Hot Stuff: Demi Lovato Shares Bikini Bod on Twitter

Looks like Demi Lovato is ready for summer! The 18-year-old former Disney starlet revealed her sexy new beach ready bod in a white bikini on Twitter.

Demi tweeted:

"I've been working so hard to get healthy and fit.. I can't believe I'm about to do this but I'm so excited.."

The photo comes as quite a surprise from Lovato who has openly admitted to suffering from body issues in the past. Just four months ago, Demi left a treatment facility for anorexia, bulimia and cutting.

With the worst hopefully behind her, Lovato added a few encouraging words to accompany her svelte physique twitpic, tweeting:

"I never thought I'd ever feel confident enough to ever [share] that. I'm excited how far I've come since being completely ashamed of my body.."

"I want any girl/guy out there who struggles with body image or confidence to know that it IS possible to find peace with yourself."

"It hasn't been easy, but it starts with a commitment to yourself.. Your mind.. And your soul. And trust me, I'm still working at it!! Haha"

Seems like her hard work is definitely paying off!
