Three months after her untimely demise, it looks like we now have an "official" cause of death for Amy Winehouse. The "Rehab" singer's autopsy results have been revealed and it appears as though alcohol may have been her undoing.

Technically listed as "death by misadventure," the autopsy report claims that Amy had a massive amount of booze in her bloodstream when she died. In fact, the coroner said that her alcohol consumption was five times the legal driving limit in Britain.

Winehouse had reportedly been sober for months before her unexpected death. But according to Us Weekly, she relapsed during the last few days of her life. Three bottles of vodka were discovered by her body, which was already lifeless by the time police arrived.

For better or worse, there were no illegal drugs found in Amy’s body at the time of her death. But we're sure that doesn't make this latest batch of Winehouse news any easier for her grieving family.

Occupy Wall Street protestors hoping to be immortalized in Chris Nolan's 'Dark Knight Rises' will be disappointed when they find out that Batman will NOT be joining their cause.

Ever since Nolan's finale to the Batman trilogy stopped shooting on location in Pittsburgh, the buzz on The Dark Knight Rises has been very quiet in anticipation to the supposed shoot in where Batman was gonna crash the Occupy Wall Street manifestation.

Well that silence is going to end very soon, as Nolan and his production team are setting up shop in streets of New York City for a two-week shoot. However, the dedicated protesters of Occupy Wall Street will NOT be getting their five minutes of fame in TDKR. A Warner Bros. rep said that there are no plans to shoot in Zuccotti Park, the home base for the OWS movement. After an open casting call for NYC extras for the project hit the web, rumors swirled that the project could be filming very close to, if not in Zuccotti Park.

The rumor was that Nolan would use the OWS protests as a backdrop for scenes of Gotham City in the midst of chaos, but this will in fact NOT be the case. Even though all the leaked set photos and videos from Dark Knight Rises have painted a story where Gotham finds itself under the assault of the bad guys. Scenes of the mob crowding the streets would have been well represented by the Wall Street protests but unfortunately this won't be the case.

The eagerly-anticipated film - which has gone under the code name Magnus Rex- is listed as a current production by The City of New York Mayor’s Office of Film Theatre & Broadcasting — and had been scheduled to shoot in NYC months before the OWS uprising began.

So, while OWS and its Zuccotti Park residents may not be immortalized in the comic book follow-up, there's still plenty of interest elsewhere in catching the social, financial and political movement on film. MTV announced yesterday that they will air an episode of their documentary series True Life featuring three young people involved in Occupy Wall Street in New York City.

What do you think? Should Nolan have used the OWS Protest as part of the backdrop of TDKR?

We've got to admit, it's pretty cute the way Tony Romo revealed that he and his wife were expecting. Rather than leak it through a publicist or on a talk show, the Dallas Cowboys quarterback shared the news at a high school pep rally.

Speaking on the stage at Dallas' Cedar Hill High, Romo gave quite an interesting response when one of the students asked if he had children.

"Um, no, I don't have any kids," Romo sheepishly said to the crowd. "I've actually got one on the way. My wife's pregnant."

Obviously that led to huge applause and quite a scoop for football fans across the country.

Tony's spouse happens to be former Miss Missouri USA Candice Crawford. The two got married this past May and, judging how photogenic they are, we're sure they'll make a beautiful baby. Not only that, Romo's part Mexican, so it'll have some Latino blood too!

Steven Tyler's latest tumble took place on Tuesday in Paraguay, when the 63 year-old rock and roll icon and American Idol judge reportedly slipped and fell in his hotel bathroom.

According to a Reuters report, Tyler received emergency dental work and stitches to repair cuts to his face and the loss of two teeth! He spent four hours at La Costa medical center in Asunción, capital of  Paraguay.

The unfortunate incident forced Aerosmith to cancel Tuesday night's show in Asunción, but the concert was rescheduled for Wednesday. It is part of their current Latin American tour, which kicked off on Saturday in Lima, Peru, and is headed to La Plata, Argentina, on Friday then Brazil, Panama, Colombia, Ecuador and Mexico before heading to Japan in late November.

A spokesperson for the Paraguayan  promoter Nicolas Garzia tweeted that Tyler had been dehydrated and was suffering gastrointestinal problems before the tumble.

The last time Tyler fell was in August 2009, when he slipped off a stage in South Dakota and was airlifted to a hospital, forcing the postponement of the group's North American tour. The tension that followed between the members of  Aerosmith almost resulted in the breaking up of the band as the other members briefly weighed the possibility of searching for a new singer that would replace Tyler.

Let's hope the Aerosmith guys aren't too harsh with Tyler this time around, because I'm sure he'll do his best to sing even without his two front teeth. Plus...I think we all agree Aerosmith wouldn't be the same without Steven Tyler, so the Aerosmith band needs to take it easy on him!

We're sure you're well aware of the "Occupy" movements happening across the nation right now. What started as a New York protest against corruption has ballooned into countless demonstrations in some of the biggest cities in the country (and the world for that matter). And interestingly, the Occupy L.A. gatherings have begun expanding the message to include immigrant rights.

Hundreds of Latino activists are currently marching for Occupy L.A. The city's Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights has officially lent its support too, as have celebrities like Danny Glover, Jeff Ross, and Rage Against The Machine's Tom Morello.

In fact, Morello even invited his fellow Occupy Angelinos to a free concert performance after appearing at their demonstration.

"I used to think I was alone," he told the crowd. "Not anymore. I'd like to invite all of Occupy Los Angeles to occupy the Troubadour tonight for free!"

But the question everyone seems to be asking is, what is the Occupy L.A. message? Truth be told, it's not that far off from what the rest of the movement is preaching. Occupy as a whole, was meant to stand up against corrupt Washington politicians and "the privileged few." And any immigrant rights advocate knows, D.C. has not been very favorable towards undocumented citizens in recent years.

That seems to be the reason why so many pro-immigrant groups have hopped on board, particularly in southern California. But Occupy L.A. goes much further than that. Several local Latinos are also protesting because of labor laws and the city's ongoing job crisis.

"We bailed these banks out a couple years ago, and it's a shame that they’re not helping us back," 22-year-old protester Angel Valencia told the L.A. Times. "I'm currently employed, but everyone in my family is struggling at $8 an hour."

Interestingly, Occupy L.A. has now even gotten a bilingual touch. Several of the signs and messages getting out to the media are now completely in Spanish, proving the motto of being "fed up" crosses all language barriers.

Do you think Occupy L.A. will help spread the message about immigrant rights? Sound off in the comments or @MTV3.

We've seen her do comedy, we've seen her do drama, but can you picture Eva Longoria as a female action star? Our favorite Desperate Housewife is looking to kick some major butt with a role in the explosive new film The Truth.

Mixing in elements of James Bond espionage with Erin Brockovich activism, The Truth follows the life of an ex-CIA operative who uncovers corporate corruption while living in South America. Longoria will play the lead alongside heavies like Andy Garcia and Forest Whitaker.

Throwing in a bit of nolstagia, Scarface's Steven Bauer has also been added to the cast along with Real Steel bad guy Kevin Durand. Damian Lee will direct the movie, which will be shot in the Dominican Republic.

Of course if you want your fill of Eva sooner than that, you can look for her in the film Four Kings with Brendan Fraser and the animated Hulu series Child Support. Both projects should be out by early next year.

Do you think Eva would make a good action star? Sound off in the comments or @MTV3.

There's been a whole lot of Lohans in the news this week. Just a few hours after news broke about Lindsay's Playboy deal, her dad Michael was arrested in Florida on domestic violence charges.

Sr. Lohan was taken into custody Tuesday morning after his live-in girlfriend, Kate Major, accused him of shoving her and violently squeezing her arm. Apparently the argument escalated because Kate wouldn't give in to Michael's sexual demands.

Perhaps the craziest part of this whole story has to do with how Lohan was booked. After being taken into custody, Michael began complaining of chest pains and was taken to a local ER. Once there, he tried to escape and was ultimately brought down to the station and frisked in his hospital gown.

As of right now, Major has gotten a restraining order against Lohan, but we doubt it'll be the last time we see these two together. Michael and Kate went through a similar "violent" spat back in March and, not surprisingly, she took him back shortly thereafter.

Is there a family more dysfunctional than the Lohans? Sound off in the comments or @MTV3.

Here's a bit of trivia. Did you know that Thor's Chris Hemsworth is married to Fast Five beauty Elsa Pataky? Yup, and the Spanish starlet recently brought him back to her home turf for a week of shopping and cuddling in the streets.

Paparazzi photographers couldn't get enough of Elsa and Chris' public displays of affection. And Hemsworth even flashed his shirtless physique for the cameras while sunbathing at their private villa.

The couple tied the knot back in December and seem to still be relishing their newlywed status. And with Chris' busy schedule (he's currently filming The Avengers and a new Snow White movie), we're sure romantic getaways are few and far between.

Perhaps they can solve that problem by teaming up for some upcoming movie projects. Anyone up for watching Thor get behind the wheel in Elsa's upcoming sequel, Fast Six? We know we are!

Do you think Elsa and Chris make a cute couple? Sound off in the comments or @MTV3.
