Perez Hilton Launches New 'Family' Website

What's the first name you think of when you need online parenting advice? Dr. Phil? Mamiverse.com? Try Perez Hilton. The famous Latino gossip blogger has expanded his digital empire once again with a brand new family-oriented site called Perezitos.

Launched this week, Hilton's Perezitos features advice from pediatricians, blogs written by real moms, and (of course) plenty of chisme about celebrity parents. But don't think he’ll be using his trademark sarcasm and white squiggly lines to keep things interesting. Perez plans on keeping Perezitos on the positive tip.

"It's very exciting because it's just another example of how celebrity news doesn't need to be negative," he said. "People love babies and children and pregnancies. People love weddings; people love new couples. It's not just about train wrecks and out-of-control celebrities."

Perezitos actually marks the fourth spin off to Hilton's hugely-popular original site. There's Coco Perez for fashion news, Teddy Hilton for pet stories, and Fit Perez for those online junkies looking to stay in shape.
