breakdown of Episode 1:
Jimena (played by the beautiful Kathy Saenz) is stuck in a five-year loveless marriage with video game tycoon Gustavo (a baddie we can all love to hate). His company is the maker of "El Avaro," a DOOM type online game that’s winning over millions of fans.
One fan in particular, Nacho (played by Sebastian Martinez) has got troubles of his own. A little sister sick with asthma, family money troubles, and an education that’s costing a fortune. Could his knack for gaming and computers wind up being the key that links everyone together?
Well, we’re not going to spoil TOO much here. Take a peek at the 4 segment clips to get a better idea of how the drama is about to unfold. Trust us, you will be hooked! Even if you’ve got so-so Spanish skills, the imagery, music, and dynamic characters are sure to suck you in.
Keep your eyes on Blogamole for recaps of all the episodes coming up, cool Easter Eggs, and some "Where Are They Now" trivia!
"Juegos Prohibidos" airs weeknights at 10pm EST on Tr3s: MTV, Música y Más.

Apple's CEO Steve Jobs is offering a free case for iPhone 4 users or a refund for those who already bought one as a dubious solution to the antenna flaw in the popular gadget.
Labeled “Antenna-gate,” the problem with the phone is that because the antenna is embedded in its frame, your hand touches the antenna when you make a call. This interferes with the reception and in most cases, causes the call to drop.

At a press conference held at Apple's headquarters in Cupertino, California, Steve Jobs clearly feels that the iPhone 4 problem has been “blown out of proportion” but humbled himself to release this statement:
“We're not perfect, phones aren't perfect either, but we want to make all of our users happy.”
Jobs then quickly returned to his signature smug demeanor:
"To those investors who bought the stock and are down by $5, I have no apology."

According to the controversial CEO, the problem is affecting a very small percentage of users. Even so, he admits that something has to be done. "It's very hard to escape the conclusion that there is a problem," Jobs said.
AT&T's dropped call analysis reports that the iPhone 4 dropped 1 percent more than its predecessor, the iPhone 3G. Is it us or does that percentage seem pretty high, considering the fact that the phone was released June 24 – less than a month ago?
Last month (June 24), Apple initially said that the problem didn't exist and the issue was a general flaw that all phones experience. The answer: “avoid gripping it in the lower left corner in a way that covers both sides of the black strip in the metal band, or simply use one of many available cases."
Apple's second response was earlier this month and attributed the flaw to a software issue affecting the cellular reception bars: “the formula we use to calculate how many bars of signal strength to display is totally wrong.”
With complaints and criticism mounting, their solution seems like a pretty blasé approach. Giving away free cases that are supposed to isolate the antenna and prevent interference for the problem that they said isn't actually occurring seems like Apple is stalling, hoping the problem will just go away.
For those interested, the free offer is available up until September 30 on the Apple website and for those who already purchased the $29 case, you can claim a full refund.

Funkmaster Flex has gone too far. When the NY radio personality weighed in on Christina Milian's recent split from The-Dream, his words were well, opinionated:
"Christina Milian is Finished out here....Dream just wrapped you up...."

This obviously didn't sit well with Ms. Milian, who fired back at Flex via Twitter:
"@funkmasterflex when will u just leave me alone and get a life? I swear all uve ever done is pick on me. What's ur problem dude? Go away."
Sensing trouble, Flex responded to C-Mili in a much more appropriate tone:
"@CMilianOfficial.i was jokin. i will give you a break. wasnt personal.ps i dont agree with what the dream did. love to your little one."
Christina then thanked the DJ for his apology:
"@funkmasterflex thank you"
Probably the shortest Tweet ever, and for good reason; although Flex's apology seems sincere, it should be noted that his playful insults were premeditated.
Last winter, Flex warned Milian about airing her out when her marriage with Dream ended:
"Christina millian has played herself as well.. When dreamkicks her to the curb... I'm going to seek and detroy.," Flex wrote. "What about rkelly dropping that brick album.. "Mr touchy feely" crazy that this is allowed...Russel made kamora.. Then you get with a corn ball n*gga and pop out a kid like its groovy... Aint sh*t groovy. I peeped it!!! It was wack"
Funkmaster Flex is a regular Chatty Kathy! We wonder how he would like it if other celebs weighed in on his love life?
Do you think C-Mili should have let Flex off the hook that easy? Sound off in the comments or @MTV3.
