According to the latest reports, Two and a Half Men creator Chuck Lorre is still fuming about Charlie Sheen's public trash talking. So much so, that he may be killing off the star's Charlie Harper character for good!
Obviously sending Charlie to the great beyond would make a return appearance very difficult. And that's exactly why Lorre's doing it. He reportedly wants to make it impossible for Sheen to ever set foot on the Men set again.
No other major plot details have been leaked as of yet, but the rumor is that Charlie Harper may meet his end in a car accident. It's still unclear how new cast member Ashton Kutcher would fit in, but there is talk that his character may buy the Malibu house where the show is set.
We imagine the actual plot will be under a tight lock and key until the season premiere in the fall. But with all of the high-profile drama continuing to follow series, you can bet that Kutcher's debut will deliver some manly-sized ratings.
Do you think Two and a Half Men will survive without Charlie? Sound off in the comments or @MTV3.

There were fines...and more fines...but the Portland Trailblazers may have finally found a way to make Rudy Fernandez happy. In a three team deal, the Blazers sent Fernandez to the best team in the NBA – the reigning champion Dallas Mavericks.
Dallas sent their 26th (Jordan Hamilton) and 57th (Tanguy Ngombo) draft picks to Portland for Fernandez and Portland in turn packaged the rights to Hamilton with point guard Andre Miller in a trade with the Denver Nuggets for point guard Raymond Felton.
It was no secret that the Spaniard was unhappy in Portland but he seems to ready for the new stage. Fernandez tweeted:
"thanks all blazers fans for ur support this 3 years!! So happy to be in the best team in the nba!!!dallas!!!"
Although he was displeased with how he was utilized by the coach, there were no hard feeling towards his teammates:
"@MarcusCamby23 maaaaaaaaaaarccusssss i gonna miss u too bro!! Thanks so much!!”
"@aldridge_12 its a honor to have played with u bra !!”
But Fernandez should be more excited that new teammate and finals MVP, Dirk "Newringski", understood the difficulties he faced in Portland, believes that was an isolated situation and feels that it won't impact his play in Dallas.
"I think he fits in well," Nowitzki told ESPN.com. "He had a tough time there in Portland sometimes coming off the bench. He wanted out and I don't think the whole situation for him was that great. But when you come to a team that has great team chemistry and good leaders and veterans, guys always fit in well and they want to win and sacrifice and in this case, I think it's going to be great for the team."
We wish Rudy best of luck in Dallas! Do you think Rudy is a good fit in the Mavs?

Sir Paul McCartney has said that if slaughter houses had glass walls, everyone would be vegetarian. The iconic musician from The Beatles even appears in an eye-opening, heart wrenching video on the PETA site that allows anyone to take a peek at what happens inside a slaughter house, and trust me, you ought to have a good stomach to watch the video from start to finish! These are the images meat producers don't want any of us to see, taken by undercover PETA members infiltrated as employees.
Hundreds of animal-loving celebrities have dedicated themselves to use their image to promote animal rights and stop animal cruelty in slaughter houses, laboratories and in the entertainment industry.
PETA itself (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) created in 2001 a yearly nomination for the sexiest Vegetarian celebrity, and this year Russell Brand and Kristen Wiig were given the tittle of "2011 Sexiest Vegetarian Celebrities".
Katy Perry's hubby has been vegetarian since he's 14 and has blatantly declared,
"You shouldn't eat animals, it's mean to them"
Meanwhile the 37 year old "Bridesmaids" star has said she is a huge fan of tofu and soy and that ever since she's been vegetarian, she has more energy, looks younger, and feels healthier!
So just in case you still haven't decided to change that hamburger for a sexier and yummier veggie tofu wrap, maybe a glance of a list of stars who have got the sexiest celebrity nomination in earlier years might serve as great motivation:
Shania Twain, Tobey Maguire, Natalie Portman, Lauren Bush, Josh Hartnett, Alicia Silverstone, Carrie Underwood, Chris Martin, Gwyneth Paltrow, Kristen Bell, Prince, Red Hot Chili Peppers' Anthony Kiedis, Leona Lewis, Olivia Wilde and NBC's The Biggest Loser trainer Bob Harper.
Would you follow their lead and consider going vegetarian?

Sure it’s fun to grab a tub of popcorn and enjoy a peli like Cars 2 or Bad Teacher. But amidst the summer blockbusters, there's also another important film that hit theatres this past weekend and we're hoping it doesn't fall beneath the cracks. A Better Life is poignant, moving, and a definite must-see for anyone craving a little substance with their movie-going experience.
Helmed by Twilight: New Moon director Chris Weitz, it's about as far removed from the teen vampire vibe as you can get. This film carries a message about immigration, la cultura, and most importantly, the love of a family.
We've got to hand it to Weitz, he hired an incredibly talented all-Latino cast. And the fact that they are mostly unknowns actually works in the movie's favor. Star Demián Bichir literally "becomes" East LA gardener Carlos Galindo and can make the character even more believable since he's not associated with any other famous roles.
Similarly, José Julián does a fantastic job with his big screen debut. Playing Luis, the first generation Mexican-American son of Carlos, he's able to express the sensitivity, hotheadedness and naivety you'd expect from an angst-filled teenager. The rest of cast does a great job as well with their respective roles, including Piolín in a "radio cameo."
But performances are just part of what makes this movie work. The writing and Chris Weitz' directing are essential components that will definitely keep audiences engaged. Bichir's Carlos character is portrayed as humble, good-natured, and hell-bent on providing A Better Life for his son.
Sadly, forces beyond his control prevent him from achieving that goal. Carlos' wife has walked out on the family, money troubles constantly emerge, and being undocumented puts the hard-working gardener in constant fear of deportation. Add to that a double cross from one of his co-workers, and you've got plenty of tear-jerking moments.
In the beginning, it's clear that father and son have a distant relationship. But as time passes they grow closer, especially after Luis sees how hard Carlos is working for the family. Yes there are plenty of immigration issues strewn throughout, but that's not the heart of the movie. The great thing about this film are the many emotional layers and the ultimate struggle each character must endure to lead A Better Life.
Bottom line: It's almost a shame that A Better Life is being released right now. Had this film come out closer to Christmas, we could easily see it on several Academy Award lists. The performances are fantastic, the story is moving, and the message is definitely one that will stay with you long after you leave the theatre.

It's not often you'd associate a Mexican pop star with the guys from Jackass, but former RBD'er Dulce Maria recently chimed in about the death of Ryan Dunn. Using Twitter, the singer sent out a message about the dangers of drinking and driving.
"El actor de Jackass, Ryan Dunn murió por conducir ebrio y a exceso de velocidad. Por favor si toman no manejen!!
" she posted
Having waited a few days since the incident took place, Dulce saved herself from a lot of the hate that followed Roger Ebert's notorious tweet. Interestingly, Ebert was slightly vindicated after it was discovered that Dunn was under the influence when he fatally crashed his car.
But at the time of Roger's tweet, many were unsure if alcohol played a role and felt it was "too soon" to comment on the tragedy. Dulce, on the other hand, spoke up after Dunn's toxicology report was released (she even added a link to it) and went on to emphasize her point with an additional post.
"Cuidense...cada dia me entero de mas accidentes y da coraje q se te vaya la vida por una borrachera diviertanse pero sean concientes!! Besos"

Something tells us Yoda will not be auditioning for the next Beverly Hills Chihuahua movie. But the 14-year-old pooch was able to represent the Mexican breed rather well over the weekend. With his crooked eye, long tongue, and frazzled hair, he was able to take home this year's title of World’s Ugliest Dog.
Hundreds of people turned up at California's Sonoma Marin Fair to be part of the annual event. And judging from the online pictures, Yoda actually had some stiff competition. There was Hercules the red-eyed Pug, Handsome Hector who is a hairless Chinese Crested, and several other four-legged creatures who seemed to resemble the Chupacabra.
Yoda's owner, Terry Schumacher, seemed to be very pleased with the victory. Not only did she get ugly bragging rights, she also took home a decorative trophy and a $1,000 check.
Of course the real question is, what's next for Yoda? A Taco Bell commercial? Perhaps a photo shoot with new Miss USA Alyssa Campanella? You never know. With his "unique" looks and spunky personality, we get the feeling Yoda may have a very bright future ahead.

Believe it or not, today Chayanne's turning 43 today, and the singer who looks even hotter and sexier year after year will have a celebration that will be out of this world…. Literally! The party, hosted by journalist Lourdes Ruiz Toledo will not take place in a restaurant or at his private house, but rather…on cyberspace!
Today, all of his fan clubs from Spain, Venezuela, Argentina, Mexico, The United States, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Colombia and the Dominican Republic will unite in cyberspace to chat with the Puerto Rican superstar and celebrate his success and his birthday.
Apparently, there will be no limits to what the fans will be able to ask, while Ruiz Toledo from Miami guides the chat and interview the hottie herself!
The cyber party will take place today at 8:30 pm! There is no word yet if he'll have cake and all during the chat, although I definitely heard is a BYOB (bring your own booze) event!
Happy Birthday Chayanne!

Lady Gaga's in a big old teacup, full of hot water following the filing of a RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization) lawsuit, which claims the performer misappropriated funds from her "We Pray for Japan" charity wristband fundraising initiative.
Meanwhile, Kyoto News stated that Gaga has already donated more then $3mm US to the cause.
In fact, the singer was in Tokyo on Saturday night, just as the charges were filed, hitting a press conference on her way to perform in a benefit concert to raise money for victims of the tsunami. Gaga, sporting a green wig and a leather bondage-dress, had no comment on the charges, and was photographed posing with her signature teacup and showing off anime-inspired eye makeup.
The legal documents relating to the federal class-action suit, filed on Saturday, claim that Gaga charged donors sales tax on the $5 plastic trinkets, as well as inflating shipping charges on purchases in order to collect some cash, although her site stated that all proceeds would go directly to the victims of the March 2011 earthquake. Sources claim that since charitable donations are exempt from sales tax in the US, this 'raised a red flag' for investigators.
So here's the wacky part: the law firm that has filed the suit against Gaga (aka Stefani Germanotta) is none other than the crack team of legal eagles known as... 1-800-Law-Firm! Yep, that's right! This seems like more of a desperate publicity stunt than an earnest legal effort. In fact, the firm has created a dedicated Twitter feed and Facebook page for this topic - how's that for professional discretion?
Michigan-based 1-800-LawFirm's "legal team" claim to have uncovered evidence suggesting that Gaga's charity was set up to benefit, well, Gaga. How they might have come across remains unclear, although if you care to visit their website, you can watch a video featuring a skinny-moustached "Legal Investigator" named David Darby, whose profile could not be located on LinkedIn.
A web search for the single plaintiff named in the suit, one Caitlin DeMetsenare, also yielded no results. The firm claims that they reached out to Gaga's people but have yet to get an acceptable reply:
Alyson Oliver, a laywer at 1-800-Law-Firm, released the following statement:
"While we commend Lady Gaga for her philanthropic efforts, we want to ensure that claims that 'all proceeds will be donated to Japan's earthquake relief efforts' are in fact true. Our intention with this lawsuit is to uncover any improprieties committed by Lady Gaga and appropriate the full donations assumed to the victims in Japan... When we tried to communicate with the defendants in this lawsuit, all we got was, ‘well, some of the money is being retained, but we don’t really know how much."
This all seems pretty sketchy to me, but on the other hand, as Celebitchy points out, celebrity causes have a checkered past, name-checking Madonna's Raising Malawi and Bono's Red, as well as Wyclef Jean's Yele Haiti, all of which faced questions over allegations varying from tax evasion, fraud and "ethical and administrative failings."
So, what do you think? Is Gaga guilty? Is accounting or poor management to blame? Are the legal experts at 1-800-Law-Firm actually on to something? Hit us up in the comments!

New York' NYC Pride parade this year was euphoric because of the legalization of same-sex marriage, which turned the celebration into a huge engagement party. Governor Andrew Cuomo signed the law late Friday, which is estimated to bring around $284 million to the state's economy, according to a report by the Independent Democratic Conference.

Christina Aguilera is an entertainment industry pro. She's had her ups and, recently, downs, but she always seems to come out of it in style. The veteran singer and actress' latest coup? A single entitled, "La Casa", from her new album, will reportedly be featured in the upcoming film La Casa De Mi Padre, starring Will Ferrell, Gael Garcia Bernal and Diego Luna, among others, and scheduled for theatrical release later this year.
Christina is no stranger to singing in Spanish. Her 2000 Spanish-language record, "Mi Reflejo," was a gigantic hit, garnering the pint-size diva a Latin Grammy for Best Female Pop Vocal Album and selling more than five million copies! Aguilera's Latin Grammy win was the first for an American artist.
So what about this movie?
According to sources online, the film tells the tale of two brothers, Ferrel and Luna, trying to save their father's Mexican ranch. Of course, the two run into trouble involving a beautiful woman (Genesis Rodriguez) and a dangerous drug lord (Bernal). The movie is shot in the highly dramatized style of popular telenovelas, and is said to take place entirely in Spanish, subtitled in English.
By now, you might be wondering how Will Ferrell, of all people, came to be starring in a Spanish language film alongside some of Latin cinema's brightest lights. Well, there is a juicy rumor about that... It seems that Ferrell was in the midst of complicated legal dealings with a production company by the name of Gary Sanchez Productions. As part of a rumored quiet-shh-behind-closed-doors settlement between himself and the production company , the Saturday Night Live alum agreed to star in the "dramatic thriller," "Untitled Spanish Comedy" which is now re-titled La Casa De Mi Padre.
The actor, noticeably uncomfortable, sat down with MovieWeb a few months back to discuss the movie, but made no mention of the circumstances surrounding his casting. Pretty interesting, right? More interesting yet is that sources online report that Gary Sanchez is operated by none other than Will Ferrell himself, along with his writing partner and Funny or Die collaborator Adam McKay. What gives? Well, the movie's financing backers, NALA Films, aren't giving much away, but a producer from NALA did have the following to say:
"NALA can't comment regarding the circumstances surrounding why Will is attached to the project. We are just thrilled he is onboard and are moving full steam ahead since we have one month to teach him Spanish."
One month to teach Will Ferrell the Spanish language! That's sort of funny all on its own!
Still want to check it out? You can peep the theatrical trailer here on NALA Films' homepage. You might have to wait a bit longer to actually see the movie in its entirety in theaters. As Will Ferrell explains in the interview clip linked to above, although the film is in the can, the partners are still working to secure a distribution deal for the picture, which Ferrell theorizes is due to its being in Spanish. It couldn't be for any lack of star power, that's for sure...
Would you head down to your local multiplex to check out Ferrell's Spanish film debut and Aguilera's return to her paternal native tongue? Let us know in the comments!
