New York' NYC Pride parade this year was euphoric because of the legalization of same-sex marriage, which turned the celebration into a huge engagement party. Governor Andrew Cuomo signed the law late Friday, which is estimated to bring around $284 million to the state's economy, according to a report by the Independent Democratic Conference.

Celebrities showed their support throughout the weekend and here are some of their tweets:

"Alec! Now we can get married!" - Steve Martin to Alec Baldwin, on Twitter.

"I sing it every night, but now it has better meaning: 'New York- concrete jungle where dreams are made of, there's nothing you can't do.' :) As if I didn't already have enough to celebrate and enjoy today. A big hug for New York from my lone hotel room in London." - Darren Criss

Former NY Representative Anthony Weiner's Congressional career may be D.O.A, but that doesn't mean the the public servant turned sexter can't find a new profession that plays to his strengths. In fact, the folks over at Hustler Mag think they have the perfect position for the Weinergate star.

Hustler head Larry Flynt has reportedly offered Weiner a place in his organization, complete with a 20% salary bump over his House of Representatives salary.

The porn publisher said in a statement:

"While this employment opportunity is being offered in large part due to your qualifications and clear passion for making a change, I feel that your unfortunate resignation is a prime example of unfounded political pressure and the hypocrisy that has invaded democracy in Washington, D.C. I hope you will sincerely consider this offer, and I look forward to your response."

Additionally, the L.A. based magazine has offered to pay for Weiner's moving expenses. Sweet! And that's not the only offer coming Weiner's way! According to the Hollywood Reporter, the former NY Rep has also been asked to make a cameo as himself on the eighth and final season of HBO's Entourage.

Both offers came in Thursday after Weiner resigned from his Congressional position after democratic party pressure, talks of an ethics investigation from House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi and influence from President Barack Obama.

No word on whether Weiner is considering either proposal, but we're pretty sure the disgraced politician will be lying low and hoping Weinergate 2011 too shall pass.

Could working at Hustler Mag damage Weiner's career any further? Sound off in the comments, or @MTV3.

Something tells us this newest "action figure" won't be popping up at Toys R Us anytime soon. But nevertheless, HeroBuilders.com’s Anthony Weiner doll is expected to make a great summer gag gift. Bearing a striking resemblance to the disgraced congressman, it comes equipped with everything you remember from the infamous twitpic.

Sporting a bulging pair of boxer shorts with the message "Tweet Me" attached, the Weiner doll has already become a major hit. Whoopi Goldberg brought it out the ladies of The View and got big laughs from the in-studio audience.

"It didn't take long for somebody to cash in on Weiner," she joked.

But before you decide to buy one for your next practical joke, be warned; the Anthony doll comes with a pretty hefty price tag. Hero Builders is charging $34.99 for every Weiner sold.

The popular California-based norteño group Los Tigres Del Norte has spoken in support of proposed reforms to alcohol regulations in their home state of Sinaloa, Mexico, that would also ban some of the songs that made them famous: los narcocorridos.

As the narcotics trade and related crime escalates, the governor of the border state of Sinaloa has suggested modifying regulations for venues where alcohol is sold, such as bars and restaurants. Under the new laws, narcocorridos, a musical tradition going back to the turn of the century, would be banned in such public watering-holes, in order to discourage the narcotics trade.

After a meeting with governor Mario López Váldez, Tigres leader Jorge Hernández released the following statement, representing the group:

State Undersecretary of Standards Bernardo Cardenas told Fox News Latino that renewal of liquor licenses will now be contingent on the business' "not having sold, exhibited, shown or played music, videos, images or concerts that glorify criminals, anti-social behavior or illegal activities."

The mystery of the mother of Arnold "The Governator" Schwarzenegger's love child, conceived out of wedlock, has been solved!

The woman has been identified as Mildred Patricia Baena, a Latina and Schwarzenegger's housekeeper of 20 years. Schwarzenegger himself revealed that his longtime mistress had conceived their son years before the start of his political career as the Republican Governor of the state of California.

Political advisers have expressed deep surprise over the long-term cover up, which was never discovered, or even mentioned during Schwarzenegger’s gubernatorial campaigns.

Arnie and wife of 25 years, Maria Shriver, announced their split on May 9 of this year amid a flurry of speculation about the reasons behind the breakup of a quarter-century political marriage made in heaven.

And the reason behind their split has shocked America! Apparently Arnie himself didn't even know that he had impregnated Baena until his son was a toddler, as the housekeeper kept the pregnancy and birth of their child a secret from her boss.

No news outlet has shared photos of the teenaged son of Baena and the former Governor, although they have revealed that startling similarities in appearance between father and son are apparent from the pictures.

Meanwhile, heartbreaking photos of Baena, who was paid only $1200 week for her services, reveal the retired housekeeper posing with her Christmas presents in a near-empty room stacked high with cardboard boxes. Schwarzenegger’s fortune is estimated at over $800 million.

Who thinks that in addition to Maria Shriver's  share of the family assets, Schwarzenegger ought to spring for a condo and some furniture for Patty? I know I do…

It takes a lot of guts to tell a crowd of thousands that they should be "ashamed of themselves." But that's exactly what legendary guitarist Carlos Santana did at Atlanta's Turner Field on Sunday, responding to the state's recent immigration legislation.

It all went down at baseball's Civil Rights Game between the Atlanta Braves and the Philadelphia Phillies. Santana was actually being honored for his humanitarian work, but took the opportunity to speak out against a Georgia law that sounds very similar to Arizona’s SB 1070.

"The people of Arizona, and the people of Atlanta, Georgia, you should be ashamed of yourselves," Carlos exclaimed on the field. "This law is not correct. It's a cruel law, actually. This is about fear. Stop shucking and jiving. People are afraid we're going to steal your job. No, we aren't. You're not going to change sheets and clean toilets. ..."

Not surprisingly, the unplanned statement led to huge boos from the crowd. Santana, who himself hails from Mexico, has been a passionate spokesman against anti-immigrant laws. The Georgia bill, signed by Governor Nathan Deal, would give police in the state the right to check citizenship status of people they suspect to be undocumented.

And even though the Atlanta Field crowd may not have all been behind him, it's clear that the world wide web has got Carlos' back! Hundreds of bloggers, tweeters, and social media gurus pledged their support for Santana after the incident.

What is it about California governors and chisme scandals? During last year’s election, we told you about candidate Meg Whitman and the drama she had with her maid Nicky Diaz. Now it looks like former governator Arnold Schwarzenegger has an issue with a former housekeeper too, but this one involves an illegitimate love child!

On Tuesday, Arnold admitted to a long term affair with unnamed staffer from his residence. He went on to say that back in the early 2000’s the mystery woman (who is now retired) gave birth to his baby! Obviously that didn't sit too well with Mrs. Schwarzenegger, Maria Shriver, who announced their split last week.

In a statement to the L.A. Times, Arnold said,

"After leaving the governor's office I told my wife about this event, which occurred over a decade ago. I understand and deserve the feelings of anger and disappointment among my friends and family. There are no excuses and I take full responsibility for the hurt I have caused. I apologized to Maria, my children and my family. I am truly sorry."

Schwarzenegger already has four children with Shriver and it appears as though he'll be supporting kid number five for a long time to come.

We told you to expect some controversy from the gift Shakira "gave" to Hugo Chávez over the weekend. And one day later, that's exactly what appears to be happening. Reps from Shaki's camp are now denying that the singer directly donated an autographed guitar to the Venezuelan president.

As we've mentioned before, Chávez and leaders from Shaki's home country of Colombia have had a very contentious relationship. Hugo cut ties between the two nations last summer and publicly labeled then-Colombian President Alvaro Uribe a "mafia boss", a "madman" and a "criminal."

Staying stuff like that is probably not the best way to win over the hearts of the Colombian people, many of whom are die-hard Shakira fans. So it makes sense for the She-Wolf to tread very carefully about her generosity towards Chávez.

But the question is, how did he get his hands on the infamous red guitar? It looks like a few new details are starting to emerge. Shaki's PR reps are saying she signed the instrument after a recent Caracas show and was unaware that it would be sent to the Venezuelan president. It is believed that the concert's organizers were responsible for its arrival to Chávez' office.

Nevertheless, Shakira's reps are saying she approves of the gesture and hopes "acts like this [will] contribute to continue uniting the citizens of Colombia and Venezuela."

We all know that Shakira has a famous generous streak, but the pop star's latest gift has stirred up quite a bit of chisme. It seems that after missing a meeting with Hugo Chávez, Shaki sent the controversial Venezuelan president an autographed red guitar.

Never one to shy away from publicity, Chávez had the country's Information Minister post a picture of the glossy six-string on Twitter this weekend. Hugo, who fashions himself quite the singer, even bragged about using the instrument to play a few songs.

"Es una guitarra moderna ,” Chávez said. “Estuve practicando y cantando algunas canciones viejas."

He went on to say that he took Shaki's gesture a symbol to keep fighting for the peace and unity of his people. But many in her home country of Colombia may not be on the same page.

Last year, Hugo publicly severed ties with Colombia, creating quite a bit of animosity between the two nations. And while we know that Shakira always has the best intentions with everything she does, you've got to wonder if gestures like this may cost her a few hometown fans.
