Pitbull & Christina Saralegui Chosen As Godparents For Jencarlos Canela’s Baby

It's baby central right now on Jencarlos Canela's Twitter page. Just a few weeks after announcing Gaby Espino’s pregnancy, the Cuban-American hunk revealed who his little one's godparents will be. Pitbull and Christina Saralegui are now the "official" padrinos!

Gaby and Jencarlos also recently announced the sex of their baby over the web. According to the proud parents-to-be (drum roll please…), their bundle of joy will be a boy! And with godfather Pitbull in his corner, we're sure Jencarlos Jr. will have a great male role model in his life.

Espino, who's appeared on dozens of novelas, has been a regular guest on Christina’s talk show for years. It's clear they've built quite a close relationship, so we're sure she had some input in picking her son's godmama.

And, as we all know, Canela and Pit are pretty much inseparable. Back when we interviewed him in March, Jencarlos praised Mr. 305's generosity and support. So making him the padrino is a no-brainer.

There are still a few more months until the new Canela arrives and we'll definitely keep you posted as the baby news develops!
