Camila's Samo Opens Up A Day Spa

Proving that he's got his mind on a lot more than music, Camila crooner Samuel "Samo" Parra opened up his own day spa in Mexico City this week. At the ribbon cutting ceremony, he assured fans that this doesn't mean the end of the band, but rather a way for him to venture out as an entrepreneur.

"Esto no significa que me esté retirando de la música," he told reporters. "Sino por el contrario, estoy más comprometido con ella, porque de ella me sale la necesidad de afianzar una faceta empresarial."

Camila has been plagued with breakup rumors for months. The power trio of Samo, Mario Domm, and Pablo Hurtado have sold millions of albums and wowed the critics with their unique, emo-heavy sound. But stories of in-fighting (and Domm's romantic drama) have led to all kinds of gossip about a bitter split.

Samo seemed confident that group would survive. And he seemed even more confident about his future as a businessman. The savvy singer told the press he plans to open up several more spas and develop his own clothing line.
