Lindsay Lohan Sues Pitbull Over 'Give Me Everything'

Apparently Lindsay Lohan wants Pitbull to hand her a piece of "Give Me Everything." The 25-year-old actress recently filed a lawsuit against Mr. 305, claiming that a line in the song has caused her "irreparable harm."

Anyone who's heard the smash Pit and Ne-Yo track knows the lyric, "I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan.” But is that brief line really enough to be the basis of a lawsuit? Lindsay's lawyers sure think so. They claim that it makes light of her recent troubles with the law.

Lohan's attorneys have gone after all three writers of the song (Pitbull, Ne-Yo, and Afrojack) for an "unspecified" sum. She's also seeking an injunction to stop "Everything" from being broadcast because it's hurtful to her image.

Unfortunately for Lindsay, this may be a case of too little, too late. "Give Me Everything" has already topped the charts in the U.S. and become a major summer anthem. Even if she wins the case (which is highly unlikely), there's no way Pit fans will stop listening to its bouncy beats and "locked up" lyrics.
