Mark Sanchez Honors 9/11 Firefighters With New T-Shirt Line

Obviously firefighter bravery is on a lot of our minds at the moment. With the 10th anniversary of September 11th just a few days away, many are reflecting on the FDNY responders who lost their lives in the tragedy. Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez happens to be one of them and has launched a t-shirt line to help aid New York firefighter widows.

Sporting the FDNY logo and the slogan "You Go, We Go," Mark's tees hold a very special place in his heart. Not just for the fallen 9/11 firefighters, but for his father too, who himself was a career fireman.

Sanchez has begun modeling the shirts online and promised to be very generous with the profits. He is giving 100% of the proceeds to the New York Police & Fire Widows’ & Children's Benefit Fund and the FDNY Foundation.

The FDNY tees are going for roughly $29 a pop on a variety of online retail sites. And something tells us you will be seeing A LOT of them in the stands at this Sunday's Jets game.
